Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent heat stress and fatigue by preheating the units from a steam line of BFPT to a steam cut-off valve.
CONSTITUTION: A computer 13 is connected with a steam cut-off valve operating unit 14, which includes a steam cut-off valve operating unit 14, a process input unit 15, a comparision determining unit 16, a difference calcurator 17 between steam temperature and steam cut-off valve external metal temperature, an external metal temperature difference calcurator 18 in a steam cut-off valve, a timer 19, and a process output unit 20. When temperature of boiler steam rises up to a specified value after a power plant is started, the comparison determinating unit 16 determines the need of warming from checking the internal temperature of a steam cut- off valve and external metal temperature and the high-pressure steam cut-off valve 3 is opened to allow boiler steam through in a steam line. When a difference between the internal temperature of a high-pressure steam cut-off valve and external metal temperature exceeds a specified value, a high-pressure steam cut-off valve 3 is closed so that the units from a steam line to a high-pressure steam cut-off valve 3 may be preheated.
