CONSTITUTION:When a heater lever 52 is moved in the HOT direction from an OFF location for operating a heater and a valve 40 is opened, and cooling water for an engine is fed to a heater core 4, a cam 622 closes a microswitch 621 by the motion of the lever 52, and a heater switch 62 is in ON. When the temperature of cooling water is less than fixed value at that time, a temperature sensor 61 is in OFF, a heater relay 63 does not functions and a second lamp 65 still lights up. When the temperature of cooling water becomes not less than fixed value, the sensor 61 is in ON, an exciting coil 631 of the relay 63 is excited by current from an IG terminal to connect a movable piece 632 to a contact a, a first lamp 64 lights up and a crew is informed of the condition, the starting of heating.
