Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the promotion of efficiency for the device with a flow of steam smoothed in the condenser, having a plurality of condensing heat transfer tubes, by providing a take-out port of the deaeration piping at an opposite side almost facing against an inlet of the steam exchanger.
CONSTITUTION: At left bottom of a bundle of tubes constituted by a plurality of condensing heat transfer tubes 10, that is, at an opposite side of an inlet 17 of the steam exchanger unit, is arranged a take-out port 20 of an deaeration piping 11. For preventing a generated fresh water from intruding into the deaeration piping 11, a buffer plate 14 is provided only near the take-out port 20. The other end part of the deaeration pipe 11 is connected to the next chamber of an evaporator 1 or the exhaust system. The steam flows in a flow path 16 upward to reach the inlet 17 of the steam exchanger unit. A streamline 18 of the steam smoothly spreads throughout the whole of the tube bundle with any vortex not generated.
