Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.血管アクセスを経由して患者の血管に結合されている体外の血液流回路を 含む、血管アクセスの状態を検出するための方法において、血管の片側に配置さ れた圧力波ゼネレータによって圧力波を発生し、血管アクセスの他の側にある圧 力センサによって、その圧力波を感知することを特徴とする方法。 2.請求項1に記載の方法において、前記圧力波ゼネレータは約0.2Hz〜 20Hzの周波数の圧力波を発生することを特徴とする方法。 3.請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法において、前記圧力波ゼネレータは 患者の心臓によって構成され、そして前記圧力センサは前記体外の血液流回路の 中に配置されていることを特徴とする方法。 4.請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法において、前記体外血流回路は検出 ポンプなどのポンプを含み、前記圧力波ゼネレータは前記ポンプによって構成さ れ、それによって圧力波が血管アクセスを通る径路を経由して圧力センサに向か って通過し、この径路の不在が検出されることを特徴とする方法。 5.請求項3に記載の方法において、前記体外血流回路が血液ポンプなどのポ ンプを含み、前記圧力センサの信号は、患者の心拍に対応しているパルス信号を 得るために、ポンプから得られる圧力波に対応している圧力信号の減算によって 処理されることを特徴とする方法。 6.請求項1、請求項2または請求項4の何れか一項に記載の方法において、 前記圧力波は前記体外血液流回路の中のコンポーネントを通過し、そしてこのコ ンポーネントの状態が感知されることを特徴とする方法。 7.血管アクセスを経由して患者の血管に連結されている体外血液流回路を含 む、血管アクセスの状態を検出するための装置において、圧力波を発生するため に前記血管アクセスの片側に配置された圧力波ゼネレータ(3)と、圧力波を感 知するために前記血管アクセスの他の側に配置された圧力センサ(4,15)と を特徴とする装置。 8.請求項7に記載の装置において、前記圧力波ゼネレータ(3)が約0.2 Hz〜20Hzの間の周波数の圧力波を発生することを特徴とする装置。 9.請求項7または請求項8に記載の装置において、前記圧力波ゼネレータは 患者の心臓によって構成され、そして前記圧力センサ(4、15)は体外血液流 回路の中に配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 10.請求項7または8に記載の装置であって、前記体外血液流回路が血液ポ ンプ(3)などのポンプを含む装置において、前記圧力波ゼネレータは前記ポン プ(3)によって構成され、それによって圧力波は前記血管アクセスを通る径路 を経由して圧力センサ(15)に達し、前記圧力波ゼネレータはまた、前記径路 の存在を検出するための装置(25)によって構成されることを特徴とする装置 。 11.請求項9に記載の装置であって、前記体外血液流回路が血液ポンプ(3 )などのポンプを含む装置において、患者の心拍に対応しているパルス信号を得 るために、前記ポンプから得られる圧力波に対応している圧力信号を減算するこ とによって、前記圧力ゼネレータの信号を処理するための処理装置(25)を特 徴とする装置。
