Description
Claims (9)
- 液体が注射針またはカニューレを介して患者へ送給される装置での患者へのアクセスをモニタリングするためのデバイスであって、
該患者アクセスをモニタリングするためのデバイス(20)が注射針またはカニューレ(8)を含み、前記注射針またはカニューレが、該注射針またはカニューレが該血管アクセスから外れている場合には、該注射針またはカニューレを通じて流れている液体により、該注射針またはカニューレが空気を引き込み、これにより、前記空気が引き込まれたときに音が発生される状態を引き起こすように設計されており、
かつ、該患者アクセスをモニタリングするためのデバイス(2)が、前記空気が引き込まれたときに該注射針またはカニューレにより発生する音を感知するための分析ユニット(21)を含み、前記分析ユニットが、該注射針により発生する音が感知されたときに、該患者アクセスが適切な状態にないものと結論付けるように設計されており、
前記注射針またはカニューレ(8)は、流れ用の横断面が狭窄化した部分(8C)を有していて、前記狭窄化した部分(8C)が該注射針またはカニューレを通じて流れている液体により大気圧以下の圧力を発生させるための開口(8D)を有していることを特徴とし、前記特徴は、適切な状態にない血管アクセスが存在している場合に、空気が前記開口を通じて該注射針またはカニューレ内に引き込まれることを意味する、デバイス。 - 前記注射針またはカニューレ(8)の狭窄化した部分がくびれ(8C)の形態を成しており、前記開口(8D)が、スルーホール、または該注射針もしくはカニューレの壁部を通じてミリングされた孔であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記分析ユニット(21)が、音響信号を電気信号に変換するための音響変換器(23)、または電気信号を発生させる、表面をスキャニングするためのレーザまたは加速度センサを有していることを特徴する、請求項1または2記載のデバイス。
- 前記音響変換器が、固体伝送音を電気信号に変換するための固体伝送音の変換器(23)の形態を成していることを特徴とする、請求項3記載のデバイス。
- 前記固体伝送音の変換器(23)が、該フレキシブルなラインに沿って伝播する固体伝送音を感知すべく前記フレキシブルな静脈ライン(7)上に配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載のデバイス。
- 前記分析ユニット(21)が該電気信号の振幅を予め設定されている基準信号と比較するための比較ユニット(21A)を有していて、該分析ユニット(21)が、前記電気信号が前記基準信号よりも大きい場合に、患者アクセスが適切な状態にないものと結論付けることを特徴とする、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記分析ユニット(21)が該電気信号を特徴的な信号パターンと比較するための比較ユニット(21A)を有していて、該分析ユニット(21)が、該電気信号において前記特徴的な信号パターンが検出された場合に、患者アクセスが適切な状態にないものと結論付けることを特徴とする、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 血管アクセスをモニタリングするための当該デバイスが手段(21、25)を有していて、前記手段(21、25)が、患者アクセスが適切な状態にないことが検出された場合に聴覚的および/または視覚的な警報を与え、および/または該血液の治療を中断させるべく、前記血液治療装置の制御システムにおいて講じられるべきアクション用の信号を発生させることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 動脈針または動脈カニューレ(5)を有するフレキシブルな動脈ライン(6)および静脈針または静脈カニューレ(8)を有するフレキシブルな静脈ライン(7)を備えた体外血液回路を有し、かつ、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の静脈血管アクセスをモニタリングするためのデバイス(20)を有している、血液治療装置。
