Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】携帯電話機にプリペイドカード用のＩＣカード
読み取り装置を具備させ、プリペイドカードを用いて通
話を行い、使用の都度通話料金を減額させ、料金収集を
前払い方式（プリペイド方式）にて行うことにより、後
払い方式に於いて発生する様な料金支払いの不正使用が
不可能となる。 【解決手段】携帯電話機１にＩＣカード読み取り装置２
を付設し、通話料金の支払いを行うＩＣカード３を施し
た。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、携帯電話機に於い
て料金収集を前払い方式にて行い、使用の都度、通話料
金を減額する為のＩＣカード用読み取り装置を具備した
プリペイドカード式携帯電話に関する。

【従来の技術】近年、携帯電話機は急速に普及して来て
おり、益々利用分野が拡大している。従来は、携帯電話
に於ける通話料金の支払いが後払い方式であるため、他
人のＩＤコードを利用して他人名義で通話を行うという
不正使用が発生し、大きな社会問題となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来の携帯電話機は、
その料金支払いが後払い方式である為、他人のＩＤコー
ドを利用して他人名義で通話するという不正使用が可能
であるという欠点を有していた。本発明は、かかる状況
に鑑みなされたものであり、携帯電話機にプリペイドカ
ード用の読み取り装置を具備させ、プリペイドカードを
用いて通話を行い、使用の都度通話料金を減額させ、料
金収集を前払い方式で行うことにより後払い方式に於い
て発生するような不正使用が不可能となる。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成する為
に、本発明によるプリペイドカード式携帯電話は、携帯
電話にＩＣカード方式によるプリペイドカードを読み取
ることの出来る読み取り装置を具備させることを特徴と
する。

【発明の実施の形態】ＩＣカードを用いたプリペイドカ
ード式携帯電話を用いることにより、電話料金の支払い
が前払い方式（プリペイド方式）となり、通話の都度、
通話料金をＩＣカードより減額することにより、従来の
後払い方式による通話料金の不正使用を防止することが
可能となる。

【実施例１】図１は、本発明によるプリペイドカード式
携帯電話の構成を示し、１．は携帯電話、２．はＩＣカ
ード読み取り装置、３．はＩＣカードである。

【発明の効果】携帯電話にＩＣカード読み取り装置を具
備することにより、ＩＣカードを用いたプリペイドカー
ド方式による通話料金の支払いが可能となり、通話料金
を使用の都度ＩＣカードから減額することにより、従来
の方法の如き後払い方式による通話料金の不正使用が不
可能となる。
