Description of the Related Art In general, a green tread, which is one of intermediate members constituting a tire, is an extruder for extruding rubber obtained by mixing a natural or synthetic rubber with a rubber compounding agent such as a vulcanizing agent and a filler. Through a tread die and extruded into a desired shape. However, treads used in the manufacture of large or very large tires, such as construction vehicle tires, exceed the limit capabilities of extruders, are less energy efficient, or have smaller and lighter intermediate members. For example, a tread having a desired cross-sectional shape may be formed by sequentially winding and laminating a sheet-like rubber on a green carcass for reasons such as reduction in labor required. Also, in small-scale tire production plants that do not have sufficient extrusion capability, the method of forming a tread by the above-described sheet lamination method may be adopted even for tires for passenger cars, trucks and buses. is there. like this,
A tread molded into a desired cross-sectional shape by sequentially winding and laminating a sheet-like rubber on a green carcass is called a laminate tread or a laminated tread, and the rubber is extruded at once from the extruder through a tread cap. A distinction is made from an integral tread extruded to the desired cross-sectional shape. In any case, whether it is a laminated tread or an extruded integrated tread, the cross-sectional shape of the tread is called a tread contour, and may be simply called a contour.

A tread having a desired contour (cross-sectional shape) is molded. Normally, the kneaded rubber is rolled into a sheet by a pair of sheeting rolls, and the rubber at both ends is cut on the sheeting roll so that the width of the rubber sheet is required for each turn of the tire. The unnecessary rubber at both ends is returned to the sheeting roll, and the continuous rubber sheet cut to the desired width is wound around the crown of the tire carcass while being sequentially pressed to form a laminated tread. Have been. Therefore, according to the tire manufacturing method of the laminate tread method, the hot rubber sheet immediately after kneading and rolling is wound and the laminated tread is molded. It is difficult to insert into a vulcanization mold because of low rigidity and large diameter growth when shaped. Therefore, conventionally, a hot green tire has been left to cool to increase tread rigidity, and then shaped, inserted into a vulcanization mold, and vulcanized.

Since heat is applied again and vulcanization is performed at a high temperature after insertion, the tire is extremely poor in heat efficiency and poor in productivity.

The tread rigidity is sufficiently high even when the hot rubber sheet in the hot state immediately after being rolled and rolled and formed is wound and molded, so the green tire is shaped and inserted into the vulcanization mold as it is It is no longer necessary to leave hot green tires to cool and wait for tread stiffness to increase, as in the prior art.

75 / 60-51. In the method for manufacturing a tire according to the embodiment of the present invention, the kneaded tread rubber is rolled into a sheet by a pair of sheeting rolls, and a predetermined rubber is rolled on the sheeting roll every time the tire is wound.
The rubber at both ends is cut to the width of the sheet, and the unnecessary rubber at both ends is returned to the sheeting roll, while a continuous rubber sheet having a thickness of about 3 mm cut to a desired width is obtained. A tread molding step in which a laminated tread having a desired cross-sectional shape is formed while being sequentially pressed and wound around the crown portion of the tire carcass, and then, the green tire is pressed and heated for a predetermined time in a vulcanization mold. Vulcanizing the tire by the vulcanization of the tire.
5M rad. Partially vulcanized by irradiating an electron beam at a temperature of 8 degrees Celsius immediately after kneading and rolling.
A green tire having a laminated tread formed by winding a rubber sheet in a high temperature state of three degrees can be shaped and inserted into a vulcanization mold without being cooled, and vulcanized. The temperature at the time of shaping was 71 degrees Celsius, and the temperature at the start of vulcanization was 69 degrees Celsius.
