Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mix a gas into a cleaning liquid with high efficiency, to dissolve a gas in a cleaning liquid stably and sufficiently and thus to execute steady cleaning by introducing a gas mixed cleaning liquid into a tank to form a gas dissolved cleaning liquid and then injecting this gas dissolved cleaning liquid against a metallic strip for cleaning. SOLUTION: With regard to the gas mixed cleaning liquid introduced into the tank, for example, an ejector or the like is provided as a gas-liquid mixer in a cleaning liquid supplying tube at the tank inlet side, and simultaneously with the supply of the cleaning liquid air is supplied as a gas. Thereby, the contact area of the gas and the cleaning liquid is increased enormously, and a gas mixed cleaning liquid is prepared with a great deal of mixed gas in the cleaning liquid in a short time and is introduced into the tank. In this way, by introducing thus prepared gas mixed cleaning liquid into the tank mixing action generates in the tank, and the mixed gas in the gas mixed cleaning liquid is dissolved in the cleaning liquid sufficiently and rigidly. Resultantly, a satisfactory cleaning effect is obtained.

2. Description of the Related Art In cold rolling of a metal strip, the rolling oil is generally adhered to the metal strip after rolling since the rolling is generally performed using a rolling oil. The metal strip after such cold rolling is subjected to a subsequent heat treatment in order to improve workability,
During this heat treatment, stains due to the adhering rolling oil occur. Then, after the metal strip after the cold rolling is washed and degreased, the heat treatment as described above is performed. Thus, as a method of cleaning a metal strip, a cleaning liquid is introduced into a tank, gas is injected into the cleaning liquid surface in the tank, and the state is maintained at a high pressure. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. Hei 6-71233 and Hei 8-253883 disclose a method of dissolving in a cleaning liquid and spraying the gas-dissolved cleaning liquid onto a metal strip for cleaning.

As described above, in the metal strip cleaning method after cold rolling, it is difficult to increase the contact area between the cleaning liquid and the gas, and it is necessary to efficiently mix the gas into the cleaning liquid. In some cases, the cleaning solution is limited to gas contamination from the surface of the cleaning solution, and the amount of dissolved gas in the cleaning solution may be insufficient. Accordingly, the generation of fine bubbles in the cleaning solution by the metal band injection of the gas-dissolved cleaning solution is reduced, and it is difficult to obtain a satisfactory cleaning effect. Further, since the upper space of the cleaning liquid in the tank is maintained at a high pressure, the tank needs to be rigid, and an air supply system such as a compressor is additionally provided, which increases the equipment cost. Moreover, there is a problem that the running cost due to the operation of the compressor or the like also increases. The method of the present invention has been made in order to advantageously solve such a problem, and a gas is mixed into a cleaning solution with high efficiency, and furthermore, the gas is reliably and sufficiently dissolved in the cleaning solution, and the cleaning solution is sufficiently dissolved in the metal band. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of cleaning a metal strip after cold rolling, which can be sprayed and reliably cleaned.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS As described above, for a gas-mixed cleaning liquid introduced into a tank, for example, an ejector or the like is provided as a gas-liquid mixer in a cleaning liquid supply pipe on the tank entrance side, and air or the like is supplied as gas at the same time as supplying the cleaning liquid. By,
The contact area between the gas and the cleaning liquid can be greatly increased, and a gas mixture cleaning liquid in which a large amount of gas is mixed into the cleaning liquid in a short time is generated and introduced into the tank. By introducing the gas-mixed cleaning liquid into the tank in this manner, a stirring action occurs in the tank, and the gas mixture of the gas-mixed cleaning liquid can be sufficiently and reliably dissolved in the cleaning liquid.

As described above, the gas is dissolved in the cleaning liquid in the tank. However, the surplus gas that has not been dissolved becomes air bubbles and floats in the cleaning liquid and moves to the space above the surface of the cleaning liquid. Although it may be released outside the tank, this surplus gas is recovered and supplied to the gas-liquid mixer as described above,
The shortage is advantageous because the gas pressure in the equipment system can be stably maintained by supplying (supplying) new gas and supplying the required amount.

After the gas-dissolved cleaning liquid is formed in the tank, a high-pressure gas-dissolved cleaning liquid is supplied to the nozzle via a pump, for example, from a gas-dissolved cleaning liquid supply pipe on the tank outlet side, and is sprayed onto the cold-rolled metal strip. As a result, the jetted gas-dissolved cleaning liquid is rapidly depressurized at the same time as being ejected from the nozzle, and the dissolved gas in the gas-dissolved cleaning liquid is vaporized to generate many fine bubbles. As described above, the gas-dissolved cleaning liquid becomes a cleaning liquid containing fine bubbles, which is ejected and collides with the metal band, and is combined with the impact force at the time of collision. And the like can be reliably removed by washing.

Next, an example of the method of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, a cleaning liquid supply pipe 2 below a tank 1 is shown.
Is provided with a gas-liquid mixer 3 and a pump 4a, and a surplus gas recovery pipe 5 is connected to the gas-liquid mixer 3 from above the tank 1.
A gas supply pipe 6 is provided in the surplus gas recovery pipe 5. on the other hand,
As shown, a pump 4b is interposed in the gas-dissolved cleaning liquid supply pipe 7 in the tank 1. Thus, the cleaning liquid is supplied to the gas-liquid mixer 3 via the pump 4a, the gas is supplied from the gas supply pipe 6 to the gas-liquid mixer 3, and the gas is mixed and dissolved in the cleaning liquid to generate a gas-dissolved cleaning liquid. This is introduced into the tank 1. Excess gas in the gas-dissolved cleaning liquid floats upward and is supplied from the excess gas recovery pipe 5 to the gas-liquid mixer 3, and the shortage is supplied from the gas supply pipe 6 to the gas-liquid mixer 3. The gas-dissolved cleaning liquid generated in the tank 1 is supplied from a gas-dissolved cleaning liquid supply pipe 7 to a nozzle (not shown) via a pump 4b, and is jetted to a metal band (not shown) for cleaning. It is.

Note 1: The cleaning liquid is water and the gas is air. Note 2: The gas mixer uses an ejector. Note 3: The cleaning liquid supply amount and supply pressure in the comparative example are the supply amount and supply pressure to the tank (without using a gas-mixed cleaning liquid). Note 4: The upper pressure in the tank is the pressure between the liquid surface in the tank and the tank ceiling (lid). In the comparative example, gas was pressed into the upper space in the tank by a compressor, and the gas was mixed into the liquid from the surface of the cleaning liquid in the tank and dissolved. Note 5: As described above, the gas was continuously supplied into the tank, and the gas-dissolved cleaning liquid was supplied from the tank to the nozzle to spray and clean the metal strip (plate passing speed: 750 mpm). Note 6: Metal strips are Fe: steel strip, Al: aluminum strip,
