Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.処理すべき合成プラスチック材料用容器(1)を備え、この容器(1)は、少なく とも1個の回転器具(4)を備えた装置を有し、回転器具は、容器(1)の取り出し口( 10)を通じて合成プラスチック材料を移動させて、詰め込み力が、大部分、合成 プラスチック材料に対して取り出し口(10)の軸線方向に加えられるとともに、後 から押し込まれる合成プラスチック材料により絶えず合成プラスチック材料に伝 達され、取り出し口(10)は、スクリュー(13)のスクリューハウジング(12)の側壁 に形成した、合成プラスチック材料用取り入れ口(11)につながり、取り入れ口(1 1)の箇所における、スクリュー(13)のスクリューハウジング(12)の内面には、拡 大部、好ましくは、ポケット状の拡大部が形成され、この拡大部は、合成プラス チック材料を収容する付加空間をもたらし、拡大部は、スクリュー(13)の回転方 向が、容器(1)に向かう、取り入れ口(11)の端部で、調節自在な壁片(23)により 閉じられ、壁片(23)により、拡大部(22)が、容器(1)から少なくとも部分的に閉 じられることができる、熱可塑性合成プラスチック材料を再処理する装置におい て、拡大部(22)は、スクリュー(13)の搬送方向において拡大部と隣接する、少な くともスクリューハウジング(12)の箇所(27)で、複数個の溝(28)につながってお り、これらの溝(28)は、この箇所(27)でスクリューの直径にまで減少する深さで あり、これらの溝(28)は、スクリューハウジング(12)の拡大部(22)の側壁に対し てスクリュー(13)の方に突出する複数個の硬質突起(29)により、この箇所(27)で 、互いに隔てられ、これらの溝(28)の各々は、合成プラスチック材料用空間をも たらし、この空間の長さ方向の大部分は、スクリュー(13)の軸線方向に延びてい ることを特徴とする、熱可塑性合成プラスチック材料を再処理する装置。 2.前記突起(29)は、スクリューの螺旋状部材(17)の周囲部に向かって、スクリ ューハウジング(12)の半径方向に突出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の 熱可塑性合成プラスチック材料を再処理する装置。 3.前記溝(28)は、前記取り入れ口(11)に隣接するスクリューハウジング(12)の 箇所(27)にのみ設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の熱可塑性合 成プラスチック材料を再処理する装置。 4.前記取り入れ口(11)の箇所には、ポケット状拡大部(22)が、1個だけ、好ま しくは、一定深さで、設けられ、取り入れ口(11)を除き、前記スクリュー(13)の 全周に渡って広がり、複数個の溝(28)につながることを特徴とする、請求項1,2 又は3に記載の熱可塑性合成プラスチック材料を再処理する装置。 5.前記溝(28)の深さは、前記スクリュー(13)の搬送方向において連続して減少 し、好ましくは、少なくとも1個の溝(28)の底部(32)は、円錐面形状に形成され ることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1に記載の熱可塑性合成プラス チック材料を再処理する装置。 6.前記スクリュー(13)の軸線方向における、前記溝(28)の長さは、同一方向に おける、前記取り入れ口(11)の幅よりも小であり、好ましくは、この方向におけ る溝の長さは、スクリューの直径の0.5ないし3倍であることを特徴とする、請求 項1ないし5のいずれか1に記載の熱可塑性合成プラスチック材料を再処理する装 置。 7.前記複数個の溝(28)は、前記スクリュー(13)の円周方向において、同じ幅を 有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性合成プラ スチック材料を再処理する装置。 8.前記複数個の突起(29)は、前記スクリュー(13)の円周方向において、同じ幅 を有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性合成プ ラスチック材料を再処理する装置。 9.前記突起(29)の幅に対する前記溝(28)の幅の比は、前記スクリュー(13)の円 周方向において、0.5:1ないし2:1、好ましくは、約1:1であることを特徴とする 、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1に記載の熱可塑性合成プラスチック材料を再処理 する装置。 10.前記突起(29)と前記溝(28)とは、前記スクリュー(13)の長さ方向に延びるこ とを特徴とする、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1に記載の熱可塑性合成プラスチッ ク材料を再処理する 11.前記溝(28)は、前記スクリューハウジング(12)とは別体の部分(27)に設けら れ、この別体の部分は、回転しないように、好ましくは、容易に交換できるよう に、スクリューハウジング(12)の他の部分に設けられたスリーブ(33)として構成 されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1に記載の熱可塑性合成プ ラスチック材料を再処理する装置。 12.前記スリーブ(33)は、耐摩耗性材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項11に 記載の熱可塑性合成プラスチック材料を再処理する装置。 13.前記拡大部(22)は、前記スクリュー(13)の円周方向において、一定の深さを 有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし12に記載の熱可塑性合成プラスチック 材料を再処理する装置。 14.前記取り入れ口(11)の端部は、傾斜面(38)、好ましくは、円錐面として形成 され、前記拡大部(22)に隣接するスクリューハウジング(12)の箇所に続いている ことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし13のいずれか1に記載の熱可塑性合成プラスチ ック材料を再処理する装置。 15.前記調節自在な壁片は、突出部材(24)により構成され、その調節範囲は、前 記拡大部(22)の深さと同じであることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし14に記載の 熱可塑性合成プラスチック材料を再処理する装置。
