Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 近位及び遠位端部を有する案内鞘; 遠位端部に膨張可能な誘導バルーンを含み、膨張させた時点で誘導バルーン の直径が前記案内鞘の内径よりも大きく、前記誘導バルーンの遠位部分にはバル ーンを膨張させた時点でテーパーがかかり、前記バルーンを膨張させた時点で前 記バルーンの少なくとも一部分が、前記案内鞘のためのテーパーの付いた誘導表 面と前記案内鞘の遠位端部で液密性シールを提供するような形で前記案内鞘の遠 位部分から延長している、前記鞘内部の誘導バルーンカテーテル、及び; 前記案内鞘の遠位端部を密封するために前記誘導バルーンを膨張させた時点 で前記案内策の可撓性を変動させるべく前記案内鞘に対して加圧流体を加えるた めの手段; を含んで成る、管腔内装置を送出及び展開するための装置。 2. ステント及びこのステントを展開するための前記案内鞘の中の展開手段を 更に含み、このステントがこの展開手段に取り付けられ、この展開手段が血管内 での前記ステントの展開のため前記案内鞘の遠位位置まで前記ステントと共に移 動可能である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の管腔内装置の送出及び展開のための装 置。 3. 前記展開手段がシャフト、前記ステントの下の拡張手段、及び前記シャフ トの中を通過する案内ワイヤ内腔を含み、前記誘導バルーンカテーテルが前記シ ャフトの案内ワイヤ内腔と同一直線の案内ワイヤ内腔を含み、かくして案内ワイ ヤが前記内腔の中を通過できるようになっている、請求の範囲第2項に記載の管 腔内装置の送出及び展開のための装置。 4. 誘導バルーンカテーテルが前記展開手段から分離したものである、請求の 範囲第3項に記載の管腔内装置の送出及び展開のための装置。 5. 前記展開シャフトの遠位端部が開口部を通って前記誘導バルーンカテーテ ルの案内ワイヤ内腔の内部へと延びている状態で、前記誘導バルーンカテーテル が案内ワイヤ内腔及び開口部を含んでいる、請求の範囲第4項に記載の管腔内装 置の送出及び展開のための装置。 6. 前記案内鞘の近位端部に接続された止血弁を含み、この止血弁には前記誘 導バルーンカテーテルが延長される場合に通るポート及び前記鞘に加圧流体を付 加する場合に通るポートが含まれている、請求の範囲第2項に記載の管腔内装置 の送出及び展開のための装置。 7. 前記案内鞘の近位端部の内径が遠位端部の内径よりも大きい、請求の範囲 第2項に記載の管腔内装置の送出及び展開のための装置。 8. 近位及び遠位端部を有し、外径が全長を通じて実質的に一定であり、内径 が遠位端部より近位端部の方で小さくなっている可撓性案内鞘; 一方のポートは前記案内鞘内部にカテーテルを通過させることができるよう に適合され、もう一方のポートは前記案内鞘内部に流体を通過させることができ るように適合されている、前記案内鞘の近位端部に取り付けられた少なくとも2 つのポートを有する止血弁; 案内ワイヤ内腔、膨張内腔及び膨張可能な誘導バルーンを遠位端部に含み、 前記バルーンを膨張させた時点でテーパーの付いた誘導表面を提供するようにし 前記誘導鞘の遠位端部を密封するために前記誘導バルーンの少なくとも一部分が 前記誘導鞘の遠位端部から延びている、前記一つのポートを通して前記案内鞘内 に延びている誘導バルーンカテーテル; 一つの移植片と少なくとも一つのステントを含む、移植片ステント複合体; 前記複合体のステントが上に取り付けられ、前記誘導バルーンカテーテルの 案内ワイヤ内腔と同一直線関係に配置されており、貫通した案内ワイヤ内腔を備 えた細長いシャフトを含む、前記案内鞘内部の展開手段、及び; 案内鞘の可撓性を変化させるために前記止血弁の前記もう一方のポートに対 して加圧流体を付加するための手段; を含む、移植片ステント複合体の送出及び展開のための装置。 9. 前記もう一方のポートに加圧状態で付加された流体の圧力を計測するため の手段を更に含む、請求の範囲第8項に記載の移植片ステント複合体の送出及び 展開のための装置。 10. 誘導バルーンカテーテルが前記展開手段から分離されたものである、請 求の範囲第8項に記載のステントの送出及び展開のための装置。 11. 前記誘導バルーンカテーテルが案内ワイヤ内腔と開口部を含み、前記展 開シャフトの遠位端部が、この開口部を通して前記誘導バルーンカテーテルの案 内ワイヤ内腔の中に延びている状態にある、請求の範囲第10項に記載のステン トの送出及び展開のための装置。 12. 前記止血弁が、前記誘導バルーンカテーテルが延びる時に通るポート、 前記鞘に加圧流体を付加する時に通るポート、及び前記展開手段が延びる時に通 るポートを含んでいる、請求の範囲第11項に記載のステントの送出及び展開の ための装置。 13. 遠位及び近位端部を備えた案内鞘、前記案内鞘にテーパーの付いたシー ルを提供するための誘導バルーンカテーテル、及びステント展開用の拡張可能な 部材を備えた展開手段を含む送出及び展開装置に移植片ステント複合体を組み付 けるための方法において; 誘導バルーンカテーテル及び拡張可能部材を案内鞘の近位端部を通して案内 鞘内に導入する段階; 誘導バルーン及び膨張可能部材を前記案内鞘の遠位端部から延長させる段階 ; 拡張可能部材全体の上にステントを配置する段階、及び; ステント全体は案内鞘内に位置付けられるものの、誘導バルーンの少なくと も一部分は前記案内鞘の遠位端部から延びているいるような形で、遠位端部を通 して案内鞘内部に誘導バルーンカテーテル及び拡張可能部材を引き込む段階; を含んで成る、組み付け方法。 14. 案内鞘の少なくとも遠位部分が柔らかい可撓性材料でできており、誘導 バルーンを膨張させることで案内鞘の遠位端部を誘導バルーンで密封する段階及 び、案内鞘の可撓性を制御するために案内鞘の近位端部に加圧流体を付加する段 階を含む、血管内に案内鞘を導入する方法。 15. 案内鞘の可撓性を調整するために血管を通して案内鞘を推進させるにつ れてこの案内鞘に付加される圧力が変更される、請求の範囲第14項に記載の方 法。 16. 近位及び遠位端部を有する案内鞘; 遠位端部に膨張可能な誘導バルーンを含み、膨張させた時点で誘導バルーン の直径は前記案内鞘の内径よりも大きく、前記誘導バルーンの遠位部分はバルー ンを膨張させた時点でテーパーがかかり、前記バルーンを膨張させた時点で前記 案内鞘のためのテーパーの付いた誘導表面と前記案内鞘の遠位端部での液密性シ ールを提供するような形で前記バルーンの少なくとも一部分が前記案内鞘の遠位 部分から延長している、前記鞘内部の誘導バルーンカテーテル; ステント、及び; 血管内にステントを展開するために前記案内鞘の遠位位置まで前記ステント 共に移動させることができる、前記ステントが上に取り付けられた状態で前記ス テントを展開するための、前記案内鞘の内部の前記展開手段; を含んで成る、管腔内装置の送出及び展開のための装置。 17. 前記展開手段が1本のシャフト、前記ステント下の拡張手段及び前記シ ャフト内を通る案内ワイヤ内腔を含み、前記誘導バルーンカテーテルが前記シャ フトの案内ワイヤ内腔と同一直線上にある案内ワイヤ内腔を含み、かくして1本 の案内ワイヤが前記内腔を通過することができるようになっている、請求の範囲 第16項に記載の管腔内装置の送出及び展開のための装置。 18. 誘導バルーンカテーテルが前記展開手段から分離したものである、請求 の範囲第17項に記載の管腔内装置の送出及び展開のための装置。 19. 前記展開シャフトの遠位端部が、開口部を通って前記誘導バルーンカテ ーテルの案内ワイヤ内腔の中に延びている状態で、前記誘導バルーンカテーテル が案内ワイヤ内腔とこの開口部を含んでいる、請求の範囲第18項に記載の管腔 内装置の送出及び展開のための装置。 20. 前記案内鞘の近位端部に接続された止血弁を含み、この止血弁には前記 誘導バルーンカテーテルが延びる時に通るポート及び前記鞘に加圧流体を付加す る時に通るポートが含まれている、請求の範囲第16項に記載の管腔内装置の送 出及び展開のための装置。 21. 前記案内鞘の近位端部の内径が遠位端部の内径よりも大きい、請求の範 囲第16項に記載の管腔内装置の送出及び展開のための装置。
