Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a design with a favorable appearance wherein a border line in the design of a muffle painting film, does not stand out by arranging the muffle painting film having the border line in design in a die having a specified protruding part while positioning it. SOLUTION: A cavity in which a resin is injected, is formed by closing a cavity die 11 and a core die 13 while performing a positioning so that a border line 6 of a muffle painting film 1 may meet the protruding part 14 of a die having the protruding part 14 of which the ridge line width is 0.1-4mm, and the height of which is 0.1-3mm, and the resin is injected into the cavity from an injection port. As soon as a resin molded article is formed, the resin molded article and the muffle painting film 1 are bonded and integrated. For the resin to be injected, an acrylic resin or a polycarbonate resin, etc., are used. The muffle painting film 1 may be drawn by vacuum suction, etc., so that it may go along the shape of the internal surface of the cavity 11 after the closing of dies.

2. Description of the Related Art There are the following methods for obtaining a product having a design boundary. (1) After obtaining a resin molded product, there is a method in which a picture or the like is formed by printing in a later step to obtain a product having a design boundary. (2) A so-called simultaneous molding process in which a painting film having a design boundary is positioned in a mold, and the resin is injected into the cavity to integrate the resin molded product with the painting film. There is a method of manufacturing products. In the above-mentioned method (1) or (2), in order to obtain a design effect that can give a customer an illusion that the product is an integrated product in which a plurality of parts having different designs such as colors and matting states are fitted. In many cases, in a resin molded product having a surface composed of a plurality of painted surfaces, a design boundary line is often located at an intersection of adjacent painted surfaces.

Generally, when a boundary line on a design is formed as a recess such as a groove, the boundary line becomes less noticeable. In (1), the boundary line portion is formed in a groove portion of a resin molded product. Forming was not possible due to limitations of the printing method. Further, in (2), since the painting film is stretched along the inner surface shape of the cavity by resin pressure or vacuum suction, the design boundary line formed on the painting film is wavy, distorted, and inclined. . Alternatively, the design part surrounded by the boundary line is displaced from a predetermined position. In these cases, if the boundary line is conspicuous, the waving, distortion, inclination, displacement, and the like are remarkably easily recognized, resulting in a poor-looking product. Further, in any of (1) and (2), since the intersection line of the plurality of painted surfaces does not have a width, even if an attempt is made to align a design boundary line,
It is difficult to make them completely coincide with each other because of misalignment.
Due to this displacement, the appearance is deteriorated, and it is impossible to exhibit a design effect as if it is an integrated product in which a plurality of parts having different designs are fitted.

In the method for manufacturing a simultaneously molded article according to the present invention, the above-mentioned painting film 1 is positioned in a mold, and the resin 15 is injected into the cavity to be painted with the resin molded article 16. In the method of manufacturing a molded simultaneous painting product in which the film 1 is integrated, the boundary line of the painting film 1 is formed by using a mold having a convex portion 14 having a ridge line width of 0.1 to 4 mm and a height of 0.1 to 3 mm. 6 is located on the convex portion 14 of the mold. Specific examples are shown below. First, the painting film 1 is positioned and placed in a mold. For example, a mold including a cavity mold 11 along which the painting film 1 closely adheres and a core mold 13 having a resin injection port 12 is used. A convex portion 14 is formed on the mold surface of the cavity mold 11 along which the painting film 1 is in close contact. The convex portion 14 has a surface composed of a plurality of painted surfaces 19, and when molding a resin molded product having a groove portion at the intersection 18 of the adjacent painted surfaces 19, the adjacent painted surfaces are formed. 19 may be formed at the intersection 18 of the mold surface for molding 19.

The convex portion 14 has an outer surface formed of a flat side surface and a flat top surface, a flat side surface and a round top surface, a round surface only, or a steep slope and a gentle slope. And so on. The outer surface of the projection 14 may have an inverted V-shaped cross section or an inverted U-shaped cross section. The convex portion 14
It is preferable that the width of the ridge line is in the range of 0.1 to 4 mm, and the height of the projection 14 is 0.1 to 3 mm. The ridge line width may mean the width of the flat top surface of the convex portion 14. In addition, the ridge line width may mean the width of the root of the convex portion 14 when the convex portion 14 is viewed from above. The ridge line may mean a band-shaped surface having a width instead of a line. When the ridge line width of the convex portion 14 has a width in the range of 0.1 to 4 mm, the boundary line 6 of the painting film 1 is likely to be a mark when aligning with the convex portion 14 of the mold. It will be easier. When the width of the ridgeline of the convex portion 14 is larger than 4 mm, the groove 17 of the resin molded product 16 is too large, and the borderline 6 on the design becomes more conspicuous. The height of the projection 14 is 0.1 to 3 mm
Is effective because the painting film 1 is not cut by the projections 14.
When the height of the projection 14 is larger than 3 mm, the painting film 1 is easily cut by the projection 14. When the height of the convex portion 14 is smaller than 0.1 mm, the borderline 6 on the design becomes more conspicuous. The painting film 1 may be stretched by vacuum suction or the like before the mold clamping so as to follow the inner surface shape of the cavity mold 11 (FIG. 5).

As a place where the design boundary line 6 of the painting film 1 is located, there is an outer surface of the convex portion, and more specifically, there are the following places. In the case where the convex portion 14 has a flat side surface and a flat top surface, the boundary line 6 is located on the side surface or the top surface. In the case where the projection 14 has a flat side surface and a round top surface, the boundary line 6 is located on the flat side surface or the round top surface. When the convex portion 14 is formed only of a round surface, the boundary line 6 is located near the top or the base of the round surface. The groove 17 is formed along the border of the design. The groove portion 17 may be curved, square, or circular (see FIG. 4). The inner surface of the groove 17 includes a flat side surface and a flat bottom surface (FIG. 7A). The inner surface of the groove 17 has a U-shaped cross section, and has a flat side surface and a round bottom surface (FIG. 7B). The inner surface of the groove 17 may be formed only of a round surface. The inner surface of the groove 17 has a V-shaped cross section, and includes a steep slope and a gentle slope (FIG. 7C). The inner surface of the groove 17 has a side surface composed of a steep slope at the step (the right end in FIG. 3, FIG.
(D)). The groove 17 preferably has an opening width in the range of 0.1 to 4 mm and a depth of 0.1 to 3 mm. If the opening width of the groove portion 17 is wider than 4 mm, the wavy line of the boundary line 6 becomes noticeable. The depth of the groove 17 is 3 m
If it is larger than m, the painting film 1 will be cut in the manufacturing process. The location where the boundary line 6 is located may be either the side surface or the bottom surface of the groove 17 (FIG. 3), or may extend over both the side surface and the bottom surface. The location where the boundary line 6 is aligned may be either a steep slope or a gentle slope, or may extend over both a steep slope and a gentle slope. When the boundary 6 is positioned on a steep slope, even if the opening width of the groove 17 is wider than 4 mm, in the case of a product whose design is observed only from above, the waving of the boundary 6 is inconspicuous. In some cases. However, in a product in which the design is observed not only from above but also from a diagonal or side, the groove 17 has an opening width of 0.1 to 4 m
Those having a width in the range of m and a depth of 0.1 to 3 mm are suitable.

According to the method for producing a simultaneously molded article of the present invention, a mold having a convex portion having a ridge width of 0.1 to 4 mm and a height of 0.1 to 3 mm is used. Are aligned so as to coincide with the protrusions of the mold, so that the boundary line is formed on the inner surface of the groove formed by the protrusions of the mold. Since the groove is deep and relatively dark, the design boundary of the painting film is inconspicuous, and it is difficult to discriminate and visually recognize waving, distortion, inclination, displacement, and the like.
Therefore, a good-looking product can be obtained. Also, in the simultaneous molded article of the present invention, since the design boundary line of the painting film is located in the groove, the design boundary line is inconspicuous, and waving, distortion, inclination, displacement, etc. are determined and visually recognized. It is a product that is hard to do and looks good. Furthermore, the product is a product in which the ripples of the design boundary lines are not noticeable, and at the same time, the boundaries of colors and surface states are emphasized. For this reason, it is possible to exhibit a pseudo-expressive design effect, for example, it appears that another part is fitted around the groove.
