Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leading error resulted from the thickness difference peculiar to a medicine bag by providing separated tension devices in a medicine bag central area and a medicine bag side area, and setting the load of the tension added to a medicine bag carrying-out roller larger in the medicine bag central area than in the medicine bag side areas. SOLUTION: A bottom plate 3 is separated into a medicine central part and both side areas, and the central part bottom plate 3 which is lowered when a medicine bag 4 is loaded is set high to uniform the touch of a carrying roller 5. A pressing roller for lightly pressing the surface of the medicine bag 4 in a far position in the carrying direction of the medicine bag 4 is provided on the frame of a medicine bag feeder 1 in such a manner as to be vertically oscillated. The pressure roller is supported by a support arm for supporting the pressure roller, whereby the weights of the pressure roller and the support frame are added to the medicine bag 4. Thus, the stop of a printer resulted from the clogging by a medicine bag leading failure can be sharply reduced.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a technique relating to a medicine bag printing apparatus for automatically printing on a medicine bag is disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication Nos. H4-112055 and H4-112056. There is disclosed a technique for performing printing by operating a printer corresponding to a selected medicine bag size in accordance with prescription data. The medicine bag feeder used in the medicine bag printing apparatus is configured to carry out only the surface of the stacked medicine bags by using the frictional force of the conveying roller on the surface of the stacked medicine bags. Is simultaneously pulled into the printer, causing a transport error. As a technology for transporting paper with the same technology, copiers and FA
There are feeders used for X, but even with the adoption of equivalent technology, pull-in errors occur at a rate of about 10% to 20%. The paper used in copiers and the like is a simple piece of paper. The medicine bag is made of paper and the inside is made of a moisture-proof laminate material. The moisture-proof surfaces are overlapped, and the side of the medicine bag is heat-sealed. Form a medicine bag. The difference between the copy paper and the medicine bag is that the thickness of the two-layered bag increases, and the difference in thickness, weight, and bulk between the sealing surface and non-sealing surface is reduced, so that after loading, press the stacking thickness. Because of the thinness, significant differences such as deterioration in peelability between medicine bags occur. In addition, some large-sized medicine bags have valley-folded sides, and such medicine bags can be filled with a large amount of medicine because the bags are greatly expanded, but the thickness is centered because the sides are folded in valleys. When 250 sheets are loaded, the loaded medicine bags are greatly distorted, and the center of the medicine bags is abnormally thin with respect to the thickness of the medicine bag side.

As described above, the rate of occurrence of a draw-in error caused by the characteristic of a medicine bag and a draw-in error of a medicine bag feeder are reduced at least as much as a feeder used in a copier or the like in which a plurality of sheets are simultaneously drawn in. Is a major challenge.

[0005] Further, by providing an adjusting roller that rotates on the side of the medicine bag to be loaded and applying a load in the direction opposite to the transport load, only the surface medicine bag is pulled in, and the adjustment is made to rotate on the side of the medicine bag to be loaded. By inclining the rotation axis of the adjusting rotor in a direction in which the rotation axis of the roller is opposed to the load direction of the feeding of the transport roller so that the loading gap on the loaded medicine bag side is widened, air is inserted between the medicine bags and the medicine bag is inserted. To prevent sticking.

This medicine bag 4 is made of ordinary paper whose inside is laminated with moisture-proof processing and the outside is made of ordinary paper which is easy to print, and the mainstream is one in which the laminated portions face each other and are heat-sealed. Also, as in the medicine bag shown in FIG. 4, a medicine bag provided with a valley fold 20 on the medicine bag side and capable of storing a large amount of medicine is used. The medicine bag 4 has a hospital name and a dispensing pharmacy name indicating the place where the prescription agent is provided on the surface thereof, and is printed on a bag-processed surface in advance. In addition to the printing, a patient name, a medicine, a dosing method, and the like are printed in the printing area 12.
Detects the printing of a printing position locating mark (not shown) on the medicine bag 4 and prints necessary items to be described in the printing area 12 at the designated position. In order to reliably take out the individual medicine bags one by one from the medicine bag feeder 1, it is preferable to employ all the conditions described in the item of the means for solving the problem, and the operation of each mechanism will be described with reference to FIGS. When the medicine bag having the valley fold 20 as shown in FIG. 4 is stacked, the thickness of the medicine bag side is increased with respect to the thickness of the center portion, and when about 250 sheets are stacked on the plane, the medicine bag central portion is greatly curved. For this reason, the conveyance roller cannot load uniformly on the surface of the medicine bag, and the conveyance roller is often conveyed to the printing apparatus with two or three sheets overlapping.

As a means for solving the problem that two or three medicine bags are discharged when the conveying roller is operated, the adjusting roller 6 shown in FIG. Load in the direction to return the sticking and moving medicine bag. When the adjustment roller 6 is rotated at an angle of about 10 degrees in the discharge direction of the medicine bag, the medicine bag side is curved as shown in FIG. 6B, and at the same time, the stacked medicine bags are easily separated and the medicine bag below the surface is ejected. Since the sheet is fed in the direction opposite to the direction, the sheets are almost certainly discharged one by one. Further, as an application example, it has been obtained from the experimental results that a cushion material such as rubber may be set in place of the adjusting roller 5 in the same manner as the adjusting roller and the both sides of the loaded medicine bag may be pressed.

At the time of the initial movement of the medicine bag retraction, as a means for preventing the medicine bag immediately below the medicine bag sticking and moving, the weight of the pressing material is applied to the medicine bag, and the contact resistance is increased on the back side in the retraction direction to eliminate the problem. At this time, as shown in FIG.
The rubber 13 that is provided immediately below the medicine bag feeder conveyance port and rises toward the conveyance roller exerts conveyance prevention resistance on the attached medicine bag, and in that situation, the pressing roller moves from the front medicine bag to the surface of the second medicine bag. It is preferable to adjust the position of the rubber 13 so as to perform the adjustment. Further, as shown in FIG. 8, it is more effective to provide the rubber 13 so as to cross the line connecting the contact point of the transport roller and the contact point of the next transport roller.

It is most preferable that the pressing member has the following structure. The pressing member is formed of a roller. Further, the pressing roller 7 rotates only in one direction, and a high friction material is applied to the outer periphery of the clutch bearing. When the medicine bag is pulled out by the conveying roller 5 for discharging the medicine bag, the pressing roller 7 is used.
Does not rotate, and a pressing load is applied to the medicine bag.

As shown in FIG. 8, in many situations, the medicine bag 4 on the surface is discharged, and the medicine bag stuck to the discharged medicine bag is prevented from being discharged by the rubber 13 standing up, and is discharged one by one. Conveying rollers 5b, 5
In the prior art, the transport rollers were rotated in the transport direction for both 5b and 5c. However, the present invention rotates the transport rollers 5c in the opposite direction to the transport direction to remove the second medicine bag. The operation of returning to the medicine bag feeder is performed.

FIG. 9 (a) shows a state in which the medicine bag is conveyed while being adhered to the medicine bag carried by the carrying roller 5a, and FIG. 9 (b) shows a state where the second medicine bag has arrived between the carrying rollers 5b and 5c. In (c), while the upper medicine bag is conveyed in the conveyance direction, the lower medicine bag adhered to the lower part is blocked by the rotation of the conveyance roller 5c and returned, and (d) shows a state in which the front medicine bag is taken into the printer. A sensor (not shown) detects that the transport rollers 5a, 5b, and 5c are all reversed. At this time, since the pressing roller 7 rotates according to the surface of the medicine bag, the excess medicine bag is returned to the medicine bag feeder. It is.
