Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rise in temperature exceeding a fixed level near a burner and a top board as caused under the severe and abnormal application or others different from the normal application by detecting the temperature of an extended part formed on an upper outer circumference part of a burner body to cut the supply of a gas to a burner depending on the results of the detection. SOLUTION: An annular extended part 2 is integrally formed on the upper outer circumference part of a burner body 17 and a temperature sensor 31 is attached to the undersurface of the extended part 2. The temperature of the extended part 2 is detected by the temperature sensor 31 and a solenoid valve 32 is closed depending on the results of the detection to cut the supply of a gas to a burner 1. A thermocouple 33 is arranged in proximity to flame holes of the burner 1 to detect the non-existence of combustion flame with the thermocouple 33. The solenoid valve 32 is closed depending on the results of the detection. For example, when the combustion flame during the cooking is put out by the overflow of boiled food, the further supply of the gas is stopped. The temperature sensor 31 and the thermocouple 33 are inserted into a series circuit and when any one of the parts is operated, the solenoid valve 32 is closed.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a burner or a top plate of a gas stove is heated to a certain degree or more, the life of the burner is shortened, and the top plate is cracked. Heat resistance is required for the material of the plate, and in particular, when the top plate is made of glass, crystallized glass having high heat resistance must be used, which increases the cost. Even for a metal top plate, the top plate material and its surface treatment material are required to have high heat resistance. In addition, the broth spilled on the top plate sticks, and the housewife and the like have poor maintainability.

Thus, the annular extending portion 2 formed integrally with the burner 1 and formed on the periphery of the burner 1 provides:
The heat from the flame of the burner 1 is received by the extension portion 2 and is conducted to the burner main body 17, thereby suppressing a rise in the temperature of the top plate near the burner 1. Therefore, the top plate 5
When a thin steel plate or aluminum plate is used, the deformation due to thermal expansion can be reduced without the need for a structure for heat insulation and heat insulation, and the surface of the thin steel plate or aluminum plate is treated with fluorine coating etc. However, the rise in the temperature of the top plate 5 can be suppressed, and the durability of the coating layer can be improved. When the top plate 5 is made of glass, expensive crystallized glass does not have to be used, and general tempered glass can be used, and the cost can be reduced. In addition, it is possible to suppress boil-over from strongly sticking to the top plate 5.

Furthermore, the temperature rise of the outer peripheral portions of the top plate 5 and the extension 2 can be suppressed, and the sealing material 9 interposed between the opening 4 of the top plate 5 and the burner 1 has high heat resistance. Is not required, and a relatively low heat-resistant material can be used, so that the broth or the like spilled on the top plate 5 can be reliably prevented from entering the casing 6 of the stove. It is possible to avoid soiling the inside of the car, and to improve the careability, safety and durability.

As shown in FIG. 1, the top plate 5 is substantially flush with the annular extending portion 2, specifically, the top plate 5 is slightly lower than the annular extending portion 2. In addition to enhancing the appearance, the annular extension 2 is slightly higher than the top plate 5 and absorbs heat at the annular extension 2 closer to the burner 1 than the top plate 5. , The heat conduction from the burner 1 to the top plate 5 is effectively suppressed. In addition, the temperature in the circumferential direction of the top plate receiving portion 3 formed on the outer periphery of the annular extension portion 2 is made substantially equal, and, for example, due to the temperature difference, for example, a glass top plate 5 is formed.
This avoids cracks and cracks in the steel. In the above embodiment, the goto 8 is placed on the top 5.

By operating the means for shutting off the gas supply to cut off the gas supply thereafter, it is possible to prevent the temperature of the burner and the top plate from rising more than a certain level, and the burner is overheated and its life is shortened. It is possible to avoid shortening, prevent the temperature of the top plate from rising above a certain level, and prevent the surface treatment layer when the top plate is coated with Teflon or the like from being damaged by heating. In When the top plate is made of glass, it is not necessary to use crystallized glass with high heat resistance, and it is possible to use general tempered glass, and to prevent boil-downs from sticking to the top plate. There is an advantage that it can be prevented. Further, since the gas supply is shut off when the temperature of the burner and the top plate rises above a certain level, poor combustion such as flashback that occurs in an overheated state or a use situation that causes overheating may be avoided.

That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a problem caused by overheating of the burner and the top plate is prevented by preventing a temperature rise in the burner and the top plate by a certain degree or more. The feature is that the requirement for heat resistance of the plate portion is reduced. In the invention of claim 2,
In addition to the effect of claim 1, the extension is integrally formed on the outer periphery of the metal burner, and the temperature detection sensor is provided on the lower surface of the extension, so that the temperature rise in the extension is more than a certain level. Can be prevented, and the temperature rise of the extension portion and the top plate following the extension portion can be prevented. Further, there is an advantage that the gas supply can be cut off when the burner flashes back and the temperature of the extension portion rises to a certain value or more.
