- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体が通過して所定値より大きい寸法の固形物の通過を妨げるような開口が 形成された分離パネルを備える液体から固形物を分離する手段において、固形物 がパネルに位置したとき、固形物が位置しているパネルの面に沿った液体の流れ が固形物をパネルから移動させ、パネルが自己洗浄されてかつ固形物によって阻 害されることがないことを特徴とする手段。 2.流動液体から固形物をその液体のエネルギを利用して分離する方法において 、液体の移動経路に分離パネルが配置され、前記パネルは、液体の移動方向にお いて閉鎖された面と、液体の移動方向に対して一定の角度だけ傾斜された方向に おいて、液体は通過するがその液体に伴う固形物はパネルの面に沿って移動する ようなパネルを貫通する複数の開口を有し、この構成によって、パネルの面が自 己洗浄されることを特徴とする方法。 3.請求項2に記載の方法において、この方法を達成するための手段は、懸濁固 形物および/又は浮遊固形物を伴う流動液体と、下方に傾斜した前記分離パネル によって入口側と出口側に仕切られた分離室と、分離室との底に設けられた採集 溜めとによって構成され、流動液体から分離パネルによって分離された固形物が 採集溜めに採集され、手動又は機械的手段によって定期的に除去されることを特 徴とする方法。 4.請求項3に記載の方法において、前記分離パネルは、浮遊固形物が前記分離 室の出口側にオーバフローしないように、流動液体の表面から上方に一定の高さ まで延出していることを特徴とする方法。 5.流動液体の源を有する請求項2に記載の方法において、前記開口が流動方向 から見て実質的に閉鎖されて、前記パネルの形状と方向による偏向力によって固 形物が主流から片側の貯蔵/採集域に導かれ、液体はパネルの前記偏向セグメン トの周囲を自在に流動してパネルの開口を通過するように、前記分離パネルが流 動方向に対して一定の角度で傾斜して配置されていることを特徴とする方法。 6.請求項5に記載の方法において、前記分離パネルは分離室に配置され、流れ をパネルの面に沿って保持して、液体とそれに伴う固形物を貯蔵/採集域に導い て、貯蔵域の液体を再び分離室に進入させるために、流れの方向を調整する遮蔽 板を分離パネルと離間して設けることを特徴とする方法。 7.請求項6に記載の方法において、前記の遮蔽板は、浮遊物を再循環させるた めに、前記分離パネルの上方に延出していることを特徴とする方法。 8.請求項5ないし7のいずれかに記載の方法において、極限条件下でも浮遊物 を保持するために、高レベル遮蔽板を設けることを特徴とする方法。 9.請求項5ないし8に記載の方法において、前記分離パネルは、穿孔された展 伸金属板または成形プラスチックのような強靭でかつ耐錆性の優れた材料からな り、前記分離室は再強化コンクリートのような強靭な中実材料によって主として 構成されることを特徴とする方法。 10.請求項5またはそれに加えて請求項9に記載の方法において、ケーブル、 浮き箱、杭又は他の類似の支持物に支持された前記分離パネルが、水路又は川の 全体に渡って又は部分的に、浮遊固形物および懸濁固形物をパネルの面に沿って 捕獲して主流から採集域に偏向させるような角度に傾斜して配置され、前記採集 域が2つの室からなり、第1の室は水路に対して開放されて固形物を一時的に保 持する領域であり、第1の室の先端の第2の室は、第1の室から進入する材料を 容易に貯蔵できるように第1の室より深い位置に配置され、固形物の移動と貯蔵 を容易に行えるように両室の開閉に機械的手段が用いられ、乾燥して堆積された 材料を定期的に除去できるように第2の室から水が機械的に除去されることを特 徴とする方法。 11.懸濁固形物および/又は浮遊固形物を伴う流動液体の源を含む請求項2に 記載の方法において、分離パネルは、両端の中心を貫通する軸の回りに機械的に 自転して必要な相対的な運動を生じる円筒からなり、前記円筒は、その軸線が液 体の流れの経路に対して約90°となるように配置され、粉体は前記円筒の外部 から突出する偏向表面によって前記装置から偏向され、液体は開口を介して前記 円筒内に進入することが可能であり、その液体は前記円筒内で外部に放出されて 、さらに液体が連続的に前記円筒内に進入することができることを特徴とする方 法。 12.懸濁固形物および/又は浮遊固形物を伴う流動液体の源を含む請求項2に 記載の方法において、機械的に駆動される分離装置は、内側に突出する偏向表面 を有する円錐形に形成され、その中心軸は、装置の内側から下方に見たときに偏 向表面が閉鎖するように一定の角度で傾斜され、また、前記の分離装置は、その 軸が液体の流れの経路から下方にわずかに傾斜されて、液体は分離装置の小径端 部を介して流入し、装置の回転と下方から見たときに閉鎖された偏向表面によっ て、固形物はその内面に沿って流れて大径端部から流出することを特徴とする方 法。 13.水路または管を通過する懸濁固形物および/又は浮遊固形物を伴う流動液 体を含む請求項2に記載の方法において、水路または管は片側または両側に分離 パネルを有し、前記分離パネルは液体の流動方向において閉鎖された面とその流 動方向から傾斜された方向において開口を備え、液体の一部はパネルを介して流 出し、水路または管に沿って継続的に流れる残りの液体と固形物から分離される ことを特徴とする方法。 14.請求項13に記載の方法において、分離パネルは、液体とそれに伴う固形 物の流れが所定の最小値に達するまで、液体が分離パネルを通過しないように配 置されていることを特徴とする方法。 15.請求項13または14に記載の方法において、前記出口は少なくとも1つ のゲートを備え、進入する液体の必要な高さを液体が前記パネルを通過して出口 に達する前に与えかつ液体の流体的な落差を制御するために、前記の出口および /またはその全体的な寸法に対する開口の高さを調整することを特徴とする方法 。 16.流動液の源を有する請求項2に記載の方法において、前記分離パネルは、 前記開口が流れの方向から見て実質的に閉鎖されるように流動の方向に対して傾 斜されて配置され、所定値以下の流動の場合に、水と固形物は分離器内に偏向さ れ、所定値以上の流動の場合、液体と固形物は分離パネルに沿って流れ、固形物 と液体の一部が分離器に流れ、液体の残りは分離パネルを介して出口に流れるこ とを特徴とする方法。 17.請求項16に記載の方法において、流れを前記分離器に向ける密閉された 遮蔽板を、前記分離パネルと隣接して、前記分離器からの過剰な水が前記分離パ ネルを再び通過して戻ることができるように配置することを特徴とする方法。 18.請求項2に記載の方法において、流動液体の源と、液体の入口と、分離パ ネルによって入口側と出口側に仕切られた分離室であって、前記分離パネルが液 体の作用と重力によって開口が固形物によって閉塞されるのを防ぐように傾斜し て配置されている分離室と、逆傾斜下部分離パネルを有する大きな固形物と浮遊 物を採集するための入口側の固形物採集溜めと、液体と小さい懸濁固形物を採集 するための出口側の採集皿と、出口とを備え、液体は、液体と微細な懸濁固形物 をパネルを通過させて出口に流す分離パネルの上方を流れ、一方、大きな固形物 と浮遊物はパネルの下方の採集溜めに重力と残りの水の作用で押されて、溜めに 達した残りの液体は逆傾斜下部分離パネルを通過して出口に流れることを特徴と する方法。 19.請求項18に記載の方法において、前記分離パネルの下部は固形物遷移パ ネルで覆われ、前記の逆傾斜下部分離パネルの上方でかつ平行に他の固形物偏向 パネルが設けられ、上部分離パネルから下方に落下する液体と微細な懸濁固形物 は液体採集溜めの出口に導かれることを特徴とする方法。 20.請求項19に記載の方法において、固形物採集溜めは湿式採取溜めを形成 するために下方に位置し、前記固形物溜めは、下端が溜めの出口側に固定されか つ前記遷移パネルに対して逆に傾斜された逆傾斜下部分離パネルによって入口側 と出口側に仕切られ、固形物採集溜めに達した液体は水圧によって下部分離パネ ルから湿式固形物溜めの出口に流れることを特徴とする方法。 21.流動液体から固形物を分離する装置において、前記装置は液体用の入口と 出口と、前記入口と出口間の流動経路に配置された分離パネルとを備え、前記パ ネルは流動方向において閉鎖された面と、その流動方向と傾斜された方向におい て前記パネルを貫通する開口を有し、液体は前記開口を通過できるが、固形物は その面に沿って流れることを特徴とする装置。 22.請求項21に記載の装置において、前記開口の寸法よりも小さい固形物も 、前記固形物の慣性力によって前記開口を越えて移動するように構成されること を特徴とする装置。 23.請求項21又は22に記載の装置において、前記開口の寸法よりも小さい 固形物も、前記固形物の重力によって前記開口を越えて移動するように構成され ることを特徴とする装置。 24.請求項21ないし23のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記分離パネル を越えて移動する固形物が溜めに達して、そこから移動可能であることを特徴と する装置。 25.請求項24に記載の装置において、固形物は、それを伴っている液体によ って、前記溜めに積極的に運ばれることを特徴とする装置。 26.請求項24又は25に記載の装置において、前記分離パネルは分離室に配 置され、前記分離パネルと略平行に流れ方向を調整する遮蔽板が配置され、前記 遮蔽板は前記溜めへの液体の流れを制御すると共に液体を前記分離パネルを越え て再循環させることを特徴とする装置。 27.請求項26に記載の装置において、極限条件下において、浮遊固形物を制 御する高レベル遮蔽板を配置することを特徴とする装置。 28.水路又は管に沿って流れる固形物を伴う流動液体から液体を分離する装置 において、前記装置は水路又は管の壁内に設けられた少なくとも1つの分離パネ ルを有し、前記パネルは流れの方向において閉鎖された面と、その流れの方向か ら傾斜された方向において前記パネルを貫通する開口を有し、液体は前記開口を 通過できるが残りの液体と固形物は前記パネルを越えて流れることを特徴とする 装置。 29.請求項28に記載の装置において、前記分離パネルは、液体とそれに伴わ れた固形物の量が所定の最小値より低いときには、それらをすべて通過させるよ うに配置されることを特徴とする装置. 30.水路又は川に沿って流れる固形物を伴う流動液体から固形物を分離する装 置において、前記装置は、液体用の入口と出口と、前記入口と出口間の流動経路 に配置された分離パネルを有し、前記パネルは流動方向において閉鎖された面と その方向から傾斜された方向において前記パネルを貫通する開口を有し、液体は 前記開口を介して前記入口に通じる分離器に達し、所定値以下の流動の場合に、 液体は前記分離器に流れ、所定値以上の流動の場合に、液体は前記分離パネルに 沿って流れ、液体は前記開口を通過して残りの液体と固形物は分離器に流れるこ とを特徴とする装置。 31.請求項29又は30に記載の装置において、前記分離器は動的分離器また は渦流分離器であることを特徴とする装置。 32.添付の図面に実質的に記載されている方法。 33.添付の図面に実質的に記載されている装置。
