Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 腫瘍に関連する血管内皮細胞に特異的に結合し、正常な血管内皮細胞には 結合しないモノクローナル抗体。 2. 約165キロダルトンの分子量を有するシアル酸結合糖タンパク質に特異 的に結合する請求項1に記載のモノクローナル抗体。 3. 請求項1のモノクローナル抗体を生成するハイブリドーマ細胞ライン。 4. 請求項1のモノクローナル抗体の結合フラグメント。 5. 請求項1のモノクローナル抗体であって、該モノクローナル抗体の少なく とも一部はキメラ化されている。 6. 腫瘍を同定する方法であって、患者から採取されたサンプルを、腫瘍関連 血管内皮細胞の結合に有利な条件下において、請求項1のモノクローナル抗体と 接触させる工程と、前記結合を検出して前記腫瘍を同定する工程とを有する方法 。 7. 請求項6の方法であって、前記モノクローナル抗体は、検出可能な標識で 標識化される。 8. 請求項7の方法であって、前記検出可能ラベルは、 放射性、発色性、蛍光性、酵素又は金属性粒子、あるいは磁性粒子である。 9. 請求項6の方法であって、前記サンプルは組織サンプルである。 10.請求項6の方法であって、前記サンプルは体液サンプルである。 11.腫瘍を有する患者を治療する方法であって、前記腫瘍の発育を抑止するか 、もしくは、該腫瘍の細胞壊死を引き起こすのに十分な量の治療剤を投与する工 程を有し、前記治療剤が請求項1のモノクローナル抗体を含む。 12.請求項11の方法であって、前記モノクローナル抗体が、血塊形成剤と復 合される。 13.請求項11の方法であって、前記モノクローナル抗体が、金属含有化合物 と複合される。 14.請求項11の方法であって、前記モノクローナル抗体が、リポソーム配送 システムと複合される。 15.請求項11の方法であって、前記モノクローナル抗体が、細胞毒剤と複合 される。 16.請求項11の方法であって、前記モノクローナル抗体が、炎症誘発又は補 体結合形態で投与される。 17.請求項11の方法であって、前記モノクローナル 抗体が、酵素と複合される。 18.腫瘍の治療に有効な試薬であって、(i)腫瘍に関連する血管内皮細胞に 特異的に結合する第1モノクローナル抗体と、(ii)腫瘍の細胞に特異的に結 合する第2モノクローナル抗体、とを有する。 19.請求項18の試薬であって、更に、薬剤的に許容可能なキャリアを有する 。 20.請求項18の試薬であって、前記第1モノクローナル抗体は、分子量が約 165キロダルトンのシアル酸結合糖タンパク質に特異的に結合し、前記第2モ ノクローナル抗体はF19である。 21.請求項1のモノクローナル抗体の復数の分子を有するオリゴメリック抗体 複合物。 22.請求項18の試薬であって、前記第1及び第2モノクローナル抗体は、キ ットの形態として、別々の容器に分離収納されている。 23.150キロダルトンの分子量を有し、腫瘍関連血管内皮細胞に特異的に存 在する分離シアル酸結合糖タンパク質。 24.請求項23の糖タンパク質のタンパク質部分をコード化する分離アミノ酸 配列。 25.請求項23の糖タンパク質の免疫原部分と、薬剤 的に許容可能なアジュバントとを有するワクチン。
