Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.セルラ通信システムの符号分割多重アクセスの方法であって、 第1基地局と移動局の間に呼リンクを確立する段階と、 少なくとも1つの隣接基地局と前記第1基地局の通信チャンネルの到着時間を 移動局で測定する段階と、 前記基地局に接続するネットワーク制御器に前記測定値を伝送する段階と、 少なくとも1つの隣接基地局と前記移動局との間の呼リンクを起動する段階と 、 前記第1基地局と前記少なくとも1つの隣接基地局のうちの少なくとも1つか ら伝送される通信信号を遅らせて、前記移動局が前記第1基地局と前記少なくと も1つの隣接基地局から所定の時間間隔内にほぼ同じ情報を受けるようにする段 階と、 を含む方法。 2.フレーム構造に従って通信チャンネルで前記通信信号を伝送する段階を更 に含む、請求項1記載の方法。 3.基地局から前記通信信号を圧縮モードで伝送し、データの1フレームは情 報部分とアイドル部分とを含み、これにより移動局は前記圧縮モードのアイドル 部分中に前記少なくとも1つの隣接基地局を測定することができる段階を更に含 む、請求項2記載の方法。 4.前記測定する段階は、 前記少なくとも1つの隣接基地局からと前記移動局が現在リンクされている基 地局からの、時間遅れのないチャンネルでの受信信号の時間差を移動局において 測定する段階と、 前記測定値をネットワーク制御器に送る段階と、 割り当てられたチャンネルで通信リンクを確立しようとする前記隣接基地局か ら信号を伝送するための時間オフセットについて基地局に知らせる段階と、 前記隣接基地局から前記時間オフセットで通信信号を伝送する段階と、 前記移動局が前記隣接基地局の方に移動する場合は前記時間オフセットを更新 する段階と、 を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 5.前記通信信号は、制御チャンネルのフレームに対して、ある時間オフセッ トをもって伝送される、請求項1記載の方法。 6.前記通信リンクは、隣接基地局の前記遅れのないチャンネルと他の通信チ ャンネルに対して、任意のオフセットをもってダウンリンクで伝送される、請求 項4記載の方法。 7.前記所定の時間間隔は分岐ウインドウに対応する、請求項4記載の方法。 8.前記少なくとも1つの隣接基地局と前記第1基地局は異なる周波数で伝送 する、請求項1記載の方法。 9.前記少なくとも1つの隣接基地局と前記第1基地局は同じ周波数で伝送す る、請求項1記載の方法。 10. セルラ通信システムの符号分割多重アクセスが可能なシステムであって 、あるオフセット値だけ信号を遅らせる手段と、前記遅れ手段により遅らされた 信号を伝送する手段と、遅らされない信号を伝送する手段とをそれぞれが備える 、少なくとも2つの基地局と、 前記少なくとも2つの基地局からの伝送を受信する受信機と、前記少なくとも 2つの基地局から遅らされない信号を受信する際の遅延を測定する遅延測定装置 と、前記遅延測定値を伝送する手段とを備える、少なくとも1つの移動局と、 前記遅延測定値を受信する手段と、前記遅延測定値に従って前記オフセット値 を発生する手段と、前記オフセット値を前記少なくとも2つの基地局に伝送する 手段とを備える、少なくとも1つのネットワーク制御器と を含むシステム。 11. 前記少なくとも2つの基地局のうちの少なくとも1つは、 前記少なくとも1つの移動局から前記遅延測定値を含む信号を受信する手段と 、 前記遅れ測定値を前記ネットワーク制御器に伝送する手段と、を備える、請求 項10記載のシステム。 12. 前記ネットワーク制御器の前記発生手段は、前記遅らされない信号に対 する任意のオフセット値を発生する手段を備える、請求項10記載のシステム。
