2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a multi-story parking facility of this type, for example, there is one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-34040. In this publication, a plurality of vertically movable vehicle pallets are arranged in a row in a pit, and the transverse pallet is one less than the vehicle pallet above the vehicle pallets. It is arranged. A top plate is provided on each vehicle mounting pallet via first and second support columns. Further, columns are erected on both outer sides of each vehicle mounting pallet, and beams are bridged over the columns. When the vehicle mounting pallet descends into the pit, the left and right ends of the top plate are supported by the beams. As a result, when the vehicle passes on the top plate in the front-rear direction, the load of the vehicle is supported by the beams.

Since the beam for supporting the top plate is fixed to the upper part of the pillar, it is mounted on the vehicle so that the vehicle mounting pallet does not interfere with the beam when the vehicle mounting pallet is raised. The width of the pallet is set smaller than the mounting interval between the pair of left and right beams. Further, since the top plate is supported by the beams, the width of the top plate is set to be larger than the mounting interval between the pair of left and right beams.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional type, when the size of the vehicle mounting pallet is set sufficiently large for the vehicle, the mounting interval between the pair of left and right beams and the width of the top plate are Due to the above relationship, the width of the top plate has to be made unnecessarily larger than the width of the vehicle mounting pallet, which causes a problem that the width of the entire parking facility becomes large.

In addition, when the vehicle 73 is put in and out of the lower lift pallet 16 in the parking space S2 (or S1 and S3) at the center of the front of the first parking floor 10, the transverse carriage 64 of the front is used. The parking space S2 is made to traverse and retracted from above the lower lift pallet 16 of the parking space S2. Then, as shown in FIG. 8, the lower elevator pallet 16 of the parking space S2 is lifted from the first parking floor 10 to the second parking floor 11. As the front lower pallet 16 is raised, the engagement plate 56 engages with the receiving member 46, the receiving member 46 rotates in one direction around the longitudinal axis 48, and rises as shown in FIG. The lower elevating pallet 16 is retracted to the outside. At this time, the guide roller
The 58 abuts on the outer surface of the engagement plate 56 and guides the front lower elevator pallet 16 in the ascending direction. As a result, it is possible to prevent the lower elevating pallet 16 in the front of the vehicle from swinging, and to raise the pallet smoothly. Then, as shown in FIG. 8, the front lower pallet 16 reaches the second parking floor 11 from the first parking floor 10, and the vehicle 73 may be put in and out of the front lower pallet 16. .

Further, as shown in FIG. 8, since one end of each rocking lever 39 abuts on each fixing member 40 via the roller 41 as the lower lifting pallet 16 at the front is raised, the central portion is centered. It swings downward, whereby the other end of each swing lever 39 swings upward around the center while engaging the engaging piece 35, and lifts the second leg member 32b. As a result, since each second leg member 32b projects upward from each first leg member 32a, the ceiling plate 33 is lifted with respect to the lower elevator pallet 16 at the front position, and the front plate 33 is raised to the second parking floor 11. The height H from the lower elevating pallet 16 to the ceiling plate 33 increases. As a result, when a person gets on or off the vehicle 65 on the lower lift pallet 16 on the front side that has risen to the second parking floor 11 or walks on the lower lift pallet 16 on the front side, the ceiling plate 33 does not interfere. On the contrary, the lower elevating pallet 16 on the front side
When lowering from the second parking floor 11 to the first parking floor 10, as shown in FIG. 2, the guide roller 58 abuts the outer surface of the engaging plate 56 and guides the lower lift pallet 16 in the front direction in the lowering direction. To do. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the lower elevating pallet 16 of the front part from swinging and to smoothly descend. Then, when the front lower elevator pallet 16 descends below the receiving member 46,
The engaging plate 56 is separated below the guide roller 58, and the receiving member 46
The urging force of the torsion coil spring 50 causes a predetermined amount of protrusion below the ceiling plate 33. As a result, as shown in FIG. 1, the receiving members 46 support the front and rear side portions of the ceiling plate 33 of the front lower pallet 16 descending from the second parking floor 11 to the first parking floor 10.

At this time, since the lower surface of the side frame 33a of the ceiling plate 33 is placed on the receiving member 46 via the rubber receiving seat 49, the receiving seat 49 is shocked when the ceiling plate 33 is placed. Relieve Further, the amount of protrusion of the receiving member 46 is determined by the stopper pin.
The 54 is accurately regulated by moving to one end of the groove 55, and therefore the support level and the supporting posture of the receiving member 46 are kept constant and one ceiling plate 33 is fixed to the four receiving members 46 at the front, rear, left and right. It becomes possible to support it accurately. Further, the receiving member 46 is provided with the groove 55 through the stopper pin 54.
Since it is guided and rotated, the rotation of the receiving member 46 is smoothed.

As described above, the receiving member 46 can be freely retracted and retracted, and when the front lower elevator pallet 16 descends to the first parking floor 10, the receiving member 46 projects to support the ceiling plate 33, When the lower lift pallet 16 goes up to the second parking floor 11,
By retracting the receiving member 46, the ceiling plate 33 can be downsized to almost the same size as the front lower pallet 16 in comparison with the conventional one.

When the lower lift pallet 16 of the front is lowered from the second parking floor 11 to the first parking floor 10, as shown in FIG. Since one end of is separated downward from the fixing member 40,
A swing lever by the weight of each second leg member 32b and the ceiling plate 33.
The other end of 39 swings downward around the center,
Each second leg member 32b is inserted into the first leg member 32a. Therefore, the ceiling plate 33 descends with respect to the lower elevator pallet 16 on the front side, and the height H from the lower elevator pallet 16 on the front stage that has descended to the first parking floor 10 to the ceiling plate 33 decreases. Therefore, it is not necessary to increase the height of the first parking floor 10, the depth D of the pit 13 can be made shallow, and the cost required for creating the pit 13 and the construction period can be shortened.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the guide rollers of the receiving member (or the engaging plate) are moved to the outer side surface of the engaging plate (or the receiving member) when the lifting pallets other than the rearmost one are raised to reach the second parking floor. And guide the lifting pallets other than the last one in the rising direction. Further, when the lifting pallets other than the last one descend from the second parking floor, the receiving member (or the engaging plate)
Guide roller contacts the outer surface of the engaging plate (or the receiving member) and guides the lifting pallets other than the last one in the descending direction. In this way, since the lifting pallets other than the last one are guided in the vertical direction by the guide rollers, the lifting pallet can be prevented from swinging and can be lifted and lowered smoothly.
