Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare a double coated adhesive sheet, low in increase in releasing force for a releasable liner even after long term storage in an adhering state to an adhesive body and having stabilized quality by providing adhesive agent layers on both faces of an acid-stuck sheet-like base material and covering the adhesive agent layers with silicone-based releasing liners, respectively. CONSTITUTION: Adhesive layer 3 such as of an acrylic, natural or a synthetic rubber is formed respectively on both surfaces of a sheet substrate 4 [a 10-1000μm thickness (non) woven fabric obtained from a raw material such as rayon, polyester fiber, vinylon (PVA) fiber or nylon fiber] stuck with an aliphatic organic acid such as citric acid, malic acid, (poly)acrylic acid, acetic acid and formic acid or an inorganic acid such as phosphoric acid or phosphorous acid. Then, these adhesive layers 3 are respectively covered with silicone based liners 1, 2.

However, when the conventional double-sided adhesive sheet is used, the double-sided adhesive sheet is attached to the rubber sheet or the rubber foam.
In the state of the laminated composition, when it is stored for a long period of time, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is protected, the peeling force of the release liner increases, and when the phenomenon is remarkable, The release liner could not be peeled off and could not be used during construction.

It has been known that the above-mentioned problem of the peeling force increase phenomenon varies depending on the type of the silicone-based release agent used in the release liner and the curing conditions of the silicone,
If you try to change the type of silicone release agent to solve such a problem, the peeling force when you try to peel off the release liner may change and workability during construction may deteriorate. However, when another silicone-based release agent having the same release level is used, the same phenomenon is likely to occur and selection of the silicone is difficult. Further, it is considered that a sufficient silicone drying (curing) step at the time of manufacturing the release liner is also effective in suppressing the increase in the peeling force.
In this case, the productivity of the release liner remarkably decreases, and depending on the type of the release liner, there still remain problems such that the drying step cannot be sufficiently performed due to the deterioration of the base material. Even if such a silicone-based release liner is used, the double-sided adhesive sheet with an essential solution does not cause the problem of increased peeling force when bonded to a rubber-based adherend. It wasn't found.

[Function] A double-sided adhesive sheet with acid attached to the support
By using a double-sided base material, the peeling force of the silicone release liner is increased when the double-sided adhesive sheet is attached to a rubber-based adherend such as a rubber sheet or a rubber foam. Can be prevented. By using a sheet-like base material to which an acid is attached as a support, it is possible to suppress an increase in the release force of the silicone release liner when the double-sided adhesive sheet is attached to rubber or the like. Although the mechanism by which it is formed has not been fully clarified, in the case of a sheet-like substrate to which no acid is attached, additives in the rubber will migrate to the interface between the silicone release liner and the adhesive layer. On the other hand, when using a sheet-shaped substrate to which an acid is attached,
From the analytical fact that the above migration phenomenon is not confirmed, if it is assumed that the migration component in the rubber is the cause of the increase in the peeling force of the release liner, the acid adheres to the sheet-like base material. As a result, the components in the rubber are less likely to migrate, or even if they migrate, they are trapped by the sheet-like base material and do not reach the silicone-based peeling liner, so the peeling force increases. It can be inferred that it is suppressed.

Elevation of peeling force of release liner The release liner covering the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side of the double-sided adhesive sheets obtained in Examples and Comparative Examples was peeled off to obtain EPDM.
Rubber foam (manufactured by Nitto Denko Corporation, trade name Eptoshira), butyl rubber foam, and chloroprene rubber were laminated to each other, and the initial sample left for 1 day at room temperature in the laminated state and rubber foam, etc. 65 samples pasted together
The peeling force after acceleration, which was applied for 5 days under the conditions of heating and humidification at ℃ × 95% RH, was measured. The peeling force was measured by using a tensile tester to measure the peeling liner at a pulling speed of 300 m.
It was peeled off at / min and measured. The measurement results are shown in Table 1.

The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention has an acid adhered to a sheet-like base material which is a support, so that as an adherend, natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, EPDM rubber, butyl rubber, etc. It is possible to reduce the increase in the peeling force of the release liner even if the rubber sheet or the foamed product is stored for a long period of time in a state of being stuck to the foamed product. Therefore, a stable peeling force can be maintained until the time of construction, and a trouble that the release liner cannot be peeled off does not occur, and a double-sided adhesive sheet with stable quality can be obtained.
