Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a small planing boat which dispenses with the formation of a core material and the additional work to its inner hull, in which the core material is not left after the formation of the hull, and whose weight is reduced. CONSTITUTION: An outer hull 20 and an inner hull 30 are molded respectively by using molds, and the inner hull 30 is bonded to an inner face of the outer hull 20 which forms an outer shape of a lower section of a hull. The inner hull 30 has a rib 31 which protrudes inward and extends in the forward and backward directions. Since the rib 31 is also formed by molding by the use of mold, productivity is improved and the weight of the hull is reduced.

2. Description of the Related Art In a small planing boat, an upper deck is joined to a hull that forms the lower part of the hull, but the hull that has been used so far is generally of the single plate type (design registration No. 4).
49793). Due to structural requirements, such as increasing the strength of the hull and creating a closed buoyancy chamber to secure the buoyancy of the hull during flooding, there are also hulls that have a double structure inside and outside. This one has an outer hull that forms the outer shape of the lower part of the hull and an inner hull that is joined to the inner surface of the outer hull. To form the inner hull, a core material is added to the inner surface of the outer hull. Is covered by a hand lay-up method.

As described above, the conventional double-structure hull is a system in which a core material is added. Therefore, it takes a lot of time to prepare the core material, and the hand lay-up is required. Because of this, the workability of creating the internal hull is poor, and there is the inconvenience that the unnecessary core material remains after the creation.

Since it has ribs that project inward and extend in the front-rear direction, the strength of the hull is improved. Further, not only the core material as described above need not be prepared, but also the core material need not be added at the time of forming the inner hull, which facilitates the work. Moreover,
There is no possibility that the core material will remain in the hull and increase the weight.

In the second aspect, since the rib of the inner hull is joined to the deck, the deck is reinforced by the rib.
In the third aspect, since the mounting portions for various components are formed on the inner hull, the load applied to the mounting portions is not directly applied to the outer hull, so that the durability of the outer hull is improved. Moreover, if the mounting portion is provided on the back side of the inner hull, that is, on the joint surface side with the outer hull, the mounting portion does not protrude into the ship, so that there is no possibility that the mounted objects around the mounting portion come into contact with the mounting portion.
