2. Description of the Related Art To improve productivity in continuous casting,
It is effective to perform a so-called continuous casting operation in which continuous casting is connected by replacing the molten steel ladle. Therefore, in order to facilitate the continuous casting operation, it is important to replace the empty pot and the filling pot. For example, the ladle turning device disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 49-138113 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-6233. A pan support trolley equipped with the pan exchange trolley shown in FIG. 1 and a pan support pedestal equipped with the pan exchange trolley disclosed in JP-A-54-137434 have been developed.

As shown in FIG. 5, the slab obtained by continuous casting operation has a top piece, a bottom piece, and
And the quality level of the unsteady part of the seam piece of continuous casting is low.
The quality of unsteady cast slabs deteriorates when the molten steel ladle is opened. It is considered that this is caused by casting of molten steel in which inclusions are suspended. Among them, the deterioration of the quality of the bottom portion of the slab or the seam portion is caused by the problem of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-22
As described in Japanese Patent No. 8247, the filling hole filled in the molten steel ladle, that is, the filling sand filled in the tap hole, falls into the tundish and is suspended in the molten steel, or is a constituent component of the filling sand. The main cause is that oxidation of Al and the like in molten steel is caused by SiO 2 , and the oxide is injected from the tundish through the immersion nozzle into the mold to be cast and collected as inclusions in the cast piece. If the injection flow sealing device is not used between the pan and the tundish, if the molten steel is solidified by the injection nozzle and flow rate control device, the injection flow will be disturbed and the molten steel will be oxidized by contact with the atmosphere. It is also considered that the increase in oxides caused by the phenomenon.

As an operating method for reducing the influence of the nozzle filling on the deterioration of the slab quality, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-228247 has been proposed.
In the gazette, after the filling sand pre-filled in the pouring hole of the molten steel ladle was discharged at a place other than the casting position on the ladle supporting device, the pouring hole was immediately closed, and then the pot was moved to move it on the tundish. A molten steel injection starting method is described in which gas is blown from a closing plate until the injection hole is opened at the casting position. From the viewpoint of slab quality, it is important to prevent the nozzle filling from mixing with the molten steel for casting. However, when the filling is originally a sliding nozzle used as a pouring flow control device, it is easy to open the nozzle at the start of pouring. As described in JP-A-4-228247, when discharging the packed sand at a position other than the casting position on the tundish, the filling hole is closed after discharging, It is necessary to blow gas from the closing plate to prevent solidification of molten steel at the nozzle portion until the start of casting.

The ladle turning device disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 49-138113 is originally a device for mounting two ladle ladles on the turning arm of the ladle support device, and the ladle ladle is exchanged by turning. It is something to do. Therefore, the molten steel ladle can be moved to the ladle mounting position, the standby position, and the casting position without moving the ladle from the ladle supporting position on the ladle turning device, and the ladle ladle can be moved at the molten steel ladle supporting position of the swivel arm. If a device for raising and lowering each independently, a power supply for each pot, and a device for supplying various gases to each molten steel pot are installed, a closing plate will be installed until the molten steel pot is loaded and sand is discharged, and then molten steel is poured into the pot. It is possible to continuously blow gas from the inside to prevent solidification of molten steel at the nozzle portion.

On the other hand, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 53-6
No. 235 gazette, a pan supporting trolley equipped with one pan changing trolley, and a molten steel ladle such as a pan supporting gantry equipped with one pan changing trolley disclosed in JP-A-54-137434. In the support device, it is necessary to move the pan on the molten steel pan support device from the pan loading position to the casting position. Therefore, after discharging the packed sand at the pot loading position, gas is continuously supplied into the nozzle during the movement of the pot from the pot loading position on the molten steel ladle support device to the casting position, and until the start of molten steel injection. This prevents molten steel from solidifying in the nozzle, but it is difficult to do so smoothly.

Further, the traveling range of the molten steel ladle exchanging truck, for example, two places for initial opening of the molten steel ladle are provided at the pot mounting position, and one pouring position into the tundish, that is, a casting position is provided, so that By moving, the molten steel ladle mounted on the molten steel ladle exchange cart can be stopped at two locations, the initial opening of the molten steel ladle and the pouring position into the tundish. For example, the placement of the ladle initial opening location and pouring location can be such that when one ladle is at the ladle initial opening location, the other pan is located at the pouring location. That is, one of the pots is pouring molten steel into the tundish at the pouring position, while the other pot discharges the filling from the pouring nozzle at the initial opening of the ladle, and then blows gas into the pouring nozzle to melt the molten steel at the nozzle. Wait for the pot being cast to complete pouring while preventing solidification. When the pouring of the molten steel ladle which has been poured is completed, the cart for exchanging the molten steel ladle is run and the waiting ladle is moved to the pouring position. After the pouring is completed, the pot moves to the initial opening position of the molten steel ladle and stops. When the pan that has moved to the pouring position starts pouring, the pouring complete pan that has moved to the initial opening position of the molten steel pan is removed from the molten steel pan exchange trolley by a crane, and a new pan filled with molten steel is installed.

As described above, the molten steel ladle supporting device of the present invention can easily discharge the stuffed sand and replace the ladle without using the ladle turning device. Also, after discharging the filling from the pot injection nozzle,
Since gas can be continuously blown into the injection nozzle until the start of casting, it is possible to prevent the molten steel from solidifying at the nozzle until the start of casting.

The molten steel ladle 4-1 for performing the initial opening work is located on the initial opening pot 8-1. Immediately before the injection of the molten steel ladle 4-2 is completed, the sliding nozzle device of the molten steel ladle 4-1 is driven to discharge the nozzle filling, and then the sliding nozzle device shuts off the injection flow and the sliding nozzle device causes the inside of the nozzle from the plate portion of the sliding nozzle. Wait while blowing gas into. After the pouring of the steel ladle 4-2 is completed,
Move the ladle lapping cart 2 and ladle lathe 4-1 after the initial opening.
Is transferred from the initial opening position of the molten steel ladle to the pouring position, and at the same time, the empty molten steel pan 4-2 after the pouring is completed is transferred to the ladle mounting position and the pouring of the molten steel pan 4-1 is started. The emptied ladle ladle 4-2 is moved to the ladle mounting position and then removed from the ladle ladle exchange cart 2 by an upper crane or the like. After that, the molten steel pot for continuous pouring is installed. In this case, the pot mounting position and the molten steel ladle initial opening position are the positions of the initial opening pot 8-2. The newly installed molten steel ladle performs an initial opening operation when the residual molten steel in the molten steel ladle during pouring reaches the specified amount, and then gas is blown into the pouring nozzle to prevent solidification of the molten steel in the nozzle. Wait for the molten steel pot being cast to complete the pouring.
