However, according to this method, as shown in FIG. 6, there is no lighter color transition portion 22 than the summer material portion 21 that transitions from the spring material portion 20 to the summer material portion 21. Since it is only composed, there is a problem that it is inferior in natural feeling.

The method for producing a decorative veneer of the present invention is such that after applying a summer material transition color veneer and an adhesive to the upper surface of a spring wood part color veneer, a summer wood part transition color veneer and a transfer sheet are sequentially applied to the upper surface. A step of obtaining a composite material in which the summer material portion color printing layer of the transfer sheet is transferred to the upper surface by the adhesive that has exuded on the surface of the summer material portion transition color veneer by overlapping and pressing. , A step of pressing and adhering a plurality of the composite materials with an adhesive to obtain an assembled flitch, and a step of slicing the assembled flitch from a predetermined direction to obtain a decorative veneer.

Thus, according to the present invention, since the summer material transition color single plate is interposed between the spring material part color single plate and the summer material part color printing layer,
The transition color of summer timber, which is unique to natural cedar, can be expressed on a decorative veneer, giving it a natural and natural feel. Moreover,
It is possible to easily manufacture a decorative veneer having a transition color of summer wood with high productivity. In addition, the composite material prepared at the time of manufacturing, by applying an adhesive to the upper surface of the spring wood part color veneer, and then sequentially superposing the summer wood part transfer color veneer and the transfer sheet on the top surface and pressing. The summer material color printing layer of the transfer sheet is transferred to the upper surface by the adhesive that has exuded on the surface of the summer material migration color single plate.
Therefore, when transferring the summer material color printing layer of the transfer sheet, it is not necessary to apply an adhesive to the surface of the summer material color transition single veneer therebelow. In this way, even though it has a three-layer structure in which the summer material transition color veneer and the summer material color veneer are laminated on the spring material veneer, only the adhesive applied to the spring material veneer is used. Since this adhesive exudes on the surface of the summer material migration color veneer, the above three layers are integrally bonded to form a composite material, so that the productivity is further improved.

First step: As shown in FIGS. 1 (A) to 1 (C), after applying the adhesive 3 with the roll coater 2 on the upper surface of the spring material portion color veneer 1, the summer material portion transition color is applied on the upper surface. The single plate 4 and the transfer sheet 5 for expressing the color of the summer material are sequentially stacked and pressed by a pressing machine or the like to obtain a composite material 6.

The spring wood color veneer is a wood veneer dyed in advance with the spring wood color. The summer color transition color veneer 4 is a thin wood plate having a thickness of about 0.2 mm which is dyed in advance with the summer color transition color. The transfer sheet 5 is obtained by forming a dark summer color printing layer 5b on one surface of a release sheet 5a. The summer material portion color printing layer 5b is transferred by the adhesiveness of the adhesive 3 that has exuded to the surface of the summer material portion transition color single plate 4 during pressing. After pressing, the release sheet 5a is peeled off and removed.
