ボンデイング方法に関する。

て次のリード3部分がボンデイング位置に位置され、ま
た試料台4が送られて次のIC5がボンデイング位置に位
置され、前記した動作を行ってボンデイングされる。

プ2が移送されて次のリード3部分がボンデイング位置
に位置され、また試料台4が送られて次のIC5がボンデ
イング位置に位置される。以上の動作は従来と同じであ
