Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 1.エポキシ樹脂系の硬化のための活性アミノ基を有するエポキシドアダクト硬 化剤の水性エマルジョンの調製方法において、反応性アミノ基を含みかつアダク ト形成に用いられるエポキシ樹脂を乳化できる慣用の硬化剤の水性溶液を、10 0%固形物質に基づいて計算されるアミン−H当量の増加下で、場合により更に 水で希釈した後、1.2〜3.5の官能価を有するエポキシ樹脂と混合すること によりエマルジョンに転化することを特徴とする方法。
- 2.アダクトの形成のために、平均分子量が少なくとも700であるエポキシ樹 脂を用いることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の方法。
- 3.混合及び転化を激しい撹拌下で行うことを特徴とする請求の範囲1又は2記 載の方法。
- 4.アミン−H当量が50〜250である溶解した硬化剤を用いることを特徴と する請求の範囲1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 5.アミン−H当量が10〜250増加することを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至 4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 6.50%エマルジョンで測定して、エマルジョンを5〜40Pa.sの粘度に 設定することを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 7.マンニッヒ塩基の溶液を用いることを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至6のいず れか一つに記載の方法。
- 8.アミノ転移したマンニッヒ塩基を用いることを特徴とする請求の範囲7に記 載の方法。
- 9.溶解した硬化剤、及びエポキシ樹脂を用い、上昇しそして下降する粘度プロ ファイルを持つエマルジョンの粘度曲線を示す粘度のアダクトエマルジョンを得 ることを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至8のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 10.エポキシ樹脂の硬化に用いる前に、さらに詳しくは貯蔵或いは移送目的で 、水及び場合により存在する他の揮発成分を、完全に或いは一部、水性エマルジ ョンから除去し、そして所望により後で、水及び場合により揮発成分を再び、全 部、一部或いは増量して添加することを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至9のいずれ か一つに記載の方法。
- 11.水性エマルジョンをスプレー乾燥することを特徴とする請求の範囲10に 記載の方法。
- 12.請求の範囲1乃至11のいずれか一つに記載の方法によって得られるエポ キシ樹脂系の硬化のためのエポキシドアダクト硬化剤の水性エマルジョン。
- 13.エポキシ樹脂系の硬化のために請求の範囲12のエマルジョンを用いる硬 化方法。
- 14.水性エポキシ樹脂系の硬化のために請求の範囲13のエマルジョンを用い る硬化方法。
- 15.エポキシ樹脂及び請求の範囲12のエマルジョン含む、セメント又は他の 水硬結合剤のための添加剤。
