It is installed. Then, the shaft 4 of the motor 2 is taken out to the lower surface side of the base 1, the pulley 5 is attached thereto, the input shaft 6 of the reduction gear unit 3 is also taken out to the lower surface side of the base 1, and the pulley 7 is similarly attached. The timing belt 8 is hung between the pulley 5 and the pulley 7 so that the rotational force from the motor 2 is input to the speed reduction unit 3. The output shaft 9 of the reduction gear unit 3 is taken out to the upper surface side on the base 1, and a drive pulley 10 is attached to this.

Opening (closing) from the position of (100%), the traveling speed of the door gradually increases, and after reaching a constant speed at a certain point, the opening degree is 80%
The operation of the motor 2 is controlled so as to start decelerating in the vicinity of (20%) and quietly stop at the position where the opening is 100% (0%) when it is completely opened (closed).

However, since a capacitor motor is used as the motor 2, the primary voltage is used for deceleration. The rotation speed is substantially reduced.

Therefore, when the door travels at a low speed and the door hits an obstacle to prevent the door from running smoothly, the torque of the motor 2 is low, and the door stops at that position, and the door stops completely. There is an inconvenience that it cannot be opened and closed.

There is also a problem that mounting workability is not good.

Moreover, since the large diameter rotor case serves as the power take-off shaft, the reduction gear unit can be downsized, and if it is a lightweight door,
It can be directly driven without a reduction unit, and the flywheel effect reduces uneven rotation.

A large number of drive magnets 12 ... Are alternately arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the N pole and the S pole are arranged side by side, a stator core 13 is provided inside the rotor case 11, and a shaft 14 of the rotor case 11 is penetrated through the stator core 13. A brushless DC outer rotor motor that is provided so as to be axially supported, detects the position of the rotor by the Hall element 15, and drives an inverter (not shown) based on this position detection signal to sequentially supply current to the stator winding. A pulley 5 is attached to 14.

It is formed integrally with 16. The one shown in FIG. 4 has a drive gear 17 integrally formed on the outer peripheral portion of the rotor case 11, and the one shown in FIG. 5 has a drive gear 17 integrally fixed to the top of the rotor case 11. It is a thing. In these examples, the driving force from the driving pulley 16 or the driving gear 17 of the DC outer rotor motor may be input to the reduction unit to decelerate, or the driving belt may be directly attached to the driving pulley 16 or the driving gear 17. Winding and driving the door directly,
It is also possible to drive it. The control of the rotation speed of this DC brushless outer rotor motor is performed by changing the pulse width of the current supplied to each stator winding.

The door will not stop even if it hits an obstacle. Further, since the DC outer rotor motor has low speed and high torque, the reduction unit can be downsized, and the reduction unit can be omitted when opening and closing a lightweight door. Further, since the rotor having a large outer diameter serves as the rotating shaft, the flywheel effect can be expected, the uneven rotation is reduced, and the door can be smoothly opened and closed. Furthermore, since the DC outer rotor motor is efficient and generates a small amount of heat, it does not heat up near the engine unit. For example, even if an engine unit is installed at a front door exposed to direct sunlight, the temperature around the engine unit will be very high. The door opening / closing operation does not become unstable.

The door runs powerfully, and it will not stop due to obstacles. In addition, the reduction gear unit can be downsized or omitted, the entire engine unit can be reduced in size and weight, and the workability of mounting can be improved.
