[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional power generation device uses a permanent magnet, it has the advantage of being efficient and simple in structure in that it does not require electrical energy for excitation. However, the opposing area of the first object and the second object, that is, the area obtained by multiplying the diameter of the second object by the circumference and multiplying by the stacking thickness is constant, and the gap is also fixed. The magnetic flux value interlinking with the winding was fixed.
[0014]
For this reason, when used as a brushless DC machine, the induced electromotive force generated in the winding becomes large in the high speed range, and almost no torque can be obtained, thereby limiting the speed control range. As a result, low speed high torque and high speed There was a problem that it was difficult to cope with a low torque load.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The first aspect of the present invention solves the problem of the conventional power generation device, and a first object having a winding is coaxially provided with a radial gap between the first object and the first object. The second object having a magnetic unevenness and an inverter circuit connected to the winding, wherein the inductance of the winding is provided. Changes depending on the relative movement of the first object and the second object to generate a reluctance torque, and the first object and the second object are relatively movable in the axial direction. The opposing area of the first object and the second object is variable, and the characteristics of reluctance torque and speed are changed. Use only reluctance torque not related to permanent magnets It is a thing.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a first object having a winding is coaxial with a radial space between the first object and the first object, and the first object rotates relative to the first object. A second object that is freely provided and has magnetic unevenness and an inverter circuit connected to the winding, and the inductance of the winding is the same as that of the first object and the second object. The reluctance torque is generated by changing the relative motion, and the first object and the second object are relatively movable in the axial direction, so that the first object and the second object The opposing area is variable, and the characteristics of reluctance torque and speed are changed. Use only reluctance torque not related to permanent magnets As a result, a power generator capable of obtaining good power characteristics while suppressing the winding current in a wide load range of high speed low torque and low speed high torque is realized.
[0017]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the inverter circuit of the power generation device according to the first aspect includes a switching element and a control circuit that changes a conduction ratio of the switching element. When the conduction ratio is equal to or higher than the predetermined value and the speed does not reach the set speed, the first object and the second object are relatively moved in the axial direction to reduce the facing area, thereby achieving a particularly high speed. When the power is insufficient in the region, by moving in the axial direction, it is possible to exhibit good power performance over a wide load condition range while preventing a decrease in efficiency as much as possible. This is to enable realization.
[0018]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the inverter circuit of the power generation device according to the first aspect includes a switching element and a control circuit that changes a conduction ratio of the switching element. When the speed is equal to or higher than a predetermined value, the first object and the second object are relatively moved in the axial direction to reduce the facing area, thereby requiring a relatively simple structure and high speed. In this case, the operation of reducing the facing area is appropriately performed, thereby realizing the realization of a power generation device that can achieve good power performance in a wide load condition range.
[0019]
Moreover, the invention described in claim 4 is a dehydration tank, a stirring blade provided at the bottom of the dehydration tank, the power generation device according to any one of

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the
[0039]
FIG. 5 shows the speed and torque characteristics of the power generator of this embodiment.
[0040]
The electric motor having such a configuration is generally called a switched reluctance motor or the like, and has a characteristic having curves that pass through operating points of high speed and low torque and low speed and high torque. Then, by changing the facing area due to relative movement in the axial direction, the characteristic curve of speed and torque is further changed.
[0041]
Even if the motor is other than the switched reluctance motor, the second object has magnetic irregularities, for example, has an electrical angle of 180 degrees, and overlaps with adjacent windings (overlap). Even if the winding has a winding, if the winding undergoes a change in inductance due to relative movement in the rotational direction, torque (reluctance torque) due to the attractive force of the magnet can be applied. Even in such a configuration, it is possible to cause a change in the characteristics of torque and speed by causing a change in the facing area due to the movement in the axial direction. It can be used.
[0042]
That is, the solid line in FIG. 5 is a characteristic when the opposed area shown in FIG. 2 is maximized, and the state shown in FIG. 3, that is, the opposed area due to the movement in the axial direction, shown by the broken line. In contrast to the characteristics when the reduction is intended, it is shown that high torque can be obtained in the low speed range, while in the high speed range, the state of the opposed area shown by the broken line is smaller. It is shown that the torque can be increased.
[0043]
Therefore, when the power generation device includes both low-speed high-torque and high-speed low-torque operating conditions due to factors such as changes in load characteristics, the former has a large opposing area and the latter has a large opposing area. By realizing the state shown in FIG. 3 that is smaller, the difference between the two load conditions can be covered, and good power performance can be exhibited under any load condition.
[0044]
In addition, in terms of the value of the current flowing through the switching elements 111 to 116 and the

[0060]
In addition, the number of turns (number of turns) of each winding can be designed so that the number of turns is almost the same as during washing. During dehydration, the torque in the high-speed range can be fully exerted by reducing the facing area. Therefore, the magnitude of the current supplied to each winding via each switching element can be reduced in inverse proportion to the number of turns, and a low-cost switching element that suppresses the rated current value. It can also be used, and can be used to reduce the size and cost of the inverter circuit.
