(Prior Art) Conventionally, in the molding of a front glass for a vehicle of this type, when a vehicle body panel and a glass panel are joined together with an adhesive, the front edge of the vehicle body panel and the outer edge of the glass panel are bordered. The molding is fitted for the purpose of closing the resulting gap and for making the appearance beautiful. In recent years, this molding prevents the rainwater from spattering into the driver's seat during operation, with a concave groove into which the glass panel fits, and on the concave groove on the left and right side moldings of the front glass. It is common to use a rainwater receiving groove provided for this purpose. However, since the moldings having the two upper and lower grooves cannot be used on the same front glass, the moldings are connected to each other with the molding corner joint members having different cross-sectional shapes. These front glass moldings are structured by three types of parts, that is, left and right molding parts, an upper molding part, and a corner joint. Therefore, the molding bonded to the front glass of this kind has a drawback that the corner joint has an unsightly appearance due to the corner joint and the joint portion is easily damaged. In addition, since three types of parts are required, the work is troublesome and very expensive.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) In molding front glass for automobiles and the like, one type of molding is one in which the left and right side moldings of the glass panel and the upper molding are formed with different cross-sectional shapes. If it is possible to attach a glass panel by dangling, it is very convenient and easy to work with, and it can be finished neatly, and by eliminating the need for corner joints, we aim to obtain a strong molding with excellent appearance. To do. This invention is proposed to meet the above-mentioned demand.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the molding of the present invention has a molding head (2) exposed on the surface and an integrated structure under the molding head (2). And an insertion leg (3) formed on the upper leg of the insertion leg (3), and an upper protrusion (6) is formed on one side surface of the insertion leg (3). And a cutting position portion (10) is provided under the upper protruding piece (6) of the insertion leg portion (3), and a lower protruding piece (7) is protrudingly formed under the insertion leg portion (3),
By using a synthetic resin vehicle window molding formed in the shape of a long belt, in which a glass insertion portion (8) is formed between the upper projection piece (6) and the left and right side molding portions (12) of the front window. ) (12), both sides of the glass panel (11) are inserted into the glass insertion part (8), and the fitting concave groove (5) is used as a rainwater receiving groove for draining rainwater, and the upper molding part of the front window is formed. In (13), cutting is performed from the base portion of the upper protruding piece (6) and the cutting position portion (10) provided in the lower portion of the upper protruding piece (6) of the insertion side portion (3), and the fitting concave groove (5) is formed. The above object is achieved by inserting the upper edge of the glass panel (11) into ().

(Embodiment) An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A molding (1) interposed between a vehicle body panel (15) and a glass panel (11) of a vehicle such as an automobile is made of synthetic resin or the like. It is formed in a band shape, and a molding head portion (2) exposed on the surface and an insertion leg portion (3) inserted into the gap are integrally formed on the upper portion thereof. The insertion leg (3)
One side of the molding head (2) has a role of a rainwater receiving groove for draining rainwater, and an upper molding part (13) has a molding head into which the upper edge of the glass panel (11) is inserted. A fitting recess (5) is formed so as to face the inside in the longitudinal direction between (2). Further, an upper projecting piece (6) is formed on the side surface of the insertion leg (3) below the fitting groove (5). Below the upper protruding piece (6), when the left and right side moldings (12) are formed, the glass is a groove which is shallower than the depth of the fitting concave groove (5) into which the left and right side portions of the glass panel (11) are inserted. A lower protruding piece (7) is juxtaposed so as to provide an insertion portion (8). The glass insertion part (8) is used when inserting the right and left side parts of the front glass panel (11). Furthermore, a holding strip (9) for good adhesion of one or several strips is provided on the side wall opposite to the insertion leg (3).

(Operation) The present invention has the above-described structure. Now, when this usage is explained, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the body panel (15) is molded between the glass panel (11) and the molding (1). ) Is adhered with an adhesive (16). In this invention, the molding (1) is fitted to the left and right side portions of the front glass panel (11) and the outer periphery of the upper portion as shown in FIG. To the vehicle body panel (15). At this time, the molding (1) is, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5,
In the left and right side moldings (12) (12) of the glass panel (11), insert both sides of the glass panel (11) into the lower glass insertion part (8) of the fitting recess groove (5) for rainwater drainage. It is something to wear. Next, in the upper molding portion (13) from the corner molding portion (14) to the upper molding portion (6), as shown in FIG.
The upper edge of the glass panel (11) is fitted to the glass panel (11) in a state of being cut off from the cutting positions (10) and (10) provided at the base of the base and the lower part of the upper protruding piece (6) of the insertion leg (3). It is to be inserted and fixed in the recessed groove (5). In this state, the insertion leg portion (3) of the molding (1) and the glass panel (11) are integrally fixed by the adhesive agent (16) filled in the vehicle body panel (15).

(Effect of the Invention) As described above, according to the molding of the present invention, the left and right side moldings with the rainwater receiving grooves on the left and right sides and the upper molding without the rainwater receiving groove on the left and right by the molding having one type of cross-sectional shape. The effect that the front window glass panel can be attached by easily configuring the parts and the effect that the surface is very clean and the appearance is excellent, without the troublesome work of using the corner joint part like the conventional molding. is there. And in the upper mall part of the front wind,
The upper edge of the glass panel can be securely and firmly fitted into the fitting groove provided on one side of the insertion leg that also serves as a rainwater receiving groove for draining rainwater, and the entry of rainwater can be reliably prevented, and the constituent material There is an effect that it is remarkably saving. Further, a cutting position portion is provided below the base of the upper protruding piece, and a cutting position portion provided below the upper protruding piece of the insertion leg portion in which a lower protruding piece that supports the glass panel is formed under the glass insertion portion. Each of the cutouts has the effect that the corner molding can be bent very easily and the corner can be finished very neatly, the glass panel can be widely seen and bright, and the material can be saved. Furthermore, according to this invention, unlike the conventional molding, it is not necessary to manufacture three kinds of parts of the left and right side molding parts, the upper molding part and the corner joint part, and the glass panel can be formed by one kind of molding. There is a great effect that it can be stretched quickly, and that since it is one type of molding, it is easy to work, it is economical, it is cheap, and the quality is improved.
