However, the epoxy resin composition is one in which a liquid resin is cured by adding a curing agent, and is initially a liquid having a relatively low viscosity, and has a higher specific gravity abrasion resistance than the epoxy resin as in the conventional method. Particles, for example, ceramic spherical peas, silicon carbide particles, etc. are mixed, even if terminally activated silane is used in combination, curing conditions such as one day at room temperature and 20 to 50 minutes at 100 to 140 ° C. In, the essential wear-resistant compounding material sinks to the bottom of the coating film or the matrix molding, and the surface portion that causes friction or impact becomes a portion where the concentration of the wear-resistant compounding material is low, and the effect is diminished. Not only that, but also there was a defect that the phenomenon of "drooping" was seen in the vertical part and ceiling part of the repaired part.

(C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention As described above, when reinforcing or repairing parts such as wear of equipment and facilities or damage due to impact, during the epoxy resin curing step, that is, liquid or low viscosity of the resin In this state, it is an object of the present invention to provide a means for preventing the wear resistant compounding agent having a high specific gravity from being deposited or separated and also preventing the "drip" of the vertical repair surface coating film from being dropped.
As a result of the experiment, the purpose could be achieved.

(D) Means for Solving Problems The wear-resistant reinforcing agent or repairing agent according to the present invention is mainly composed of an epoxy resin, and further contains a hardening agent to uniformly distribute the wear-resistant compounding agent. It is to be hardened together with, but at that time, a cotton-like ceramic containing alumina (Al 2 O 3 ) as the main component together with an abrasion-resistant compounding agent, called ceramic cotton (which also has abrasion resistance) is used, By suspending the wear-resistant compounding components on the cotton-like ceramic by mixing the liquid epoxy resin with other wear-resistant compounding agents, it is possible to prevent sedimentation or separation of the wear-resistant compounding components during the curing process. By mixing ceramic cotton, the viscosity increase is remarkably improved, vertical surface repair, "drip" drop during coating process is prevented, and a uniform coating film or molded product is formed, which is wear-resistant and antiseptic. To improve the effect of planting Is.

Next, ceramic cotton (for example, Nippon Steel Co., Ltd. trade name SC bulk) is mixed with the above epoxy resin and curing agent mixture to form a matrix, and abrasion resistant granules or powder or chips are added to the matrix. After that, curing is performed.

As wear-resistant granules, powders, and chips, cut particles such as carbon fiber (AN-based or pitch-based), boron fiber, aramid fiber, or silicon carbide, boron nitride, wear-resistant ceramic particles, silica One or two or more of the above-mentioned particles are selectively used depending on the purpose of the equipment or facility requiring reinforcement or repair, that is, the property of the object to be treated or handled.

(E) Action Since the wear-resistant compounding agent has a higher specific gravity than the epoxy resin and the curing agent mixture, it usually causes phenomena such as sedimentation and bottom deposition in the uncured liquid state or low viscosity state. However, the above-mentioned suspending action and thickening action of the ceramic cotton cause the ceramic cotton to be uniformly distributed in the coating film or the molded article to achieve the intended effect.

(G) Effects of the Invention As described above, the wear-resistant repairing agent or reinforcing agent according to the present invention is such that the wear-resistant compounding agent having a higher specific gravity than the matrix main body in the liquid state is blended with the ceramic cotton at the same time. Therefore, it is possible to prevent sedimentation during the curing process and prevent the vertical surface coating film from falling off, and to form a uniform coating film or molded body in the upper and lower parts.
It is intended to completely repair and reinforce equipment such as abrasion, damage, and humus, and at the same time, facilitate the construction of coating films.
