In electrical measurement, the probe on the signal supply side and the probe on the measurement unit side are brought into contact with the point to be measured, and the conduction state, current, voltage, etc., between them are actually measured, so high reliability is ensured. Can be inspected.

It is not known that the position is displaced or that it is easily peeled off. Moreover, the polarity of polar capacitors and the presence / absence of bypass capacitors cannot be detected by electrical inspection.

However, since visual inspection is extremely inefficient, the visual inspection is automatically performed by the camera and its image processing. An example of this is shown in FIG.

In this case, the feature extraction of the image is performed by the standardized normalization correlation method or the contour extraction method, and is stored in the memory as, for example, binary data.

Compare and judge the disagreement.
This comparison judgment is judged by a value obtained by scoring the degree of overlap (overlap ratio) of the images. For example, when the score value is larger than a preset reference score value, it is judged as a non-defective product.

However, since the entire circuit board is conventionally imaged, it is possible to identify physically large defects such as missing parts. However, for example, minute lead misalignment or soldering condition There is likely to be an oversight of the inspection.

ある。SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems and is characterized in that it is movable in the XY directions in a plane parallel to the circuit board to be inspected. A camera that can capture an image of a minute portion of the circuit board to be inspected at an arbitrary magnification is attached to the section and corresponds to the measured point of the non-defective circuit board which is the same as the circuit board to be inspected by the camera before the inspection. An image of a portion is picked up, the features of the image are extracted by the image processing means, and the characteristic is stored in a memory as a reference model. The comparison determination means compares and determines the image of the measurement point.

Then, in comparing and determining the image of the circuit board to be inspected and its reference model, in the case where the comparison determination is not possible in one of the standard normalized correlation method and the contour extraction method, the other method is used. It is preferable to make a comparison determination.

Then, at the time of inspection, first, the reference mark provided on the circuit board to be inspected is imaged by the camera,
It is advisable to compare the image with the reference model of the reference mark stored in the memory in advance to correct the initial position at the time of the inspection.

The probe is mounted so that it can move up and down so that it can come into contact with the inspection circuit board, and the probe is moved to a predetermined measurement point on the circuit board to be inspected through the movable part and touches the measurement point. In the circuit board inspecting device for performing electrical measurement by using the camera, which is attached to any of the movable parts and can image a fine portion of the inspected circuit board at an arbitrary magnification, the same circuit board as the inspected circuit board. A memory including image processing means for extracting the characteristics of the image of the portion of the non-defective circuit board corresponding to the measured point from the image captured by the camera, and storing the characteristic as a reference model, and the camera at the time of inspection. Imaging The comparison / determination means for comparing the image of the measured point of the circuit board to be inspected with the reference model corresponding to the measured point stored in the memory to determine whether they match or not. .

A camera that can image a minute portion of the circuit board to be inspected at an arbitrary magnification is attached to a movable part that can move in any direction, and the same circuit board as the above non-defective circuit board is inspected by the camera before the inspection. The portion corresponding to the measured point is imaged, the characteristics of the image are extracted by the image processing means, the characteristic is stored in the memory as a reference model, and at the time of inspection, the reference model and the image captured by the camera are recorded. A method for inspecting a circuit board, characterized in that the image of the measured point of the inspected circuit board is compared and judged by a comparison and judgment means.

Has a plurality of movable parts that can move in any direction, and the probe is attached to the movable parts so as to be able to move up and down so as to come into contact with the circuit board to be inspected. Move to a predetermined measured point on the circuit board to be inspected,
In a circuit board inspecting apparatus for making electrical measurement by contacting a point to be measured, a camera attached to any of the movable parts and capable of picking up an image of a fine portion of the circuit board to be inspected at an arbitrary magnification, and the object to be inspected. A memory including image processing means for extracting the characteristics of an image of the portion of the same non-defective circuit board as the inspection circuit board corresponding to the measured point captured by the camera and storing the characteristic as a reference model; At the time, the image of the measured point of the circuit board to be inspected captured by the camera is compared with the reference model corresponding to the measured point stored in the memory to determine whether they match or not. A circuit board inspecting device comprising: a determining means, and capable of performing an appearance inspection by image processing in addition to an electrical measurement.
