Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 消費者と販売者の双方で効率的な取引が可能
な遠隔取引システムを得る。 【構成】 取引当事者に関する情報を取引主装置に送る
入力手段、取引主装置からの取引物情報を取引当事者の
感覚器官に伝達する伝達手段、及びその取引物情報に基
づいて入力される情報から取引物の当事者適合性を判断
する適合性判定手段を設け、また入力手段に取引当事者
に装着されてその取引当事者に関する情報を検出するも
のを用い、伝達手段に取引当事者に装着されて取引物情
報をその感覚器官に臨場的に提示するものを用い、また
センサ／アクチュエータで入力手段と伝達手段を共用
し、また適合性判定手段に取引物情報に対する生体反応
で当事者適合性を判断するものを用いた。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、購入者などの取引当
事者が販売店などに直接出向くことなく、通信回線を介
して遠隔地より取引を行うための遠隔取引システムに関
するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】これまで、この種の遠隔取引システムに
関する技術は存在せず、例えば、配布された紙葉による
カタログを見た取引当事者が、電話などで対象となる取
引物の型式番号や大きさ等を指定して注文する、いわゆ
る通信販売などがあるだけであった。従って、この発明
による遠隔取引システムに最も関係の深い技術として図
５を示す。図５は「日本ロボット学会誌」４巻３号（１
９８６年６月）の第８９〜９４頁の掲載論文に示され
た、感覚情報の臨場的提示を用いたロボット運動の制御
方法の一例を示す概念図である。図において、１は遠隔
地に配置されたロボットであり、２はこのロボット１の
操作者である。３はロボット１が持つセンサによって検
知された、視覚、聴覚、触覚などの感覚情報を操作者２
に伝達する経路であり、４は操作者２が経路３を介して
得られた感覚情報を利用して判断した、頭、目、手、体
幹などの運動指令情報をロボット１に伝える経路であ
る。
【０００３】次に動作について説明する。操作者２は経
路４を介して運動指令情報をロボット１に送ってロボッ
ト１の運動を制御する。その時、ロボット１からはその
センサによって検知された、視覚、聴覚、触覚等の感覚
情報が経路３を介して操作者２に伝えられる。操作者２
はその感覚情報に基づいてその後のロボット１の運動を
判断し、新たに運動指令情報をロボット１に送ってその
運動を制御する。このことによって、あたかもロボット
１内に操作者２がいるのと同等の情報を遠隔地において
得られることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来、遠隔取引システ
ムに関する技術は存在せず、遠隔地からの取引を紙葉に
印刷されたカタログによる通信販売などで行った場合に
は、靴や衣類品などのような取引物であっても、取引当
事者は試着等によってそれが自身の体にあうか否かを確
認することなく取引を行うため、効率的な取引が行えな
いという問題点があった。
【０００５】この発明は上記のような問題点を解消する
ためになされたものであり、前述のロボット運動の制御
方法に関する概念を推し進めて、効率的な取引が可能と
なる遠隔取引システムを得ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】請求項１に記載の発明に
係る遠隔取引システムは、取引当事者に関する情報を入
力して取引主装置に送る入力手段と、取引主装置が当該
取引当事者に関する情報に対応して返送してくる取引物
情報を、取引当事者の感覚器官に伝達する伝達手段と、
取引当事者の感覚器官に伝達された取引物情報に基づい
て入力される情報から取引物の当事者適合性を判断する
適合性判定手段を設けたものである。
【０００７】また、請求項２に記載の発明に係る遠隔取
引システムは、入力手段として、取引当事者に装着され
てその取引当事者に関する情報の検出を行い、それを取
引主装置に送出するものを用いたものである。
【０００８】また、請求項３に記載の発明に係る遠隔取
引システムは、伝達手段として、取引当事者に装着され
て、その取引当事者の感覚器官に取引主装置からの取引
物情報を臨場的に停止するものを用いたものである。
【０００９】また、請求項４に記載の発明に係る遠隔取
引システムは、機械的変形を電気情報もしくは磁気情報
として出力し、印加される電気情報あるいは磁気情報に
よってその機械的形状が変化する素子で構成したセンサ
／アクチュエータによって、入力手段と伝達手段とを共
用化したものである。
【００１０】また、請求項５に記載の発明に係る遠隔取
引システムは、適合性判定手段として、取引物の当事者
適合性を、検出手段の検出した当該取引当事者の取引物
情報に対する生体反応に基づいて判断するものを用いた
ものである。

【作用】請求項１に記載の発明における伝達手段は、端
末装置より送出した取引当事者に関する情報に対応して
取引主装置より返送される取引物情報を当該取引当事者
の感覚器官に伝達し、適合性判定手段は当該取引物情報
を取引当事者の感覚器官に伝達することによって入力さ
れる情報に基づいて、取引物の当事者適合性を判断する
ことにより、効率的な取引が可能な遠隔取引システムを
実現する。
【００１２】また、請求項２に記載の発明における入力
手段は、取引当事者に装着されてその取引当事者に関す
る情報を検出することにより、取引当事者に関する情報
の取引主装置への入力をより効率的なものとする。
【００１３】また、請求項３に記載の発明における伝達
手段は、取引当事者に装着されてその取引当事者の感覚
器官に取引物情報を提示することにより、取引当事者へ
の取引物情報の提示を臨場的なものとする。
【００１４】また、請求項４に記載の発明におけるセン
サ／アクチュエータは、機械的変形を電気情報もしくは
磁気情報として出力し、印加される電気情報あるいは磁
気情報によってその機械的形状を変化させることによ
り、入力手段と伝達手段の共用化を可能とする。
【００１５】また、請求項５に記載の発明における適合
性判定手段は、検出手段が取引当事者より検出した取引
物情報に対する生体反応に基づいて、取引物の当事者適
合性を判断することにより、当該当事者適正性の判断を
より効率的なものとする。

【実施例】
実施例１．以下、この発明の実施例１を図について説明
する。図１は請求項１〜４に記載した発明の一実施例を
示すブロック図であり、靴の販売取引について示したも
のである。図において、１１は例えば通信販売を行って
いる会社の計算機システムによる取引主装置であり、取
引物である種々の靴に関する、外観、色、素材、仕様な
どの取引物情報を蓄積している。１２は靴を購買する当
該取引の取引当事者であり、１３は取引主装置１１に通
信回線を介して接続され、取引当事者１２との間でその
取引に必要な情報の授受が行われる端末装置である。
【００１７】また、前記端末装置１３内において、２１
は取引当事者１２より靴の色や仕様などの情報が入力さ
れるキーボード、２２は取引主装置１１にて検索された
靴の外観や色などが映し出されるモニタである。２３は
取引当事者１２の足に装着され、当該取引当事者１２に
関する情報の採取、すなわち、その足の各寸法情報の採
寸を行うとともに、取引主装置１１より送られてくる取
引物情報、すなわち、靴のサイズ、幅、甲の高さなどの
寸法情報を圧力によって、取引当事者１２の感覚器官と
しての足の触覚に伝達するセンサ／アクチュエータであ
る。従って、このセンサ／アクチュエータ２３は取引当
事者１２に関する情報を入力して取引主装置１１に送る
入力手段、および、取引主装置１１が送出した取引当事
者１２に関する情報に対応する取引物情報を、取引当事
者１２の感覚器官に伝達するための伝達手段として作用
する。
【００１８】２４は取引当事者１２の感覚器官に伝達さ
れた前記靴のサイズ等の取引物情報に基づいて入力され
る情報、すなわち、前記取引物情報に基づく取引当事者
１２のキーボード操作によって入力される情報に基づい
て取引物である靴の当事者適合性を判断する適合性判定
手段である。２５はこれらキーボード２１、センサ／ア
クチュエータ２３、および適合性判定手段２４からの情
報を処理して通信回線より取引主装置１１へ送出し、取
引主装置１１から通信回線を介して送られてくる情報を
処理してモニタ２２、およびセンサ／アクチュエータ２
３へ送る処理手段である。
【００１９】また、図２は前記センサ／アクチュエータ
２３の一例を示す構成図であり、図において、４１は網
目状に形成され、機械的変形を電気情報として出力し、
印加される電気情報によってその機械的形状が変化する
電歪素子、もしくは機械的変形を磁気情報として出力
し、印加される磁気情報によってその機械的形状が変化
する磁歪素子より成るエレメントで、例えば圧電ゴムが
用いられている。４２は圧電ゴムによる各エレメント４
１の各交点部に接続され、各エレメント４１からの電気
情報を取り出し、また各エレメント４１への電気情報を
印加する配線である。
【００２０】次に動作について説明する。ここで、図３
はこのように構成された遠隔取引システムによる取引の
手順を示すフローチャートである。購入者である取引当
事者１２はまず、取引する商品の種別、例えば靴の購入
を決定してそれをキーボード２１より入力する（ステッ
プＳＴ１）。この情報は処理手段２５より通信回線を介
して取引主装置１１へ送られ、取引主装置１１は蓄積し
ている情報を検索し、該当する靴のカタログ情報を端末
装置１３に返送する。当該カタログ情報はモニタ２２に
画面表示され、取引当事者１２はその画面に表示された
カタログ情報を見て当該通信販売会社で販売されている
靴の外観や仕様などを知り、試着を希望する靴を決定し
て（ステップＳＴ２）、その型式番号などをキーボード
２１より入力して処理手段２５より取引主装置１１に送
る。
【００２１】次に、取引当事者１２はセンサ／アクチュ
エータ２３を足に装着すると、圧電ゴムによる各エレメ
ント４１が装着によって歪み、その時発生する電気情報
が取引当事者１２の足のサイズ、幅、甲の高さを始めと
する寸法情報として検出される。この寸法情報は当該取
引当事者１２に関する情報として処理手段２５に入力さ
れ、通信回線を介して取引主装置１１に送信される（ス
テップＳＴ３）。取引主装置１１は受け取った靴の型式
番号と寸法情報に対応した取引物情報、すなわち、候補
となる靴のサイズ情報を端末装置１３に返送する。この
サイズ情報は処理手段２５を介してセンサ／アクチュエ
ータ２３に入力され（ステップＳＴ４）、その圧電ゴム
による各エレメント３１は、このサイズ情報に対応して
それぞれに印加される電気情報に応じて伸縮する。
【００２２】このエレメント４１の伸縮によって、当該
靴のサイズ情報は取引当事者１２の感覚器官、すなわ
ち、足の触覚に伝達され、取引当事者１２は足に候補と
して選択された靴を履いた時と同様の圧力が感じられ、
取引当事者１２はその適合性や快適か否かなどを直接感
じとることができる。また、同時にその靴の外観を示す
３次元の視覚情報を取引主装置１１より送ってもらえ
ば、モニタ２２にそれを表示して、その靴を実際に見て
いるのと同程度の情報を得ることもできる。なお、この
外観の３次元視覚情報の伝送のための手段はすでに公知
であるため、その説明は割愛する。
【００２３】これらの情報に基づいて取引当事者１２は
キーボード２１を操作し、適合性判定手段２４は当該キ
ーボード２１の操作情報に基づいて当該靴の当事者適合
性を判断する（ステップＳＴ５）。その結果、不適合と
判断されてその判断結果が処理手段２５に通知される
と、処理手段２５は大きさの異なる靴など、他の候補の
再選択を取引主装置１１に要求する。取引主装置１１は
それに応じて選択した新たな靴のサイズ情報等を端末装
置１３に返送し、それが処理手段２５を介してセンサ／
アクチュエータ２３に入力される（ステップＳＴ４）。
以下、適合性判定手段２４で適合と判断されるまで、こ
のステップＳＴ４とステップＳＴ５の処理が繰り返され
る。適合性判定手段２４で適合と判断されると、その靴
の購入が決定される（ステップＳＴ６）。
【００２４】実施例２．次に、この発明の実施例２を図
について説明する。図４は請求項５に記載した発明の一
実施例を示すブロック図であり、図において、１１は取
引主装置、１２は取引当事者、１３は端末装置、２１は
キーボード、２２はモニタ、２３は入力手段および伝達
手段として作用するセンサ／アクチュエータ、２４は適
合性判定手段、２５は処理手段であり、図１と同一、も
しくは相当部分には同一符号を付して詳細な説明は省略
する。また、２６〜２８は取引当事者１２の感覚器官に
伝達された取引物情報に対する当該取引当事者１２の生
体反応を検出するための検出手段である。すなわち、２
６は取引当事者１２の顔の表情を取引物情報に対する生
体反応として検出するテレビカメラ、２７は取引当事者
１２の脳波を前記生体反応として検出する脳波計であ
り、２８は取引当事者１２の筋電位を前記生体反応とし
て検出する筋電計である。
【００２５】次に動作について説明する。基本的な動作
は実施例１の場合と同様である。適合性判定手段２４
は、テレビカメラ２６によって検出された取引当事者１
２の顔の表情、脳波計２７にて検出された脳波、さらに
は筋電計２８で検出された筋電位などを分析する。適合
性判定手段２４による、図３に示すステップＳＴ５にお
ける当事者適合性の判断は、取引当事者１２によるキー
ボード２１の操作情報の判定に基づくものの外にこの分
析結果によっても行われる。
【００２６】実施例３．なお、上記各実施例では、適合
性判定手段２４を端末装置１３側に設けた場合について
述べたが、取引主装置１１側に設けてもよい。特に、実
施例２の場合のように、適合性判定手段２４が取引当事
者１２の生体反応を分析して当事者適合性を判断するよ
うな場合には、処理能力の高い計算機システムで構成さ
れている取引主装置１１側に設けることが有効である。
【００２７】実施例４．また、上記各実施例では、入力
手段および伝達手段でセンサ／アクチュエータ２３を共
用するものを示したが、それぞれ独立に設置してもよ
く、上記実施例と同様の効果を奏する。
【００２８】実施例５．さらに、上記実施例では、靴の
通信販売を例に説明したが、取引物としては靴にのみ限
定されるものではなく、他の商品の取引への適用も可能
であり、特に衣料品を始めとする試着の必要な商品に適
用して極めて有効である。

【発明の効果】以上のように、請求項１に記載の発明に
よれば、取引当事者に関する情報に対応した取引物情報
を当該取引当事者の感覚器官に伝達し、それに基づいて
入力される情報より取引物の当事者適合性を判断するよ
うに構成したので、消費者は試着などが必要な商品であ
っても販売店まで出向かずに購入可能となり、販売店も
必要に応じて製造元に注文すれば良く、店内に豊富な商
品在庫をしておく必要がなくなり、製造元が直接通信販
売することも容易となるばかりか、試着の必要な商品の
取引の計算機システムによる自動化もでき、消費者と販
売者の双方において効率的な取引が可能となる効果があ
る。
【００３０】また、請求項２に記載の発明によれば、入
力手段を取引当事者に装着してその取引当事者に関する
情報を検出するように構成したので、取引当事者に関す
る情報の取引主装置への入力がより効率的なものとな
る。
【００３１】また、請求項３に記載の発明によれば、伝
達手段を取引当事者に装着してその取引当事者の感覚器
官に取引物情報を提示するように構成したので、取引当
事者への取引物情報の提示を臨場的なものとすることが
できる。
【００３２】また、請求項４に記載の発明によれば、電
歪素子あるいは磁歪素子を用いて形成されるセンサ／ア
クチュエータを用いて、取引当事者に関する情報の入力
とそれに対応した取引物情報の当該取引当事者の感覚器
官への伝達を行うように構成したので、入力手段と伝達
手段とを共用化することが可能となる。
【００３３】また、請求項５に記載の発明によれば、取
引物情報に対する取引当事者の生体反応に基づいて取引
物の当事者適合性を判断するように構成したので、当該
当事者適合性の判断がより効率的なものとなる。

Claims (5)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 種々の取引物に関する取引物情報を蓄積
    している取引主装置と、前記取引主装置に通信回線を介
    して接続されて、当該取引の取引当事者との間でその取
    引に必要な情報の授受が行われる端末装置とから成る遠
    隔取引システムにおいて、前記取引当事者に関する情報
    を入力して前記取引主装置に送る入力手段、前記取引主
    装置が送出した前記取引当事者に関する情報に対応する
    取引物情報を、前記取引当事者の感覚器官に伝達するた
    めの伝達手段、および、前記伝達手段より前記取引当事
    者の感覚器官に伝達された前記取引物情報に基づいて入
    力される情報より、前記取引物の当事者適合性を判断す
    る適合性判定手段を設けたことを特徴とする遠隔取引シ
    ステム。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記入力手段が、前記取引当事者に装着
    され、当該取引当事者に関する情報を検出して前記取引
    主装置に送出するものであることを特許とする請求項１
    に記載の遠隔取引システム。
  3. 【請求項３】 前記伝達手段が、前記取引当事者に装着
    され、当該取引当事者の感覚器官に対して前記取引主装
    置からの取引物情報を臨場的に提示するものであること
    を特徴とする請求項１または２に記載の遠隔取引システ
    ム。
  4. 【請求項４】 前記入力手段と前記伝達手段とを、機械
    的変形を電気情報もしくは磁気情報として出力し、印加
    される電気情報あるいは磁気情報によってその機械的形
    状が変化する素子を用いて構成したセンサ／アクチュエ
    ータで共用化したことを特徴とする請求項１〜３のいず
    れ１項に記載の遠隔取引システム。
  5. 【請求項５】 前記適合性判定手段が、前記取引当事者
    の感覚器官に伝達された前記取引物情報に対する当該取
    引当事者の生体反応を検出する検出手段からの情報に基
    づいて、前記取引物の当事者適合性を判断するものであ
    ることを特徴とする請求項１〜４のいずれか１項に記載
    の遠隔取引システム。
