造とすることで座屈,圧潰特性を適宜設定するものとす
る。そしてこのクラッシュビーム4を艤装工程でフレー
ム3に例えば上記したように構造用接着剤で接着固定す
るか又は構造用接着剤で接着した上でボルト締め等で固
着して、フレーム3に一体的に取付けるものである。ク
ラッシュビーム4を艤装工程にてフレーム3に取付ける
前に、該クラッシュビーム4の先端部にフロントバンパ
5を予め取付けておいても良い。尚、クラッシュビーム
4をフレーム3と同じ材料即ち板金製としても良く、又
クラッシュビーム4とフレーム3とを溶接して固定して
も良いことは言うまでもない。

化をはかることもできるもので、実用上多大の効果をも
たらし得るものである。
