Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate a necessity of another parts and increase sealing property by sealing the boundary region between an outer peripheral face of a mating member and an inner end of an inner hose part by a bending seal piece. CONSTITUTION:A hose consists of an outer hose part 1 and an inner hose part which is arranged in a central hole 11 of the outer hose part 1. The outer hose part 1 is formed by a first bellows tube 10 which is positioned in the intermediate region in the axial direction and an outer end 11 provided at both ends in the axial direction. The inner hose part 2 is formed by a second bellows tube 20 which is positioned in the central region in the axial direction and an inner end 21 provided at both ends in the axial direction. The outer end 11 of the outer hose part 1 is provided with a thin-walled cylindrical bending seal piece 25 which is bent on the inner face side of the inner end 21 of the inner hose part 2. When a mating member 300 and the hose are connected, the boundary region between the outer peripheral face of the mating member 300 and the inner end 21 of the inner hose part 2 is sealed by a rubber seal piece 25. Consequently, fuel which is fluid does not leak outside.

The inner hose portion 2 is formed by a second bellows cylinder portion 20 located in the central region in the axial direction and inner end portions 21 provided at both ends in the axial direction. The second bellows tube portion 20 has a ring-shaped top portion 20a and a valley portion 20c. The outer diameter of the top portion 20a is set to about 20 to 60 mm. The inner diameter of the valley portion 20c is set to about 18 to 58 mm. The pitch between the adjacent top portions 20a is smaller than the pitch between the top portions 10a of the outer hose portion 1 and is set to about 1 to 5 mm. The inner peripheral surface of the inner hose portion 2 forms a passage hole 2i through which a fluid such as gasoline fuel passes.

Polyamide resin (11 nylon) is adopted as the material of the inner hose portion 2 in consideration of barrier properties and flexibility. The inner hose portion 2 is formed by blow molding. In this embodiment, the outer hose portion 1 and the inner hose portion 2 are separately molded, and as can be understood from FIG. 1, the tubular bending seal piece 25 is bent inward to form the ring-shaped space 25e, and The inner end portion 21 of the inner hose portion 2 is inserted into the ring-shaped space 25e, and then the ring-shaped clamp 4 is clamped to the outer end portion 11 of the outer hose portion 1. As a result, the tubular air layer 3 is formed between the second bellows tubular portion 20 and the first bellows tubular portion 10.

The hose thus constructed is installed in a passage through which a fluid such as gasoline fuel passes and is used for fluid supply. When assembling the hose, the bellows tube portion 10,
The elasticity and flexibility of 20 are utilized, and the assembling error can be absorbed by the bellows tubular portions 10 and 20. Also, vibrations during use can be absorbed by the bellows tubular portions 10 and 20. As described above, in the present embodiment, the outer end portion 11 of the outer hose portion 1 is provided with the thin-walled tubular bent seal piece 25 that is bent toward the inner surface side of the inner end portion 21 of the inner hose portion 2. When connecting the mating member 300 and the hose, the boundary area between the outer peripheral surface of the mating member 300 and the inner end portion 21 of the inner hose portion 2 is sealed by a bent seal piece 25 made of rubber.

Further, in this embodiment, the outer end portion 11 of the outer hose portion 1 and the bent seal piece 25 constitute the inner end portion 21 of the inner hose portion 2.
Is wrapped from both the radially inward direction and the radially outward direction, the tightening force of the clamp 4 is reduced, and even if the fuel, which is a fluid, tries to leak along the inner surface of the inner hose portion 2, It doesn't leak. Further, in the present embodiment, the second hose of the inner hose portion 2 is
Since the tubular air layer 3 is formed between the bellows tubular portion 20 and the first bellows tubular portion 10 of the outer hose portion 1, when the hose flexes and deforms, The hose can be deformed independently of the second bellows tube portion 20, thus ensuring the flexibility of the hose.

Further, in this embodiment, the inner hose portion 2 and the outer hose portion 1 form a double hose structure, which is advantageous in ensuring the barrier property, and in particular, the inner hose portion 2 is excellent in the barrier property. Since it is formed of a polyamide resin, it is advantageous in preventing permeation and evaporation of fluid such as gasoline fuel. Further, in this embodiment, the outer hose portion 1 made of vulcanized rubber has flame resistance, so that the inner hose portion 2 is protected against flames outside the hose.

Further, since the tubular air layer 3 formed between the inner hose portion 2 and the outer hose portion 1 also functions as an air heat insulating layer, heat outside the hose is less likely to be transferred to the inner hose portion 2. Therefore, the heat insulation of the inner hose portion 2 and the flame resistance of the inner hose portion 2 are further secured. Further, in this embodiment, the wave height and pitch of the second bellows tube portion 20 of the inner hose portion 2 are smaller than those of the outer hose portion 1, so that the passage hole 2i of the inner hose portion 2 is formed.
It also contributes to the reduction of the passage resistance of fluid such as gasoline fuel passing through and the prevention of turbulence of the fluid.

According to the hose of the present invention, the boundary area between the outer peripheral surface of the mating member and the inner end portion of the inner hose is sealed by the bent seal piece, so that a separate part may be unnecessary. I never forget to assemble. Furthermore, since the outer hose portion and the bent seal piece are integrated, the sealability is improved as compared with the seal piece which is a separate component.
