That is, for example, a wheel house forming plate 5 for forming a wheel house H capable of accommodating the tire T between itself and the body outer plate 55 is provided at the widthwise side edge of the floor F at the rear of the flat floor van.
1, 51 are arranged. Brackets 52, 52 for reinforcement are fixed in front of and behind each wheel house forming plate 51, and a frame-shaped bolster is formed inside the wheel house forming plates 51, 51. 53 is provided. The bolster 53 includes a pair of bolster vertical plates 53a, 53a arranged in parallel in the front-rear direction, and each bolster vertical plate 53.
and a bolster lateral plate 53b connecting the a and 53a, as shown in FIG. 4, above the floor F and in parallel with the floor F, the upper surface of the wheel house forming plate 51 and the upper surface of the bolster 53. The veneer plate 54 is laid in a laid state to form a floor surface on which luggage can be loaded.

In such a conventional structure, since the veneer plate 54 is laid on the upper surface of the bolster 53, the ground height of the luggage loading surface naturally increases and it is necessary to secure the rigidity by the bracket 52 and the like.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and provides a floor structure capable of forming the ground loading height of a luggage loading surface as low as possible and ensuring sufficient rigidity. The purpose of this bolster is not to provide it, but the gist of the bolster is that one side edge of the upper surface extends to the upper surface of the wheelhouse and a step is formed between the other side edge and the rising part standing on the floor. Are arranged on the floor so as to face each other, and a panel member such as a veneer plate is laid on the step portion of each bolster so as to be substantially flush with the upper surface portion.

(Function) The bolsters arranged on the upper surface side of the floor so as to face each other have one side edge side extending to the upper surface of the wheel house and fixed to the outer plate of the body, and the other side edge side of each bolster. Since a step is formed on the step, and a panel member is laid on the step in a flush manner, the panel member can be supported between the bolsters to ensure a strong installation state.
Moreover, since the flush loading floor surface is formed between the panel member and the upper surface of the bolster, the strength of the panel member can be ensured and the ground height of the floor surface can be reduced by the thickness of the panel member,
It is possible to improve loading and unloading of luggage.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of components constituting a loading surface of a luggage-loaded vehicle, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. In this example, a floor structure of a van-shaped vehicle having a floor on which a luggage can be loaded is illustrated at a rear portion.

That is, a pair of bolsters 1 and 1 are arranged in parallel to each other along the longitudinal direction on the upper surface side of the floor F at the rear of the flat floor van. Each of the bolsters 1 has a flat plate-shaped upper surface portion 1a and a rising portion 1b that is erected on the floor F.
And a step portion 1c having a step shape is formed along the longitudinal direction between the upper surface portion 1a and the rising portion 1b. Also, the upper surface portion 1a
A bent portion is formed at a side end portion of the vehicle body, and the bent portion is fixed to a body outer plate 55 that forms an outer wall of the vehicle. The bent portion is also bent at the lower end portion of the rising portion 1b. Part is formed,
The rising portion 1b is configured to be fixed on the floor F.

A foil house forming plate 2 formed in a U shape can be fixedly installed on the side surface lower surface side of the upper surface portion 1a of each bolster 1, and the wheel house forming plate 2 and the upper surface portion 1a can be fixed to each other. H is formed. Therefore, the upper surface portion 1a of the bolster 1 constitutes a part of the wheel house H.

The stepped portion 1 of each bolster 1 thus arranged in parallel.
The veneer plate 4 can be arranged in a bridging manner between c and 1c. At this time, the veneer plate 4 is supported by the step portion 1c and is substantially flush with the upper surface portion 1a. Therefore, the veneer plate 4 and the upper surface 1a of the bolster 1 form a floor on which luggage can be loaded. Since the veneer plate 4 is embedded between the bolsters 1 and 1 in this manner, the floor surface can be formed lower than the conventional one by the thickness of the veneer plate 4, and the ground level of the floor surface can be increased. Can be lowered to improve the loadability of luggage.

If the reinforcing beads 3 are formed on the upper surface portions 1a, 1a of the bolsters 1, 1 at appropriate intervals in the vertical or horizontal direction, the strength of the bolster 1 as a whole is improved.
Further, since the upper surface portion 1a is directly fixed to the body outer plate 55, the strength is improved, the conventional bracket 52 is not required, and good rigidity of the floor surface can be secured. Further, by appropriately adjusting the plate thickness of the bolster 1, it is possible to secure better rigidity. The veneer plate 4 can be changed to another flat panel member.

(Effects of the Invention) In the floor structure of a luggage-carrying vehicle of the present invention, one side edge of the upper surface portion extends to the upper surface of the wheel house and a step portion is provided between the other side edge and a rising portion standing on the floor. By disposing the formed bolsters on the floor so as to face each other, and by laying a panel member such as a veneer plate on the stepped portion of each bolster so as to be substantially flush with the upper surface portion, the panel member is stepped. By being installed in a buried portion, the ground height of the loading floor surface can be reduced by the thickness of the panel member, and loading and unloading of luggage can be improved and the loading performance is improved. Further, by extending the upper surface of each bolster to the upper surface of the wheel house, the rigidity of the bolster can be ensured satisfactorily, and the loading floor surface can be firmly configured.
