The outer cylinder 1, which is a component of the washing tub, is installed in the liquid flow circuit sealed by the above-described structure, and the inside of the outer cylinder 1 is moved upward.
The washing action by the jet flow that twists and returns the laundry in the wire net inner basket 4 by the swirling jet flow that is reversed in the downward direction and the washing process by the jet flow alternates between the upper and lower net surface of the inner basket 4. In addition, a combination with a rubbing washing action of strongly pressing the laundry is realized, and by this method, a uniform and excellent washing effect can be obtained in a short time without damaging the laundry.

As a result, (1) downsizing of the fully automatic electric washing machine was achieved. As described above, the conventional electric washing machine for home use has a lid, but the washing liquid is stored in an open-type container (washing tub), and a flat water flow is generated in the container by the pump. Because it is a method of washing, there must be some degree of flatness in the washing tub that is necessary to create a flow of water, which is a barrier to miniaturization of electric washing machines. Was there.

That is, among the conventional washing methods, the automatic reversing spiral water flow type electric washing machine has become the mainstream for home use as a washing method having a strong washing power and relatively less damaging the laundry. However, it is quite common that the socks, pants, briefs, and other rubber knitted parts are damaged by stretching.

This is because in a normal household electric washing machine, the standard is set so that even large-sized laundry can be washed with thick cloth. It is a damage caused by being pulled in one direction for 15 to 30 seconds, but it has a weak rubber knit part such as socks, pants, briefs and pantyhose that require daily washing as it is heavily soiled. It can be said that it is a harsh washing method for small laundry.

On the other hand, in the present invention, the cleaning while being twisted by the jet flow is performed only for a very short time (2 to 3 seconds) between the short distances of the upper and lower surfaces of the inner basket, and then immediately reverses.
In combination with another effective cleaning action, which is a strong pressing action (a kind of kneading washing action) by the jet on the mesh-like upper and lower surfaces of the inner basket, the rubber knitted part of the laundry is not damaged, and Uniform and excellent washing effect can be obtained.

As mentioned above, in addition to the economical effect that softens the damage of small items that are easily damaged and lasts a long time, because it is a small machine, the amount of water and detergent used and the power consumption are small, so that it can be used on a daily basis. When used in, the savings will be greater.

(B) When the electromagnetic valve 22 for water supply is closed in this way and the switch is turned off, the motor 5 of the jet pump unit 3 is turned on by the timer control, the multiblade propeller impeller 18 rotates, and the inside of the outer cylinder 1 The water first flows from the lower part to the upper part as a swirl jet to stir and dissolve the detergent, and the laundry in the inner basket 4 is pushed up from the bottom while twisting along the swirl jet to raise the mesh shape of the inner basket. Press strongly against the ceiling surface of
Washing starts due to the strong liquid flow and the pressing action. These two washing actions are controlled by a timer to provide a short time interval (2 to 3
By reversing at intervals of about a second) and repeating, the multi-blade propeller blades 18 of the pump are controlled so as to stop and reverse before the rotational speed of the multi-blade propeller blades 18 becomes too high. By repeatedly twisting and returning from the bottom to the top and from the top to the bottom, the mesh-like upper and lower surfaces of the inner basket 4 are alternately and strongly pressed, so that a kind of kneading is performed and the fabric is not damaged. Uniform washing is effectively performed in a short time (about 3 minutes with men's socks, briefs, etc.).

(C) Immediately before the end of the washing operation, the rotation direction of the multiblade propeller blades 18 of the jet pump unit 3 is set to be always rotated in the direction from the top to the bottom by the timer control, and the washing operation is completed. Energize the electromagnetic valve 24 for drainage just before,
When the valve is opened, the washing liquid waste is forcibly discharged at first, and the air valve 10 on the upper lid 9 is placed in the outer cylinder 1 which is close to the sealed state.
To facilitate the natural discharge of the waste liquid in the circulating water circuit through the outside air through the outer cylinder 1 which is the only inlet for introducing air into the sealed circulating water circuit even if the electromagnetic valve 24 for drainage is opened. From the air valve 10 on the upper lid 9, it is difficult to introduce the outside air as it is.

Immediately before the completion of the washing operation, the multiblade propeller blade 18 is always the outer cylinder 1
The water inside is rotated in the direction from top to bottom, and the electromagnetic valve 24 for drainage is still rotated by the multi-blade propeller blades 18 of the water flow pump, and the water in the outer cylinder 1 forming the washing tub is moved from top to bottom. It is the same as the operation described in (b) above that it is forcibly drained only for about 2 seconds by opening it while flowing to facilitate natural drainage after stopping the multiblade propeller blades 18. At the same time, the process of energizing the motor 6 dedicated to the rotation of the inner basket 4 to rotate the inner basket 4 at a high speed to centrifuge and dehydrate the unwashed residual liquid contained in the laundry is the same as that described in (c) above.

A series of washing operations from this clean water supply to washing, drainage, and centrifugal dehydration are repeated three times in succession to complete washing, and if the buzzer that informs the end of washing by the timer control does not ring After it has run out (becomes "OFF"), all that is left is to open the top lid of the washing tub and take out the laundry in the basket. Since these configurations are well known, description thereof will be omitted.

(E) Even if the above end buzzer sounds, without removing the laundry, remove only the circulating water hose on the upper lid 9 and turn on another "drying" switch of the timer control device 21 to rotate the inner basket. The internal cage 4 is energized by the dedicated motor 6 and rotates in one direction at high speed like centrifugal dehydration, and the airflow generated by the rotation of the protrusion of the outer frame a of the internal cage 4 is formed in the spiral shape on the inner wall of the outer cylinder 1. The protrusion line 8 induces a swirl ascending airflow, which causes a whirlpool wind that blows up from the bottom to the top of the outer cylinder 1 and imparts buoyancy to the dehydrated laundry in the inner basket 4 while exposing it to a violent airflow. Is done.

Although the moist air in the washing tub is discharged from the circulating water hose mounting port 12 of the upper lid 9, the outside air intake port is the drain port 2, so the "dry" switch is turned on. At the same time, the drainage electromagnetic valve 24 is set to open by timer control, and after a fixed time (about 5 minutes), the rotation of the inner basket 4 is stopped, the power is turned off, and the drainage electromagnetic valve 24 is also closed to complete the drying operation.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, (1) a net-made basket for accommodating laundry is provided in the outer cylinder, and the washing liquid is filled while discharging the air in the outer cylinder. Then, a swirl jet flow that is repeatedly reversed up and down in the inner basket is generated, and the laundry is moved up and down in accordance with the flow, and twisting and returning are applied to wash the liquid flow, and at the same time, the inner basket mesh is formed. Since the method is characterized by adding a kneading and washing effect to the lower surface by pressing the laundry with a jet flow, effective laundry can be performed in a short time without damaging the laundry.

(2) Further, the washing machine of the present invention includes a vertical cylindrical washing tub outer cylinder provided with a spiral projection line for inducing and promoting the generation of a swirling water flow on the inner wall of the cylinder, and a center inside the outer cylinder. With a rotatable cylindrical wire netting inner basket and an outer cylinder upper part that can keep the upper part of the outer cylinder waterproof and sealed, and has a circulating water inlet / outlet that holds the inner wire netting inner cover with a support rod inside A jet pump unit equipped with an upper lid and a multi-blade propeller blade which is attached to the lower part of the outer cylinder while keeping waterproof and generates a swirl jet in the washing liquid filled in the outer cylinder and a circulating water inlet / outlet. And a control box for automatically controlling the operation of the jet pump unit and the pouring, circulation and discharge of water into the washing tub and the inside of the washing tub, which are connected to each other by a hose and an electric cord. After forming a closed circulation circuit of washing water and sealing the outer cylinder While discharging the inside air from the air valve on the top of the outer cylinder, the washing liquid is filled into the liquid flow circuit including the outer cylinder, and the multi-blade propeller blades of the multi-blade propeller type jet pump unit installed at the bottom of the outer cylinder are straightened. Reverse rotation control generates a fast swirl jet flow that vertically inverts and repeats in the outer cylinder to wash the laundry in the inner basket while twisting and returning with the swirl jet flow and the mesh shape. Since the jets are strongly pressed against the upper and lower surfaces of the inner basket of the basket, squeezing and kneading can be performed at the same time, and the washability is excellent and damage to the laundry can be prevented. By removing the three hose connections including the faucet, there is the advantage that it can be divided into two parts, the washing tub and the control device, and can be made into a small size that is easily portable.
