Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the damage of cloths and save a washing solution by operating a circulating pump to circulate the washing solution, and conducting the washing with the washing action when the washing solution is passed through the cloths by the centrifugal force by the rotation of a washing and dehydrating tank. CONSTITUTION:After cloths are put in a washing and dehydrating tank 3, and a determined amount of a detergent is put in a lint filter 14, the operation is started. Water is first supplied into the washing and dehydrating tank 3 up to a determined level, a circulating pump 13 is operated for a fixed time, the washing solution in the tank 3 is pumped and discharged into the filter 14, and the detergent is dissolved in the washing solution 19 by the rotating action of a built-in rotating blade. The washing solution 19 in which the detergent is dissolved is circulated through the washing and dehydrating tank 3 and a circulating hose 15 to penetrate the washing solution 19 into the washed materials. Then, a drain valve 12 is opened to drain a determined amount of the washing solution in the tank 3 out of the machine. The tank 3 is rotated at low speed in this state, and the residual washing solution 19 is circulated by the circulating pump 13 to execute the washing.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a washing and dewatering tank having an agitating blade inside in an outer tank disposed in an outer box, and a washing and dehydrating tank is provided at the bottom and upper part of the outer tank. In a washing machine that has a circulation channel formed in the outer box with a circulation pump and a detergent input container in the middle, a predetermined amount of water is supplied into the washing and dehydration tank, and the circulation pump is activated to dissolve the detergent. , the washing liquid is drained leaving the required amount of water according to the amount of laundry, and then the washing liquid is circulated between the washing and dehydration tank and the circulation channel by the pump action of the circulation pump, and the washing and dehydration tank is run at low speed. The gist of this is to rotate the machine and pour the washing liquid onto the laundry.

[Function] According to the present invention, a predetermined amount of water supplied into the washing and dehydrating tank is circulated between the circulation channel and the circulation channel by the action of the circulation pump, so that the detergent in the detergent input container is sufficiently dissolved. washing water is obtained. After that, a portion of this washing water is drained to ensure only the amount necessary for operating the circulation pump, and the circulation pump is operated to circulate the remaining washing liquid between the washing and dehydrating tank and the circulation channel. At the same time, when the washing and dehydrating tub is rotated at a low speed, centrifugal force due to this rotation acts on the washing liquid and the laundry, and even a small amount of washing liquid reliably penetrates and passes through the laundry to perform washing.

When the operation of the circulation pump (13) is stopped and the detergent dissolving process is completed, the drain valve (12) is opened and the washing liquid (19) in the washing and dewatering tank (3) is drained through the drain hose (
16) and begin draining water outside the machine. The opening time of the drain valve (12) at this time is determined by the amount of load; if the load is large and the amount of water supplied is large, the opening time is long; conversely, if the amount of load is small and the amount of water supplied is small, the opening time is The opening time is set in advance so that the amount of circulating water necessary for the operation of the circulation pump (13) remains in the washing and dewatering tank (3). Therefore, after the drain valve (12) is opened for a predetermined period of time and the water is drained, the circulation pump (12) is installed in the washing/dehydration tank (3).
3) The washing water (19) necessary for 3) remains and the amount of circulating water is secured.

Next, the motor (9) is energized to rotate the washing and dewatering tub (3) at a low speed. As a result, the washing liquid (19) that is circulated between the washing and dehydration tank (3) and the circulation hose (15) by the circulation pump (13) is transferred to the washing and dehydration tank (3). [Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the method of operating a washing machine of the present invention, a circulation pump is used to circulate the washing liquid, and at the same time, the washing liquid is passed through the clothes by the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the washing and dehydrating tub. Since the washing is carried out by the washing action of the washing machine, it prevents the clothes from being damaged, and a small amount of washing liquid is sufficient as long as the amount of water circulated by the pump is ensured.
