【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 対向配置されるパンチリテーナおよびカ
ウンタリテーナと、前記パンチリテーナに前記カウンタ
リテーナとの対向方向に所定量のみ移動可能に取り付け
られたパンチ部材と、前記カウンタリテーナに前記パン
チリテーナとの対向方向に所定量のみ移動可能に且つ前
記パンチ部材と対向して取り付けられ前記パンチ部材と
共働して板材を挟み持つカウンタホルダと、前記パンチ
部材を前記カウンタホルダの側に第一のばね力により付
勢する第一のばね部材と、前記カウンタホルダを前記パ
ンチ部材の側に前記第一のばね力より小さい第二のばね
力により付勢する第二のばね部材とを有し、前記カウン
タリテーナには前記カウンタホルダの前記第二のばね部
材のばね力に抗した前記カウンタリテーナに対する相対
移動により板材の両側に各々L形折曲を行う曲げ型部が
前記カウンタホルダの両側に各々設けられ、前記パンチ
リテーナには前記パンチ部材の前記第一のばね部材のば
ね力に抗した前記パンチリテーナに対する相対移動によ
り前記板材の両側のL形折曲片を各々当該L形折曲片の
延在方向に加圧する折曲片加圧面部が設けられているこ
とを特徴とする板材曲げ型装置。
1. と、前記第二パンチ部材を前記カウンタホルダの側に第
一のばね力より小さい第二のばね力により付勢する第二
のばね部材と、前記カウンタホルダをパンチ部材の側に
前記第二のばね力より小さい第三のばね力により付勢す
る第三のばね部材と、前記カウンタホルダの両側に各々
回動可能に取り付けられ前記カウンタホルダの前記第三
のばね部材のばね力に抗した前記カウンタリテーナに対
する相対移動に応じて回動して板材の両側に各々第一の
L形折曲を行う可動曲げ型とを有し、前記パンチリテー
ナには前記可動曲げ型と各々協働して前記板材の両側の
前記第一のL形折曲による第一L形折曲片の先端側に各
々第二のL形折曲を行う曲げ面部が設けられ、前記第一
パンチ部材には前記第二パンチ部材の前記第二のばね部
材のばね力に抗した前記第一パンチ部材に対する相対移
動により前記第一L形折曲片を各々当該第一L形折曲片
の延在方向に加圧する折曲片加圧面部が設けられ、前記
曲げ面部は前記第一パンチ部材の前記第一のばね部材の
ばね力に抗した前記パンチリテーナに対する相対移動に
より板材の両側の前記第二のL形折曲による第二L形折
曲片を各々当該第二L形折曲片の板厚方向に加圧するよ
う構成されていることを特徴とする板材曲げ型装置。
