置等に用いられる分割巻の偏向ヨークに関するものであ

〈従来の技術〉 近時ディスプレイ装置用の偏向ヨークとして、コイルボ

導線の巻線位置を規制することにより、所望の巻線分布
や最良のコンバーゼンス特性が得られるからである。第
3図は従来例を示し、第2図はこれら分割巻き偏向ヨー

が第3図である。ところで、近時偏向コイル導線にリッ
ツ線等の撚導線が用いられるようになってくると、巻線
工程において導線に強いテンションを付加して巻回する
傾向にあり、コイルボビンに変形を生じ易く偏向ヨーク
の特性面に与える影響も大きい。これを防ぐために導線

溝、4・4′はそれぞれ前端及び後端開口部側に設けら
れ、それぞれ前記巻線溝3・3′を形成する隔壁、5は
コイルボビン内周面の軸方向中央部付近に設けられる隔
壁の切欠部、6は固着剤である。偏向コイル導線は所定
の巻線分布となるようコイルボビン1に鞍型状に分割巻
され、その一部は必要に応じて隔壁の切欠部を横切って
隣接する巻線溝に巻線される。また、巻線後、隔壁の切
欠部5付近に巻線された導線の外周上にはブチラール
系、又はフェノール系等の固着剤6を塗布、乾燥して偏
向コイル導線を固着するもので、コイル導線の巻線位置
