【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案は、テレビジヨン受像機やCRTデイス
プレイ装置等に装着される偏向ヨークに用いられ
るコイルボビンに係わり、特に鞍型コイルを分割
巻きするのに適したコイルボビンに関するもので
ある。

〈従来の技術〉 近時第4図に示すように、半円筒状のコイルボ

することにより所望の巻線分布とし適性なコンバ
ージエンス特性を得るためである。この構造のコ
イルボビンによれば導線の巻線位置は規制される
が、巻線分布の一部に変更や修正を加える場合、
変更、修正がむずかしいため、第3図に示すよう
に隔壁に切欠部5′を設けたものも採用されるよ
うになつてきている。図において、1′は半円筒
状のコイルボビン、2,2′はそれぞれコイルボ
ビン1′の前端開口部側Bと後端開口部側Cとに
設けられた巻線ガイド部であり、それぞれの開口
部周辺に沿つて複数個設けられている。3,3′
はそれぞれコイルボビン内周面に設けられた隔壁
4,4′により形成される巻線溝である。5′は偏
向ヨークの巻線分布の変更、修正を容易にするた
めコイルボビン内周面の軸方向中央部付近に設け
られた隔壁の切欠部である。ところで、近時偏向
コイル導線にリツツ線等の撚導線が用いられるよ
うになつてくると、巻線工程において導線に強い
テンシヨンを付加して巻回する傾向にあり、コイ
ルボビンに変形を生じ易く偏向ヨークの特性面に
与える影響も大きい。これを防ぐために導線のテ
ンシヨンを弱めにしてコイル巻線がなされる。

このように構成された半円筒状のコイルボビン1
に水平偏向コイルの導線が巻線されるが、軸方向
中央部付近の隔壁の高さを低く形成したので、巻
線される導線の巻線位置が全て下層部側から順次
規制され、位置ずれすることなく、又高さの低い
隔壁によつて巻線分布の修正や変更が可能に巻線
されるものである。
