いて、グースネックフレームの両側に斜め下方に拡開
し、ワイングラス型をした補強材７を固着した。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、低床式セミトレーラのグースネック部の補強構造の改良に関するも のである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来の低床式セミトレーラにおけるグースネック部には、図４に示す如くグー スネックフレームのウエブａに対してこれと直交する複数枚の肉厚リブ材ｂを溶 接して補強していた。なお図４ではこのリブ材ｂを片側に２枚としてあるが、実 際には３〜４枚のリブ材が溶接されている。この為、局部的ではあるが、それ丈 重量の増加をきたしており、リブ材ｂの固着に要する溶接長も相当なものになっ ていた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
グースネックフレームに対し強度を維持でき、溶接しやすい形状の補強材を溶 接し、作業の容易化，重量の軽減化を図ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
低床式セミトレーラのグースネック部４においてグースネックフレームの両側 に斜め下方に拡開し、中抜き部８を有するワイングラス型補強材７を固着した。

【実施例】
図１は本考案を実施した低床式セミトレーラの側面図である。１は低床のリヤ フレーム部、２は下部にトラクタ内と連結するキングピン３を備えたフロントフ レーム部である。５はランディングギヤ、６は低床部に設けた車輪である。本考 案はこのようなセミトレーラにおけるグースネック部の改良に係るものである。
【０００６】 図２で、７は本考案に係る補強材である。この補強材７は一枚物で、グースネ ック部４の斜め下方に向って拡開する側面視でワイングラス型をなし、中抜き部 ８を有している。補強材７はグースネック部の両側に図３の如く溶接されている 。補強材７は厚さ約５ｍｍのもので、従来型構造の強度を十分に有している。又 溶接長も従来構造の約半分程度であるから作業性にすぐれている。

【効果】
ワイングラス型の１枚の補強材をグースネック部の両側に重ね合わせて溶接で 固着したので、補強材の重量が従来構造に比し一段と軽減された。 又溶接長が短縮されたので、作業性の向上に大いに寄与している。 さらに従来の如くグースネックフレーム側面に直交して突設されないので、外 観的にも優れている。
