給糸機構に関するものである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an upper thread feeding mechanism for an industrial sewing machine, and more particularly, to an upper thread feeding mechanism in which the thread is fed smoothly without being twisted or tangled, and there is less risk of thread breakage. It is related to.

た。 A conventional general yarn feeding mechanism feeds yarn to a thread take-up from a bobbin placed on the sewing machine body (for example, an arm) or above the sewing machine body, and the bobbin a' is placed on a table 10 as shown in FIG. It was attached to a post 11 that was fixed upright and fed by pulling up the thread wound around the bobbin a'. For this reason, this conventional product had a problem in that the yarn that had broken off from the bobbin a' became tangled or entangled between the table 10 and the lower end of the bobbin a', causing the yarn to break. Also, if you make sure that the thread does not fall from bobbin a' onto table 10, table 10 and bobbin
There is no risk of the thread getting tangled between A′ and A, but
Thread breakage occurs due to the resistance of the thread. Furthermore, if bobbin a' was attached to table 10 so that there would be no gap between table 10 and bobbin a', there was a risk that the thread would break due to the rotational resistance of bobbin a'. .

It is placed between the balance and the balance.

The thread 1 is a thread made of nylon, polyester, etc., and is attached to the bobbin a.
Although not shown, if it naturally unravels and falls under its own weight when suspended, a cylindrical elastic body (for example, nylon circularly knitted) can be fitted to the outside of bobbin a. is desirable.

Ru. Then, when the upper thread 1 is passed through the guide tube d and passed through the needle body 3 via the thread take-up lever 2 of the sewing machine main body A and operated, the thread 1 is moved to the receiving tray b 2 as shown in the figure.
The yarn is unwound upwards and then fed into the needle body 3. FIG. 4 shows an upper thread feeding mechanism in a multi-needle sewing machine.

Therefore, compared to the conventional product, the upper thread is fed smoothly without any snags, and cutting of the upper thread can be completely prevented. Moreover, since the conventional bobbin is set on the hanger in reverse, the structure is extremely simple and the workability of setting is not impaired.

Therefore, wind pressure caused by the vibration of the sewing machine, the feeding of the product to be sewn by the automatic sewing machine, etc.
The needle thread fed to the thread take-up is not affected. Therefore, the upper thread is smoothly supplied from the bobbin to the take-up thread without being subjected to resistance such as wind pressure, and it is possible to prevent the upper thread from getting tangled or breaking.
依つて所期の目的を達成する。 In this way, the intended purpose is achieved.
