【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

イ 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、精製水に高濃度オゾンを溶解させた
オゾン水を養毛液として利用し、更に養毛促進を
目的として、前記養毛液を市販の液状の養毛剤に
溶解させて使用する養毛促進剤に関する。 ロ 従来の技術 男性型脱毛症や薄毛の対象療法として、古くは
頭皮の血行を促進させたり、毛母細胞を活性化し
たり、頭皮の脂質の分泌を抑制する薬剤を組み合
せたり、又毛髪の栄養分であるアミノ酸やビタミ
ン類を配合した発毛剤、養毛剤を使用するなどの
試みが成されていた。 しかし近年になつて、男性型脱毛症は男性ホル
モンが5α−リダクターゼと呼ばれる酵素により
還元された5α−デヒドロテストステロンに起因
することが解明され、それ以来前記治療方法に変
わつて、5α−リダクターゼの活性を阻害したり、
或いは5α−デヒドロテストステロンが皮脂線細
胞内の受容体蛋白と結合することを阻害する各種
の抗男性ホルモン剤等が発毛・養毛剤として使用
されるようになつた。 そして、本出願者は、5α−リダクターゼの活
性を阻害する臭素酸ナトリウムと弱アルカリ剤等
とから成る養毛剤の塗布に加え、更に酸素やオゾ
ンの吹き付け処理の併用により顕著な効果を確認
していた。 ハ 発明が解決しようとする問題点 上記従来の発毛・養毛剤は、5α−リダクター
ゼの活性を抑制する効果をある程度は期待出来る
ものの、ホルモン作用等の好ましくない副作用が
あつたり、又、発毛・養毛剤の単独使用では、期
待するほどの効果が得られていなかつた。 又、養毛剤の塗布後オゾンや酸素を吹き付ける
方法は、オゾンの有効作用による養毛効果の向上
は著しいが、反面、ガス状のオゾンを吹き付ける
ため呼吸器系に障害を及ぼす等の欠陥があつた。 ニ 問題点を解決するための手段 そこで本発明は、上記従来の発毛・育毛方法の
欠点に鑑み、オゾンの酸化作用が有効に利用出
来、且つ使用上安全なオゾン水並びに従来の養毛
剤の養毛効果と該オゾン水との相乗効果による養
毛促進と、更に使用上の安全確保とを目的とする
養毛剤を得るもので、その構成は、精製水にオゾ
ンを0.02ppm溶解させて成る養毛液並びに液状の
養毛剤に前記養毛液を溶解させて成る養毛促進剤
にある。 ここで、養毛とは、発毛、育毛、及び養毛の作
用や状態を総称するものであり、又0.02ppmと
は、その数値のみを厳格に示すものではなく、前
後0.005〜0.01ppm程度の許容範囲を有するもの
である。 ホ 作用 精製水に高濃度オゾンを溶解させたオゾン水
を、養毛液として頭皮全体に掛け流したり或いは
塗布すると、上皮細胞に深く浸透した溶存酸素の
強力な酸化作用により、上皮細胞の深部に存在す
る5α−デヒドロテストステロンを酸化させ、養
毛効果が発揮され、使用上の安全も保たれる。 又、抗男性ホルモン剤を主成分とする養毛剤に
前記養毛液を溶解させた養毛促進剤を、頭皮全体
を塗布すると、抗男性ホルモン剤が上皮細胞に浸
透して5α−リダクターゼの活性が阻害されるが、
更に養毛剤に溶解した高濃度オゾンの強力な浸透
性により、抗男性ホルモン剤がより深く浸透し、
高濃度オゾンの酸化力との相乗作用により、5α
−デヒドロテストステロンが尚一層酸化され、
5α−デヒドロテストステロントと受容体蛋白と
の結合が阻害され、何等の副作用も無く、極めて
良好な発毛、育毛効果が発揮される。 ヘ 実施例 本発明に係る養毛液、並びに養毛促進剤の各実
施例については以下説明する。 実施例 1 本養毛液は精製水にオゾンを溶解させ、そのオ
ゾン濃度を0.02ppmとしたものである。 その養毛液の試用方法は、前記養毛液を頭皮全
体に循環式注液装置で約1時間むらなく掛け流
し、その後頭皮を乾燥させる。 この方法を、1週間に2度、15名のパネラーに
対して実行し、これを1年間繰返し実施して3箇
月毎にその効果を測定した。その結果は次のとお
りであつた。 尚、発毛効果は次の基準によつて総合的に詳価

液を溶解させた養毛促進剤の配合成分の一例は下

なかつた。 尚、前記養毛促進剤の使用にあたり、頭皮に養
毛促進剤を塗布する前の洗髪時、前記イオン水養
毛液を洗髪場の代りに適当時間掛け流しても良
い。 そして、前記養毛液のオゾン濃度や養毛促進剤
の組成及びオゾン濃度は一例を示したもので、オ
ゾン濃度や各成分の割合は、頭皮の症状や必要と
する養毛の程度に応じ、実用可能な濃度の範囲内
で適宜変更して良い。更に市販されている養毛剤
や育毛剤等に本発明の養毛液を溶解させて、養毛
促進剤として使用することも出来る。 ト 発明の効果 本発明の養毛液は、頭皮に対し連続的に掛け流
したり或いは塗布することにより、好ましい養毛
効果を得ることが出来ると共に、該養毛液を液状
の養毛剤に溶解させた養毛促進剤は、その養毛剤
とオゾン水との相乗作用により、男性型脱毛症患
者の発毛促進に関し優れた効果を有し、しかもホ
ルモン等の好ましくない副作用も無く、且つガス
状のオゾンで無いので呼吸器系に障害を及ぼすこ
とも無く極めて安全である。 以上の点を総合すると、本発明により提供され
た養毛液並びに養毛促進剤は、従来にない優れた
養毛効果と高い安全性を有することが実証され、
その実用価値は大なるものがある。
