Claims (36)
- 1.5〜95%の範囲の多孔率を有する生体分解性ポリマーからなり、該多孔率 が約3〜500ミクロンの範囲のサイズを有する細孔によって与えられることを 特徴とする、歯周ポケット中の歯周組織の修復を助けるための、その場で生成さ れる生体分解性インプラント。
- 2.該インプラントが、約20〜200ミクロンの範囲のサイズの細孔を有する 、請求項1に記載の生体分解性インプラント。
- 3.該ポリマーが熱可塑性であり、水混和性の液体溶媒中に溶解して溶液を生成 し、この溶液を該ポケット中に入れたときに該溶媒の放散によって該ポリマーが 該ポケット中に固体のインプラントを形成し得る、請求項1に記載の生体分解性 インプラント。
- 4.該溶液がさらに水溶性物質を含む、請求項3に記載の生体分解性インプラン ト。
- 5.該水溶性物質が、砂糖、塩、および水溶性ポリマーよりなる群から選ばれた ものである、請求項4に記載の生体分解性インプラント。
- 6.該水溶性物質が、該ポリマーの全重重に基づいて約5〜85重量%の量で存 在する、請求項4に記載の生体分解性インプラント。
- 7.該ポリマーが、ポリラクチド、ポリグリコリド、ポリカプロラクトン、ポリ アンハイドライド、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、ポリエステルアミド、ポリオル トエステル、ポリジオキサノン、ポリアセタール、ポリカーボネート、ポリオル トカーボネート、ポリホスファゼン、ポリヒドロキシブチレート、ポリヒドロキ シバレレート、ポリアルキレンオキザレート、ポリアルキレンスクシネート、ポ リ(リンゴ酸)、ポリ(アミノ酸)、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリエチレングリ コール、ポリヒドロキシセルロース、キチン、キトサン、およびこれらのコポリ マー、ターポリマーおよび組合せよりなる群から選ばれたものである、請求項3 に記載の生体分解性インプラント。
- 8.該溶媒が、N−メチル−2−ピロリドン、2−ピロリドン、エタノール、プ ロピレングリコール、アセトン、酢酸エチル、乳酸エチル、酢酸メチル、メチル エチルケトン、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルスルホキシド、ジメチルスルホ ン、テトラヒドロフラン、カプロラクタム、デシルメチルスルホキシド、オレイ ン酸、N,N−ジエチル−m−トルアミド、および1−ドデシルアザシクロヘプ タン−2−オン、およびこれらの組合せおよび混合物よりなる群から選ばれたも のである、請求項3に記載の生体分解性インプラント。
- 9.該ポリマーが液体の形状にあり、熱硬化することができ、該ポケット中に入 れたときにその場で硬化してインプラントを形成し得る、請求項1に記載の生体 分解性インプラント。
- 10.該液状ポリマーが、末端がアクリル酸エステルのプレポリマーであり、硬 化剤とともに該ポケット中に入れたときにその場で硬化し得る、請求項9に記載 の生体分解性インプラント。
- 11.該プレポリマーがポリ(DL−ラクチドーコーカプロラクトン)を含む、 請求項10に記載の生体分解性インプラント。
- 12.生物学的に活性な剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の生体分解性インプラ ント。
- 13.5〜95%の範囲の多孔率を有する生体分解性ポリマーからなり、該多孔 率が約3〜500ミクロンの範囲のサイズを有する細孔によって与えられること を特徴とする、歯の歯根表面に沿った上皮細胞の先端移動を遅らせるための、そ の場で生成される生体分解性バリヤー。
- 14.該バリヤーが、約20〜200ミクロンの範囲のサイズの細孔を有する、 請求項13に記載の生体分解性ポリマー。
- 15.該ポリマーが熱可塑性であり、水混和性の液体溶媒中に溶解して溶液を生 成し、この溶液を歯根表面に隣接して入れたときに該溶媒の放散によって該ポリ マーが該歯根表面に隣接して固体のインプラントを形成し得る、請求項13に記 載の生体分解性バリヤー。
- 16.該溶液がさらに水溶性物質を含む、請求項15に記載の生体分解性バリヤ ー。
- 17.該水溶性物質が、砂糖、塩、および水溶性ポリマーよりなる群から選ばれ たものである、請求項16に記載の生体分解性バリヤー。
- 18.該水溶性物質が、該ポリマーの全重量に基づいて約5〜85重重%の量で 存在する、請求項16に記載の生体分解性バリヤー。

- 27.該ポリマーが熱可塑性であり、水混和性の液体溶媒中に溶解して溶液を生 成し、この溶液を該ポケット中に入れたときに該溶媒の放散によって該ポリマー が該ポケット中に固体のインプラントを形成し得る、請求項25に記載の生体分 解性インプラント。
- 28.該溶液がさらに水溶性物質を含む、請求項27に記載の生体分解性インプ ラント。
- 29.該水溶性物質が、砂糖、塩、および水溶性ポリマーよりなる群から選ばれ たものである、請求項28に記載の生体分解性インプラント。

- 32.該溶媒が、N−メチル−2−ピロリドン、2−ピロリドン、エタノール、 プロピレングリコール、アセトン、酢酸エチル、乳酸エチル、酢酸メチル、メチ ルエチルケトン、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルスルホキシド、ジメチルスル ホン、テトラヒドロフラン、カプロラクタム、デシルメチルスルホキシド、オレ イン酸、N,N−ジエチル−m−トルアミド、および1−ドデシルアザシクロヘ プタン−2−オン、およびこれらの組合せおよび混合物よりなる群から選ばれた ものである、請求項27に記載の生体分解性インプラント。
