[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative board in which a decorative sheet having a pattern printed thereon is attached to a plywood substrate or the like. [Prior art and problems] Conventionally, decorative boards are manufactured by pasting sheets such as decorative paper or synthetic resin films onto the surface of a substrate such as plywood using an adhesive. The best method is to apply a vinyl resin emulsion type adhesive, dry it in a dryer to the extent that the moisture in the adhesive will not stick to your finger even if you touch it, then overlap the decorative sheets and roll pressure bonding. Generally, when the decorative sheet is thick or made of synthetic resin film, the same adhesive as above is applied to the back of the decorative sheet, and then hot air or far infrared rays are irradiated to the surface coated with the adhesive. After drying, a method is used in which the material is stacked on the surface of a substrate and pressed with a roll. By the way, among the above methods, the method of applying adhesive to the back side of the decorative sheet is better than the method of applying adhesive to the surface of the substrate because the adhesive application surface is smooth, so the adhesive can be applied evenly. Since the surface lacks rigidity, it is difficult to increase the amount of application. Therefore, if you apply a decorative sheet coated with the adhesive on the back side to the top of a substrate with a relatively rough surface, such as plywood or particle board, the amount of adhesive applied may be small, and the surface of the substrate may be very rough or the surface of the substrate may contain moisture. When the moisture content is lower than the air-dried moisture content, poor adhesion between the substrate and the decorative sheet tends to occur, resulting in problems such as a narrow range of work management. [Object of the Invention] The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems of the conventional manufacturing method of decorative sheet-applied decorative boards, allows easy work management even if the amount of adhesive applied is the same as before, and eliminates variations in adhesive strength. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing decorative plywood with a decorative sheet attached thereto. [Configuration of the Invention] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration. That is, in the present invention, after applying an adhesive to the back side of a decorative sheet with a pattern printed on its surface, it is placed on the top surface of a substrate whose surface has been coated with water or water containing a surfactant, and then pressed with a plurality of pressure rolls. The present invention relates to a method for producing a sheet-laminated decorative board, which is characterized in that it is then heated and dried. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings. The drawing is a schematic side view showing an embodiment of manufacturing a decorative board of the present invention. A decorative sheet 1 with a pattern printed on its surface is wound around a paper tube, and is guided to an adhesive coating device 7 while being unwound. Decorative sheet 1 weighs 20-40g/
Decorative paper with various patterns such as woodgrain patterns and abstract patterns printed on thin paper of about m 2 in size, synthetic resin film with a thickness of about 0.007 to 0.1 mm, and even synthetic paper are used. Adhesive 2 applied to the back of the above decorative sheet 1
A commonly used emulsion type adhesive such as a vinyl acetate resin type, EVA type, or acrylic resin type may be used alone or in combination with a thermosetting type adhesive such as a urea resin or a melamine resin. The amount of adhesive 2 applied is 1.65 to 2.75 g/900 cm 2 in terms of solid content.
The degree is appropriate. The application device 7 for the adhesive 2 may be a device equipped with a commonly used application roll and a feed roller as shown in the drawings. On the other hand, while the substrate 4 is being transported from the left side to the right side of the apparatus shown in the drawings, water or water 3 containing a surfactant is first applied to its surface. As a device, a sprayer equipped with a sponge roll is used. The water 3 should be applied at about 1 to 2 g/m 2 so that the surface of the substrate 4 is slightly moist. When using a surfactant, it is preferable to use one that falls within the same range of ionic type classification as the adhesive 2. For example, if the adhesive 2 is anionic, the surfactant is also an anionic carboxylate, sulfonate, phosphate ester, etc. If it is cationic, the surfactant is an amine salt, quaternary ammonium salt, etc. It is preferable to use a surfactant composed of polyethylene glycol derivatives, polyhydric alcohol derivatives, etc. The substrate 4 is a wooden substrate such as plywood, particle board, hardboard, MDF, asbestos slate board, pulp cement board,
In the case of an inorganic substrate such as a gypsum slag board, it is best to apply an alkaline sealer coating to the surface of the inorganic substrate in advance. The above-mentioned decorative sheet 1 is placed on the top surface of the substrate 4 coated with water, and is pressed by a plurality of successive pressure rolls 5 to adhere the decorative sheet 1 to the top surface of the substrate 4. The adhesive applied to the back side of the decorative sheet 1 pressed by the pressure roll 5 dissolves a little in the water applied to the surface of the substrate 4, and at the same time the surface of the substrate 4 becomes well wetted, so that it is applied to the entire surface of the substrate 4. Adheres evenly and easily. The pressing force of the pressure roll 5 may be about 1 to 2 tons in linear pressure, and the roll 5 is made of metal, hard rubber, or the like. In the case of a metal roll, it may be heated to a temperature of about 100 to 200°C. Then, while the substrate 4 to which the decorative sheet 1 is attached passes through the dryer 6, the inside of the decorative sheet 1,
And the moisture remaining on the surface of the substrate 4 is scattered,
The decorative sheet 1 dries and shrinks, resulting in a smooth finish. The decorative sheet 1 is then cut at a predetermined position at the end of the substrate 4 by a cutter device 8 installed to form a decorative board, which is then stacked. [Example] While unwinding a thin decorative paper weighing 23 g/m 2 , 50 g/m 2 of an acrylic resin co-condensed vinyl acetate resin emulsion type adhesive was applied to the back side of the paper, and the paper was guided to a pressure roll. On the other hand, on the surface of the 2.5 mm thick plywood that will serve as the substrate, an aqueous solution containing 0.1 part by weight of phosphate ester as a surfactant to 100 parts by weight of water was applied at a rate of about 50 g/m 2 using a sponge roll. Similarly, it was guided to a press roll, overlapped with the above-mentioned decorative paper, and pressed by six press rolls. The pressing conditions were a linear pressure of 1.5 tons at a speed of 20 m/min, and the press roll was heated to 150°C. The dryer continues
The desired sheeted decorative board was obtained by drying at 160°C for 2 minutes. As a comparative example for comparing the adhesive strength between a decorative sheet and plywood, a decorative sheet was adhered to plywood whose surface was not coated with water in the same manner as in the example.
Adhesion tests were conducted according to JAS standards. The results were as shown in the table below. The decorative sheet of the example adhered well to the plywood surface and passed the JAS standard, but the decorative sheet of the comparative example peeled off and sufficient adhesive strength could not be obtained.

Since the method for producing a decorative board of the present invention is as described above, it is easy to control the amount of adhesive applied to adhere the decorative sheet to the substrate, and a sufficient adhesive force can be exerted with a small amount of adhesive. Because it is possible to do this, the amount of adhesive used can be reduced, making it extremely economical.
