However, with this method, if there are cracks or irregularities within the grooves, the appearance will be poor even after painting, and the paint will also protrude outside the grooves, reducing the product value. Furthermore, a technique of pasting a band-shaped decorative sheet inside the groove is also known, but this method has the drawback of extremely poor productivity. Also, JP-A-55-7
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 7570, when a sheet is continuously attached to a substrate surface having grooves in the longitudinal direction of the surface, a groove pressure roll mechanism is used to place the sheet into the grooves on the substrate surface. Techniques for attaching the adhesive to the surface of the substrate after attachment are also known. However, this method has a fatal drawback in that the sheet is easily torn because it uses a concave groove pressure roll mechanism to forcibly push the sheet into the concave groove and adhere it. In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, this invention attempts to adhere the sheet continuously even within the grooves. In other words, the invention attempts to adhere the sheet continuously even within the grooves. In other words, the sheet is bonded along the surface of the substrate in which one or more parallel grooves are formed. When bonding, the surface of the board or the back of the sheet,
Alternatively, apply adhesive to both of them, form a slack in the sheet that will be glued into the groove in a similar shape to the groove, and push this slack into the groove using a groove pressing roll to the extent that it will not adhere. After that, the sheet is adhered to the surface of the substrate with a smooth roll, and then the sheet is adhered in the groove with a groove adhesive roll while blowing hot air onto the sheet in the groove. .

Further, the term "sheet" refers to paper, synthetic resin sheet, cloth, synthetic paper, etc., and composite sheets thereof, and also includes sheets printed in advance on these sheets. The adhesive used in the present invention must be selected depending on the materials of the substrate and sheet, but general adhesives such as ethylene vinyl acetate resin, vinyl acetate resin, acrylic emulsion resin, etc. may be used. This invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples.

An ethylene vinyl acetate resin adhesive 4 is applied to the back surface of the decorative PVC sheet 2 unwound from the rolled ball 1 using a coating machine 3 such as a roll coater. 5 is a drying device such as an infrared heater, which makes the adhesive 4 applied to the back side of the sheet semi-dry or dry to the touch, softens the decorative PVC sheet 2, and creates sag in the sheet 2 in a shape similar to the grooves 8. It is easy to form.

Note that if a method is adopted in which adhesive is applied to the surface of the plywood 7, the drying device is placed after the adhesive is applied. Reference numeral 6 denotes a backing plate, which has a protruding strip 9 having a shape opposite to that of the groove 8 formed on the surface of the plywood 7. When the sheet 2 is fed along this backing plate 6, the groove 8 is formed in the sheet 2. A sag with a similar shape is formed.

The backing plate 6 may be made of any material such as metal, synthetic resin, or wood, and as shown in FIG. A protrusion 9 having a shape opposite to that of the groove 8 is formed in a portion corresponding to the groove 8 . Note that it is also possible to use a roll having protrusions on the circumferential surface instead of the backing plate 6. The sheet 2 with the slack formed thereon is conveyed in the direction of arrow a by a feed roll 10 onto a plywood board 7 in which a single parallel groove is formed, and first, the sheet 2 is pushed by a groove pushing roll 11. Push the slack part into the groove 8 of the plywood 7. When pushing this, sheet 2
Do not glue inside the groove 8. This is because if the sheet 2 is glued into the groove 8 first, when the sheet 2 is glued to the smooth part of the plywood 7, wrinkles will form at the boundary between the upper end of the groove 8 and the smooth part, making it difficult to glue the sheet 2 neatly. This is because it cannot be bonded.
The groove pressing roll 11 may be a thin disc-shaped roll that presses only the groove, but it may also be a cylindrical roll having a protruding strip on the circumferential surface. Next, the sheet 2 is adhered to the surface of the plywood 7 using an ordinary smooth heat roll 12 heated to 50 to 90°C. This roll can also be used as a smooth roll that is not heated. 13 is a hot air blowing device whose tip becomes a nozzle and blows hot air of 60 to 90°C into the groove 8 to heat and soften the sheet 2 that has not yet been bonded, and to blow the sheet into the groove 8. The next groove adhesive roll 14 adheres the sheet 2 within the groove 8.

It should be noted that even if the sheet 2 is hard to soften, it has the property of becoming slightly more flexible when heated, and further, by blowing hot air into the grooves 8, the sheet 2 tends to adhere tightly to the grooves 8. make a move. The groove adhesive roll 14 may be heated, which allows the sheet 2 to be more beautifully adhered within the groove 8.
Figure 3a shows the sheet 2 pushed into the groove 8 of the plywood 7 by the groove pushing roll 11, b shows the sheet 2 adhered only to the smooth surface of the plywood 7 by the smooth roll, and c 2 shows a state in which the sheet 2 is completely adhered to the plywood 7. FIG. 4 is a partially cutaway perspective view of a decorative board with parallel grooves manufactured according to the present invention. Since the present invention is configured as described above, it has the effects listed below.

1. Since the sheet has a slack in the shape similar to the groove in advance, the sheet can be easily adhered to the inner surface of the groove of the substrate.

2. After the slack part of the sheet is pushed into the groove by a groove pushing roll to the extent that it does not adhere, the sheet is adhered from the surface of the substrate, and then hot air is blown onto the sheet in the groove while adhering it inside the groove. As the sheet softens, the hot air moves the sheet into close contact within the groove, and the sheet is adhered within the groove very beautifully, with no wrinkles forming at the boundary between the upper end of the groove and the smooth portion.

3. To obtain a decorative plate with parallel grooves that has a very beautiful surface without causing any problem even if the inner surface of the groove has cracks or unevenness by covering the flat part of the substrate and the inner surface of the groove with an integral continuous sheet. I can do it.

4 There is no need to paint the inner surface of the groove or apply a band-shaped decorative sheet as in the past, but productivity is dramatically improved.
