Description

The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a sheet decorative board material for continuously adhering a decorative sheet to the surfaces of a plurality of base materials.

Conventionally, a sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus for continuously adhering a decorative sheet to the surfaces of a plurality of plate-shaped base materials has been used for manufacturing a sheet decorative board material used for a floor material or the like. In a conventional manufacturing apparatus, a long decorative sheet coated with an adhesive is attached to the back surface of a plurality of base materials that are continuously conveyed in a predetermined direction, and then the long base materials are separated from each other. The sheet decorative board material is continuously manufactured by cutting the decorative sheet (see, for example, Patent Document 1 below).

In the above-mentioned manufacturing apparatus, the decorative sheet is attached on a rotationally driven sticking roll. Specifically, the decorative sheet is formed by pressing the back surface of the long decorative sheet wrapped around the outer peripheral surface of the sticking roll against the surface of the base material at the lowest point of the sticking roll. It is attached to the surface of the base material.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2011-88359

By the way, some of the plurality of substrates that are continuously transported have some warpage. When the base material having such a warp is conveyed directly below the sticking roll, the back surface of the decorative sheet is brought into contact with the front surface of the base material at the lowest point of the sticking roll, and the base material is stuck. There was a risk that the raised front edge corner of the base material would collide with the back surface of the decorative sheet (the surface to which the adhesive was applied) behind the lowest point of the roll, and the adhesive might be partially peeled off. .. Since the decorative sheet is difficult to adhere and easily peels off where the thickness of the adhesive is thin, a sheet decorative board material with poor adhesion is manufactured with a configuration in which the decorative sheet is attached with an adhesive roll without correcting the warp of the base material. There was a risk of being made.

In particular, when a water-based adhesive is used as the adhesive, it takes longer for the water-based adhesive to develop adhesive strength than the hot melt adhesive, and once it dries on the back surface of the decorative sheet, how much is it thereafter? Even if the decorative sheet is pressed against the base material, the adhesive force cannot be exhibited, so that there is a problem that there is a high possibility that a sheet decorative board material having poor adhesion is manufactured.

The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and an object of the present invention is to suppress the production of a sheet decorative board material having poor adhesion in a sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus.

In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, the base material immediately before being conveyed below the sticking roll is pressed downward by the base material pressing member.

Specifically, the first invention is a plurality of sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus for continuously manufacturing a sheet decorative board material in which a decorative sheet is adhered to the surface of a plate-shaped base material and laminated and integrated. A decorative sheet in which a water-based adhesive is applied to the back surface of a transport unit that transports the base material from the rear side to the front side at predetermined intervals and a plurality of base materials that are sequentially transported by the transport unit. Sheet cutting that cuts the decorative sheet back and forth between two adjacent sheets while moving from the rear side to the front side at a speed equal to the transfer speed of the base material by the sheet adhesive portion and the transfer portion. The sheet adhesive portion has a sticking roll that sticks the decorative sheet wrapped around a part of the outer peripheral surface while rotating to the surface of the base material at the lowest point, and is of the sticking roll. The rear side is provided with a base material pressing member that downwardly presses the plurality of base materials sequentially conveyed by the conveying unit.

In the first invention, a base material pressing member for pressing down a plurality of base materials sequentially conveyed by the conveying portion is provided on the rear side of the sticking roll. Therefore, even if the base material is warped, the warp of the base material is corrected by pressing the base material downward by the base material pressing member before being transported to the lower side of the sticking roll by the transport portion. The front edge corner does not collide with the back surface of the decorative sheet. Therefore, according to the above configuration, the decorative sheet is affixed to the surface of the base material at the lowest point of the affixing roll while maintaining a uniform film thickness without the adhesive applied to the back surface being partially peeled off. Since it is attached, it is possible to manufacture a sheet decorative board material in which the decorative sheet is not easily peeled off. Therefore, according to the first invention, it is possible to suppress the production of the sheet decorative board material having poor adhesion in the sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus.

Further, in the first invention, in addition to the above configuration, in the base material holding member, the front end of the base material holding member is positioned between the central axis and the rear end of the sticking roll in the front-rear direction. It is characterized in that it is provided.

In the first invention, the base material holding member is provided so close to the sticking roll that the front end of the base material holding member overlaps the latter half of the sticking roll in the vertical direction. By providing the base material pressing member in this way, the plurality of base materials sequentially conveyed by the conveying portion are pressed downward by the base material pressing member until just before the decorative sheet is attached to the surface by the attaching roll. The warp will be corrected. According to such a configuration, in the sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus, the raised front end corner portion of the base material collides with the back surface (the surface to which the adhesive is applied) of the decorative sheet behind the lowest point of the sticking roll. By partially peeling off the adhesive, it is possible to more reliably suppress the production of a sheet decorative board material having poor adhesion.

In the second invention, in the first invention, the base material holding member is formed to have a length equal to or greater than the width of the base material in the width direction of the base material, and the base material is formed from one end in the width direction to the other. It is characterized in that it is configured to integrally press to the end.

In the second invention, the base material is integrally pressed from one end to the other end in the width direction by the base material pressing member immediately before the decorative sheet is attached, as compared with the case where the base material is partially pressed. The warp of the base material can be corrected more reliably. Therefore, according to the second invention, it is possible to more reliably suppress the production of the sheet decorative board material having poor adhesion in the sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus.

A third aspect of the invention is characterized in that, in the first or second invention, the base material pressing member is formed in a shape in which the rear end portion is located upward toward the rear in the front-rear direction. It is a thing.

By the way, while the plurality of base materials are sequentially conveyed from the rear side to the front side by the conveying portion, the base material holding member does not move in the front-rear direction. Therefore, depending on the shape of the rear end portion of the base material holding member, the frictional force with the base material may increase, which may hinder the transport of the base material by the transport portion. In addition, the surface of the base material may be damaged by the rear end corner of the base material holding member.

On the other hand, in the third invention, the base material holding member is formed in a shape in which the rear end portion is located upward so as to move rearward in the front-rear direction. Therefore, the corners of the rear end of the base material holding member do not come into contact with the surface of the base material and get caught. According to such a base material pressing member, the base material is pressed downward to correct the warp of the base material without hindering the transport of the base material by the transport portion and without damaging the surface of the base material. Can be done.

In the fourth aspect of the invention, in any one of the first to third aspects, the base material holding member is attached to a plate-shaped member extending in the width direction of the base material and a lower end surface of the plate-shaped member. It is characterized by having a cushioning member.

A fifth invention is a sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus for continuously manufacturing a sheet decorative board material in which a decorative sheet is adhered to the surface of a plate-shaped base material and laminated and integrated, and a plurality of the above-mentioned base materials are used. Sheet adhesion that adheres the decorative sheet coated with a water-based adhesive to the front surface of the plurality of base materials that are sequentially conveyed by the transport unit and the transport unit that is transported from the rear side to the front side at predetermined intervals. A sheet cutting portion for cutting the decorative sheet back and forth between two adjacent base materials while moving from the rear side to the front side at a speed equal to the transport speed of the base material by the transport portion is provided. The sheet adhesive portion has a sticking roll that sticks the decorative sheet wound around a part of the outer peripheral surface while rotating to the surface of the base material at the lowest point, and the back side of the sticking roll has a sticking roll. A base material pressing member for pressing the plurality of base materials sequentially conveyed by the conveying portion is provided, and the base material pressing member includes a plate-shaped member extending in the width direction of the base material and the plate-shaped member. It is characterized by having a cushioning member attached to the lower end surface of the.

By the way, when a base material pressing member made of a material having high hardness is used, there is a possibility that a linear or planar pressing mark may be left on the surface of the base material by the base material pressing member.

In the fourth and fifth inventions, the base material holding member is composed of a plate-shaped member and a cushioning member attached to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member. By forming the lower part of the base material pressing member with the cushioning member in this way, no trace of linear or planar pressing is left on the surface of the base material by the base material pressing member. According to the base material pressing member, the base material can be pressed downward without causing a mark of pressing on the surface of the base material.

The sixth invention is the rear end portion of the base material on the front side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet when the sheet cutting portion cuts the decorative sheet in any one of the first to fifth inventions. When the front pressing member that presses the decorative sheet from above and the sheet cutting portion cuts the decorative sheet, the front end portion of the base material behind the cut portion of the decorative sheet is of the decorative sheet. It is characterized by including a sheet pressing portion having a rear pressing member for pressing from above.

By the way, when the decorative sheet is cut, the pressure applied by the blade acts on the decorative sheet, so that the decorative sheet is easily peeled off at the end of each base material.

In the sixth invention, after the decorative sheet is adhered over the surfaces of a plurality of base materials at the sheet adhesive portion, the decorative sheet is cut between two adjacent base materials by the sheet cutting portion. The front and rear portions of the cut portion of the sheet are pressed against the base material by the front pressing member and the rear pressing member of the sheet pressing portion. Therefore, the decorative sheet is less likely to be peeled off when the decorative sheet is cut, which is likely to be peeled off at the edge of each base material. Therefore, according to the sixth invention, it is possible to suppress the peeling of the decorative sheet even when the decorative sheet is cut, which is likely to be peeled from the base material.

Further, according to the sixth invention, after the decorative sheet is attached and before the decorative sheet is cut, the base material is warped by absorbing the moisture of the adhesive, and a height difference is generated between the adjacent base materials. Even if the decorative sheet is peeled off at the edge of the material, it is pressed against the base material by the front pressing member and the rear pressing member of the sheet pressing portion before the water-based adhesive dries, and the adhesive is re-adhered to the base material. Therefore, according to the sixth invention, it is possible to more reliably suppress the production of the sheet decorative board material having poor adhesion in the sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus.

According to a seventh aspect of the invention, in the sixth aspect of the invention, when the sheet cutting portion cuts the decorative sheet, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member form a base material on the front side, respectively. A moving mechanism for moving the front pressing member and the rear pressing member in the front-rear direction and the front pressing member so that the rear end portion and the front end portion of the base material on the rear side can be pressed. And the front side between the upper position where the rear pressing member does not abut on the decorative sheet and the lower position where the front pressing member and the rear pressing member press the base material from above the decorative sheet. It has a pressing member and an elevating mechanism for moving the rear pressing member up and down, and the elevating mechanism uses the front pressing member and the rear pressing member when the sheet cutting portion cuts the decorative sheet. It is configured to move to the lower position, and when the front pressing member and the rear pressing member retract by the moving mechanism, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member are moved to the upper position. It is characterized by being present.

In the seventh invention, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member are moved in the front-rear direction by the moving mechanism in accordance with the transport of the base material by the transport portion, and the decorative sheet is cut between the two adjacent base materials. At that time, the rear end portion of the front base material and the front end portion of the rear base material are arranged at positions where they can be pressed. Therefore, after cutting the decorative sheet, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member move in the direction opposite to the transport direction of the base material and move between the next base materials. At that time, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member are moved to the upper position by the elevating mechanism and do not come into contact with the decorative sheet. Therefore, according to the seventh invention, it is possible to prevent the decorative sheet from peeling off when the front pressing member and the rear pressing member move (retract) in the direction opposite to the transport direction of the base material.

As described above, according to the sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus of the present invention, the base material immediately before being conveyed below the sticking roll is pressed downward by the base material pressing member, so that the sheet decorative board material is manufactured. Specifically, the front pressing member 34 has a plate-shaped member 34a and a cushioning member 34b attached to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 34a. The plate-shaped member 34a is composed of a metal plate long in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. The plate-shaped member 34a is formed to have a length longer than the width of the decorative sheet 52 in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. The cushioning member 34b is formed in a shape equal to the plate-shaped member 34a in a plan view. In the first embodiment, the cushioning member 34b is made of a non-woven fabric. Although the details will be described later, when the base material 51 is pressed from above the decorative sheet 52, the cushioning member 34b comes into contact with the decorative sheet 52 in a non-airtight state.

The rear pressing member 35 is provided above the transport unit 10, and when the sheet cutting portion 31 cuts the decorative sheet 52, the front end portion of the base material 51 on the rear side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 is decorated. It is configured to be pressed from above the sheet 52. Specifically, the rear pressing member 35 has a plate-shaped member 35a and a cushioning member 35b attached to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 35a. The plate-shaped member 35a is composed of a metal plate long in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. The plate-shaped member 35a is formed to have a length longer than the width of the decorative sheet 52 in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. The cushioning member 35b is formed in a shape equal to the plate-shaped member 35a in a plan view. In the first embodiment, the cushioning member 35b is made of a non-woven fabric. Although the details will be described later, when the base material 51 is pressed from above the decorative sheet 52, the cushioning member 35b comes into contact with the decorative sheet 52 in a non-airtight state.

The front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 have a plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 in which the distance between the rear end of the front pressing member 34 and the front end of the rear pressing member 35 is sequentially conveyed by the conveying unit 10. It is provided so as to be shorter than the distance between the two base materials 51, 51 adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction. The distance between the rear end of the front pressing member 34 and the front end of the rear pressing member 35 does not hinder the cutting of the decorative sheet 52 by the sheet cutting portion 31 (in the first embodiment, the rear end and the rear pressing of the front pressing member 34). It is preferable that the front end of the member 35 is as narrow as (the front end does not interfere with the blade 31a1).

With such a configuration, when the sheet cutting portion 31 cuts the decorative sheet 52, the front pressing member 34 presses the front and rear portions of the base material 51 on the front side of the decorative sheet 52 from above. The side pressing member 35 presses the front and rear portions of the base material 51 on the rear side of the decorative sheet 52 from above. That is, when the sheet cutting portion 31 cuts the decorative sheet 52, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 push the decorative sheet 52 to the ends of the two adjacent base materials 51, 51 facing each other. While pressing against the base material 51, the decorative sheet 52 protruding from the edges of both base materials 51 and 51 is also pressed downward. In this way, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 press the decorative sheet 52 protruding from the edges of the two adjacent base materials 51 and 51, so that the decorative sheet 52 is being cut while the decorative sheet 52 is being cut. It is possible to prevent the portion cut before and after the above from being rolled up upward and peeling off from the base material 51.

Further, even if the decorative sheet 52 is peeled off at the end of each base material 51 before the decorative sheet 52 is cut, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are used before the water-based adhesive 53 dries. Will be pressed against the base material 51 and will come into close contact again.

The four elevating mechanisms 36, ..., 36 are provided at both ends of the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 in the longitudinal direction. The four elevating mechanisms 36, ..., 36 move up and down at the same height position at the same time, so that the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 do not abut on the decorative sheet 52, and the front pressing member 34 and the front pressing member 34 The rear pressing member 35 is configured to move the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 up and down between the lower position where the rear pressing member 35 presses the base material 51 from above the decorative sheet 52.

Specifically, the two elevating mechanisms 36, 36 (front elevating mechanisms 36, 36) provided at both ends of the front pressing member 34 in the longitudinal direction are connected to the end portions of the front pressing member 34 in the longitudinal direction, respectively. The front pressing member 34 is placed at the upper position where the front pressing member 34 does not abut on the decorative sheet 52 separated from the decorative sheet 52, and at the lower position where the base material 51 is pressed against the decorative sheet 52 from above the decorative sheet 52. It is configured to move. Further, the elevating mechanisms 36, 36 on the front side position the front pressing member 34 in the lower position during cutting of the decorative sheet 52, and in the upper position when the front pressing member 34 retracts after cutting the decorative sheet 52. It is configured to be located in.

The two elevating mechanisms 36, 36 (rear elevating mechanisms 36, 36) provided at both ends of the rear pressing member 35 in the longitudinal direction are connected to the end portions of the rear pressing member 35 in the longitudinal direction, respectively. The rear pressing member 35 is moved to the upper position where the rear pressing member 35 does not abut on the decorative sheet 52 separated from the decorative sheet 52 and the lower position where the base material 51 abuts on the decorative sheet 52 and presses the substrate 51 from above the decorative sheet 52. It is configured to let you. Further, the rear elevating mechanisms 36, 36 position the rear pressing member 35 at a lower position during cutting of the decorative sheet 52, and when the rear pressing member 35 retracts after cutting the decorative sheet 52. , Is configured to be positioned above.

With the above configuration, the four elevating mechanisms 36, ..., 36 move the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 to the lower position when the sheet cutting portion 31 cuts the decorative sheet 52. When the decorative sheet 52 is pressed against the ends of the base materials 51 and 51 and the base 31f (moving mechanism) retracts to retract the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 34 By moving the rear pressing member 35 to the upper position, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are configured so as not to come into contact with the decorative sheet 52.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 4 and 5, the support member 33 is a rear end portion of the base material 51 on the front side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 when the sheet cutting portion 31 cuts the decorative sheet 52. And the front end on the rear side are configured to support from below. In the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the support member 33 is provided between each of the three belts 11, 11 and 11 arranged in the width direction, and is composed of a plate-shaped member. The height of the upper surface of each support member 33 is substantially the height of the upper surface of the feed portions (upper portions in FIG. 1 in the transport direction) of the three belts 11, 11, 11 arranged in the width direction of the transport unit 10. They are installed so that they are equal. Further, each support member 33 is at least at the position of the rear end of the rear pressing member 35 at the sheet cutting start position in the conveying direction by the conveying unit 10 (the left end of the rear pressing member 35 shown by the alternate long and short dash line on the left side of FIG. ) To the position of the front end of the front pressing member 34 (the right end of the front pressing member 34 shown by the alternate long and short dash line on the right side of FIG. 4) at the sheet cutting end position. That is, while the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 move from the sheet cutting start position to the sheet cutting end position while pressing the decorative sheet 52 against the base materials 51 and 51, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 34 are constantly pressed. It is formed to have a length in the front-rear direction facing the member 35 in the vertical direction.

The pressing member 37 is a base material so that the decorative sheet 52 attached to the surface 51a of the base material 51 in the sheet adhesive unit 20 does not peel off from the base material 51 when the sheet cutting portion 31 cuts the decorative sheet 52. The 51 is pressed from above the decorative sheet 52.

In the first embodiment, the sheet cutting unit 30 has three pressing members 37. The three pressing members 37 are provided behind the sheet pressing portion 32 so as to be arranged at intervals in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. The three pressing members 37 are connected to the sheet cutting portion 31 and are configured to reciprocate in the front-rear direction together with the sheet cutting portion 31.

Specifically, each of the three pressing members 37 is suspended from the guide member 31d by the suspending member 38. Each hanging member 38 suspends each holding member 37 so that the lower end of each holding member 37 comes into contact with the decorative sheet 52. The suspension member 38 is configured so that the installation height of each holding member 37 can be changed. Therefore, the installation height of each pressing member 37 can be changed so that the lower end of each pressing member 37 comes into contact with the decorative sheet 52 according to the thickness of the base material 51.

Each holding member 37 has a plate-shaped member 37a and a cushioning member 37b attached to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 37a. The plate-shaped member 37a is made of a metal plate. In the first embodiment, the plate-shaped member 37a is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view. The cushioning member 37b is formed in a shape equal to the plate-shaped member 37a in a plan view. In the first embodiment, the cushioning member 37b is made of a non-woven fabric. With such a configuration, when the sheet cutting portion 31 cuts the decorative sheet 52, each pressing member 37 keeps the rear portion of the sheet pressing portion 32 of the base material 51 in a non-airtight state from above the decorative sheet 52. It is configured to hold down.

Further, each pressing member 37 is formed in a shape in which the rear end portion 37r is located upward as the rear end portion 37r moves toward the rear in the front-rear direction. In the first embodiment, each pressing member 37 is formed by bending the rear end portion of the plate-shaped member 37a upward and attaching a cushioning member 37b to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 37a along the lower end surface. The rear end portion 37r is formed so as to be located upward toward the rear in the front-rear direction. The rear end portion 37r of the pressing member 37 may have a curved shape as long as it is located upward toward the rear in the front-rear direction.

[Base material holding member]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the base material pressing member 40 is provided on the rear side of the sticking roll 23, and presses the base material 51 before the decorative sheet 52 is stuck on the sticking roll 23 downward. It is configured in. In the first embodiment, the base material pressing member 40 is connected to the sticking roll 23 via a connecting member (not shown) so that the installation height is changed according to the change of the mounting height of the sticking roll 23. .. The base material pressing member 40 is connected to the sticking roll 23 so as to be positioned at a height at which the surface 51a of the base material 51 transported by the transport unit 10 can be pressed downward.

The base material pressing member 40 has a plate-shaped member 40a and a cushioning member 40b attached to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 40a. The plate-shaped member 40a is composed of a metal plate having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view, which is long in the width direction of the base material 51. The plate-shaped member 40a is formed to have a length equal to or greater than the width of the base material 51 in the width direction of the base material 51. The cushioning member 40b is formed in a shape equal to the plate-shaped member 40a in a plan view. In the first embodiment, the cushioning member 40b is made of a non-woven fabric. With such a configuration, the base material holding member 40 integrally conveys a plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 sequentially transported by the transport unit 10 from one end to the other end in the width direction on the rear side of the sticking roll 23. It is configured to hold down in a non-airtight state.

Further, the base material pressing member 40 is formed in a shape in which the rear end portion 40r is located upward as the rear end portion 40r is directed toward the rear in the front-rear direction. In the first embodiment, the base material pressing member 40 is formed by bending the rear end portion of the plate-shaped member 40a upward and attaching the cushioning member 40b to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 40a along the lower end surface. The rear end portion 40r is formed so as to be located upward toward the rear in the front-rear direction. The rear end portion 40r of the base material holding member 40 may have a curved shape as long as it is positioned upward toward the rear in the front-rear direction.

Further, the base material pressing member 40 is provided so close to the sticking roll 23 that the front end overlaps the latter half portion of the sticking roll 23 in the vertical direction. Specifically, the base material pressing member 40 is provided so that the front end is positioned in the first region A1 between the central axis 23a and the rear end 23c of the sticking roll 23 in the front-rear direction.

-Manufacturing method-
Next, a method for manufacturing the sheet decorative board material 50 will be described. This manufacturing method includes (1) an adhesive coating step, (2) a sheet bonding step, (3) a sheet cutting step, and (4) a flat plate pressing step. The order of the steps described below is only an example, and the manufacturing method according to the present invention is not limited to this.

(1) Adhesive coating step In the adhesive coating step, the adhesive 53 (water-based adhesive 53) is applied to the back surface of the decorative sheet 52. In the first embodiment, the adhesive application step is performed by the die coater 21.

Specifically, the unwinding roll 22, the backup roll 21e, and the sticking roll 23 are driven, and the pump 21d of the die coater 21 is operated. As a result, the roll-shaped decorative sheet 52 is unwound from the unwinding roll 22 and sent to the backup roll 21e and the sticking roll 23 in order. In the die coater 21, the adhesive 53 stored in the tank 21b is conveyed to the T die 21a by the pump 21d via the filter 21c, and is quantitatively discharged from the gap of the T die 21a toward the backup roll 21e. .. The adhesive 53 discharged from the gap of the T-die 21a toward the backup roll 21e is applied to the back surface of the decorative sheet 52 sent to the sticking roll 23 by the backup roll 21e on the outer peripheral surface of the backup roll 21e. In this way, the adhesive 53 is sequentially applied to the back surface of the decorative sheet 52.

The coating amount of the adhesive 53 is, for example, 50g / m 2 ~150g / m 2 about (preferably, 50g / m 2 ~100g / m 2) is. The coating amount (film thickness) of the adhesive 53 is measured based on the amount of water contained in the adhesive 53 by irradiating infrared rays from the non-contact type film thickness meter 25. If the coating amount (film thickness) of the adhesive 53 does not fall within the predetermined range, the production line is temporarily stopped, and the gap between the T-die 21a and the feed amount of the pump 21d are checked and adjusted.

(2) Sheet Adhesive Step In the sheet adhesive step, a plurality of base materials 51, ..., In which the decorative sheet 52 coated with the adhesive 53 on the back surface is sequentially conveyed from the rear side to the front side at predetermined intervals by the conveying unit 10. It is supplied over the surfaces 51a, ..., 51a of 51 and adhered. Specifically, the decorative sheet 52 coated with the adhesive 53 on the back surface is sequentially sent out by the sticking roll 23 to the front surfaces 51a, ..., 51a of the plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 which are sequentially conveyed by the conveying unit 10. As a result, the decorative sheet 52 is attached over the surfaces 51a, ..., 51a of the plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51. After that, the decorative sheet 52 is pressed against the surface 51a of each base material 51 by the pressing roll 24 provided on the front side of the sticking roll 23 in the conveying direction by the conveying unit 10. In this way, the decorative sheet 52 is adhered to the surface 51a of each base material 51.

By the way, in the first embodiment, a base material holding member 40 is provided on the rear side of the sticking roll 23 to hold down a plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 which are sequentially conveyed by the conveying unit 10. Therefore, in the first embodiment, the plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 which are sequentially conveyed by the transfer unit 10 are pressed downward by the base material pressing member 40 before the decorative sheet 52 is attached on the attachment roll 23. It will be attached. As a result, even if the base material 51 is warped and the front end of the base material 51 is raised, the base material is pressed downward by the base material pressing member 40 before being conveyed below the sticking roll 23. The front end corner of 51 does not collide with the sticking roll 23. Further, since the front end corner portion of the base material 51 does not collide with the sticking roll 23, the water-based adhesive 53 applied to the back surface of the decorative sheet 52 is not partially peeled off by the front end corner portion of the base material 51. Therefore, the decorative sheet 52 is attached by abutting the surface 51a of the base material 51 at the lowest point of the attachment roll 23 without partially peeling off the water-based adhesive 53 applied to the back surface and maintaining a uniform film thickness. Can be attached.

(3) Sheet cutting step In the sheet cutting step, the decorative sheet 52 is placed between the two adjacent base materials 51, 51 of the plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 which are sequentially transported from the rear side to the front side by the transport unit 10. Cut back and forth. The decorative sheet 52 is cut by the sheet cutting portion 31 of the sheet cutting unit 30 that moves from the rear side to the front side at a speed equal to the transport speed of the base material 51 by the transport unit 10.

Specifically, as shown in the upper part of FIG. 6, the sheet cutting portion 31 moves to a predetermined sheet cutting start position by moving (retracting) the base 31f (moving mechanism) of the sheet cutting portion 31. .. The sheet cutting start position is the rearmost position of the sheet cutting portion 31 that reciprocates in the front-rear direction. In the first embodiment, the sheet cutting portion 31 waits at the sheet cutting start position until the blade 31a1 is arranged between the two adjacent base materials 51 and 51 after passing through the sheet bonding unit 20. Then, when the blades 31a1 are arranged between the base materials 51 and 51, the base 31f (movement mechanism) moves (advances) at a speed equal to the transfer speed of the base material 51 by the transfer unit 10, thereby cutting the sheet. The portion 31 advances together with the base materials 51 and 51 while the blades 31a1 are arranged between the base materials 51 and 51.

Further, when the sheet cutting portion 31 reaches the sheet cutting start position, the blade 31a1 is lowered from the upper position to the lower position by the elevating mechanism 31b. Specifically, the blade 31a1 is lowered at the timing of being arranged between the base materials 51 and 51 at the lower position. As a result, the blade 31a1 is arranged at a position where the decorative sheet 52 can be cut. At the same time, the seat pressing portion 32 lowers the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 from the upper position to the lower position by the four elevating mechanisms 36, 36, 36, 36. As a result, the rear end portion of the base material 51 on the front side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 and the front end portion of the base material 51 on the rear side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 are formed by the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member. It is pressed from above the decorative sheet 52 by the 35.

In the first embodiment, each support member 33 has a sheet cutting portion from the position of the rear end of the rear pressing member 35 at least when the sheet cutting portion 31 is in the sheet cutting start position in the transport direction by the transport unit 10. 31 is formed to have a length extending over the position of the front end of the front pressing member 34 when the sheet cutting end position is reached. Therefore, when the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are driven by the four elevating mechanisms 36, 36, 36, 36 and descend to the lower position, after the base material 51 on the front side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52. The end portion and the front end portion of the base material 51 on the rear side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 are vertically sandwiched by the front pressing member 34, the rear pressing member 35, and the support member 33.

Here, as described above, in the first embodiment, the sheet cutting unit 30 has three pressing members 37, 37, 37 interlocking with the sheet cutting portion 31. The three pressing members 37, 37, 37 are provided behind the sheet pressing portion 32, are connected to the sheet cutting portion 31, and are configured to reciprocate in the front-rear direction together with the sheet cutting portion 31. Therefore, even if the base material 51 is warped, it is pressed downward by the three pressing members 37, 37, 37 before being conveyed below the rear pressing member 35 of the sheet pressing portion 32. The warp of the base material 51 is corrected, and the front end corner portion of the base material 51 is pressed from above the decorative sheet 52 by the rear pressing member 35 without colliding with the rear surface of the rear pressing member 35 and being caught.

When the blade 31a1 and the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 reach the lower positions, the blade 31a1 of the sheet cutting portion 31 is rotationally driven by the motor 31a3, and the slider 31c is driven by a motor (not shown). It moves in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52 along the guide member 31d. As a result, the blade 31a1 moves from one end side to the other end side in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52 while rotating at a position where the decorative sheet 52 can be cut, so that the decorative sheet 52 is cut back and forth. As a result, the long decorative sheet 52 is individualized for each base material 51.

Here, as described above, in the first embodiment, the front and rear portions of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 are formed of the base material 51 on the front side of the cut portion by the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35. It is pressed against the rear end portion and the front end portion of the base material 51 on the rear side of the cut portion. Therefore, when the decorative sheet 52 is cut, the decorative sheet 52 is easily peeled off from the base material 51 by the force acting on the decorative sheet 52 by the blade 31a1, and the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 end the edges of each base material 51. By pressing the decorative sheet 52 against the portion, the decorative sheet 52 is less likely to be peeled off at the end portion of each base material 51. Further, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 make it difficult for each base material 51 to warp, thereby suppressing the peeling of the decorative sheet 52.

As shown in the lower part of FIG. 6, when the sheet cutting portion 31 completes cutting of the decorative sheet 52 at the sheet cutting end position (the blade 31a1 reaches the other end in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52), the blade The rotation of 31a1 is stopped, and the blade 31a1 is raised from the lower position to the upper position by the elevating mechanism 31b. As a result, the blade 31a1 does not come into contact with the decorative sheet 52. The sheet cutting end position is the frontmost position of the sheet cutting portion 31 that reciprocates in the front-rear direction. At the same time, the seat pressing portion 32 raises the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 from the lower position to the upper position by the four elevating mechanisms 36, 36, 36, 36. As a result, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 do not come into contact with the decorative sheet 52.

When the sheet cutting end position reaches the sheet cutting end position, the sheet cutting portion 31 reverses the moving direction of the base 31f (moving mechanism) and retracts to the sheet cutting start position (position in the upper part of FIG. 6). Then, the sheet cutting portion 31 waits until the blade 31a1 is arranged between the next base materials 51 and 51 at the sheet cutting start position, and by the same operation, the decorative sheet is placed between the next base materials 51 and 51. 52 is cut.

(4) Flat plate pressing step In the flat plate pressing step, after the sheet cutting step, a plurality of base materials 51 having a short decorative sheet 52 individualized for each base material 51 attached to the surface are stacked and in that state. , Flat plate press for a predetermined time. As a result, the water-based adhesive 53 dries and hardens between each base material 51 and the decorative sheet 52 to form an adhesive layer. By curing the water-based adhesive 53 between each base material 51 and the decorative sheet 52 in this way, the decorative sheet 52 is laminated and integrated on the surface 51a of each base material 51 via the adhesive layer. When stacking a plurality of base materials 51, the decorative sheets 52 and 52 of the upper and lower base materials 51 and 51 may be stacked so as to be in contact with each other, and the upper base material 51 and the lower base material 51 may be stacked. You may stack them so that they come into contact with each other.

By going through the above steps, the sheet decorative board material 50 in which the decorative sheet 52 is adhered to the surface 51a of the base material 51 and laminated and integrated is continuously manufactured in the manufacturing apparatus 1.

-Effect of Embodiment 1-
In the first embodiment, a base material holding member 40 is provided on the rear side of the sticking roll 23 to hold down a plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 which are sequentially conveyed by the transport unit 10. Therefore, even if the base material 51 is warped, the warp of the base material 51 is corrected by being pressed downward by the base material pressing member 40 before being conveyed below the sticking roll 23 by the transport unit 10. The front end corner portion of the base material 51 does not collide with the back surface of the decorative sheet 52. Therefore, according to the above configuration, the decorative sheet 52 has the adhesive 53 applied to the back surface of the base material 51 at the lowest point of the sticking roll 23 without being partially peeled off and having a uniform film thickness. It is possible to manufacture the sheet decorative board material 50 in which the decorative sheet 52 is hard to be peeled off because the decorative sheet 52 is attached in contact with the surface. Therefore, according to the first embodiment, it is possible to suppress the production of the sheet decorative board material 50 having poor adhesion in the sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus 1.

Further, in the first embodiment, the base material holding member 40 is provided so close to the sticking roll 23 that the front end of the base material holding member 40 overlaps the latter half portion of the sticking roll 23 in the vertical direction. By providing the base material pressing member 40 in this way, the plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 which are sequentially conveyed by the transfer unit 10 are based until just before the decorative sheet 52 is attached to the surface 51a by the attachment roll 23. It is pressed downward by the material pressing member 40 to correct the warp. According to such a configuration, in the sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus 1, the raised front end corner portion of the base material 51 behind the lowest point of the sticking roll 23 is the back surface of the decorative sheet 52 (adhesive 53 is applied). It is possible to more reliably suppress the production of the sheet decorative board material 50 having poor adhesion by colliding with the surface) and partially peeling off the adhesive 53.

Further, in the first embodiment, immediately before the decorative sheet 52 is attached, the base material 51 is integrally pressed from one end to the other end in the width direction by the base material pressing member 40, so that the base material 51 is partially pressed. Compared with the case, the warp of the base material 51 can be corrected more reliably. Therefore, according to the first embodiment, it is possible to more reliably suppress the production of the sheet decorative board material 50 having poor adhesion in the sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus 1.

By the way, while the plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 are sequentially transported from the rear side to the front side by the transport unit 10, the base material holding member 40 does not move in the front-rear direction. Therefore, depending on the shape of the rear end portion 40r of the base material holding member 40, the frictional force with the base material 51 may increase, which may hinder the transport of the base material 51 by the transport unit 10. Further, the surface 51a of the base material 51 may be damaged by the rear end corner portion of the base material holding member 40.

On the other hand, in the first embodiment, the base material holding member 40 is formed in a shape in which the rear end portion 40r is located upward so as to move toward the rear in the front-rear direction. Therefore, the corner portion of the rear end of the base material holding member 40 does not come into contact with the surface 51a of the base material 51 and get caught. According to such a base material pressing member 40, the base material 51 is pressed downward by pressing the base material 51 without hindering the transport of the base material 51 by the transport unit 10 and without damaging the surface 51a of the base material 51. The warp of 51 can be corrected.

By the way, when the base material pressing member 40 made of a material having high hardness is used, there is a possibility that the base material pressing member 40 leaves a linear or planar pressing mark on the surface 51a of the base material 51.

In the first embodiment, the base material pressing member 40 is composed of a plate-shaped member 40a and a cushioning member 40b attached to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 40a. By forming the lower portion of the base material pressing member 40 with the cushioning member 40b in this way, no trace of linear or planar pressing is left on the surface 51a of the base material 51 by the base material pressing member 40. According to the base material pressing member 40, the base material 51 can be pressed downward without causing a mark of being pressed against the surface 51a of the base material 51.

Further, in the first embodiment, the cushioning member 40b is formed of a non-woven fabric. With such a configuration, according to the first embodiment, the base material pressing member 40 that does not generate a mark of being pressed against the surface 51a of the base material 51 can be easily configured.

By the way, when the decorative sheet 52 is cut, the pressure applied by the blade 31a1 acts on the decorative sheet 52, so that the decorative sheet 52 is easily peeled off at the end of each base material 51.

On the other hand, in the first embodiment, when the decorative sheet 52 is cut, the manufacturing apparatus 1 presses the ends of the base materials 51 and 51 before and after the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 from above the decorative sheet 52. A sheet pressing portion 32 having a pressing member 34 and a rear pressing member 35 is provided. Therefore, in the first embodiment, after the decorative sheet 52 is adhered to the plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 in the sheet bonding unit 20, the sheet cutting portion 31 between the two adjacent base materials 51, 51. When the decorative sheet 52 is cut, the front and rear portions of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 are pressed against the base material 51 by the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 of the sheet pressing portion 32. Therefore, when the decorative sheet 52 is likely to be peeled off at the end of each base material 51, the decorative sheet 52 is less likely to be peeled off. Therefore, according to the first embodiment, it is possible to suppress the peeling of the decorative sheet 52 even when the decorative sheet 52 is likely to be peeled off from the base material 51.

Further, according to the first embodiment, after the decorative sheet 52 is attached and before the decorative sheet 52 is cut, the base material 51 absorbs the moisture of the adhesive 53 and the base material 51 is warped, and between the adjacent base materials 51 and 51. Even if the decorative sheet 52 is peeled off at the end of the base material 51 due to a height difference, the base material is formed by the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 of the sheet pressing portion 32 before the water-based adhesive 53 dries. It is pressed by 51 and comes into close contact again. Therefore, according to the first embodiment, it is possible to more reliably suppress the production of the sheet decorative board material 50 having poor adhesion in the sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus 1.

Further, in the first embodiment, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are moved in the front-rear direction by the moving mechanism (base 31f) in accordance with the transport of the base material 51 by the transport unit 10, and are adjacent to each other. When the decorative sheet 52 is cut between the base materials 51 and 51, the rear end portion of the front base material 51 and the front end portion of the rear base material 51 are arranged at positions where they can be pressed. Therefore, after cutting the decorative sheet 52, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 move in the direction opposite to the transport direction of the base material 51 and move between the next base materials 51 and 51. At that time, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are moved upward by the elevating mechanisms 36 and 36 and do not come into contact with the decorative sheet 52. Therefore, according to the first embodiment, when the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 move (retract) in the direction opposite to the transport direction of the base material 51, the decorative sheet 52 is prevented from peeling off. Can be done.

Further, in the first embodiment, when the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 press the decorative sheet 52 against the rear end portion of the front base material 51 and the front end portion of the rear base material 51, the front side A support member 33 is provided to support the rear end portion of the base material 51 and the front end portion of the base material 51 on the rear side from below. Therefore, for example, even when the base material 51 is conveyed by a belt conveyor or the like, the base material 51 sinks when the front side pressing member 34 and the rear side pressing member 35 press the decorative sheet 52 against the base material 51. It will be supported from below by the support member 33 without getting stuck. Therefore, according to the first embodiment, the decorative sheet 52 can be reliably pressed against the base material 51.

<< 2nd Embodiment of the Invention >>
The second embodiment is a modification of a part of the configuration of the sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus 1 of the first embodiment. In the following, only the configuration different from the first embodiment will be described in detail.

As shown in FIG. 7, in the second embodiment, in the sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus 1 of the first embodiment, the sheet adhesive unit 20 is a die coater 21, a winding roll 22, a sticking roll 23, a pressing roll 24, and a film. In addition to the thickness total 25, the first to third pressing members 26 to 28 are provided.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in the first to third pressing members 26 to 28, in order to suppress the warp of the base material 51, the base material 51 sequentially transported by the transport unit 10 is placed on the decorative sheet 52. It is something to hold down from. The first and second pressing members 26 and 27 are provided between the sticking roll 23 and the pressing roll 24, and the third pressing member 28 is provided on the front side of the pressing roll 24.

The first pressing member 26 is provided between the sticking roll 23 and the pressing roll 24 on the sticking roll 23 side, and the base material 51 immediately after the decorative sheet 52 is stuck on the surface 51a by the sticking roll 23 is used as a makeup. It is configured to be pressed from above the sheet 52. In the second embodiment, the first pressing member 26 is connected to the sticking roll 23 via a connecting member (not shown) so that the installation height is changed according to the change of the mounting height of the sticking roll 23. .. The first pressing member 26 is connected to the sticking roll 23 so that the lower end thereof is positioned at substantially the same height as the lower end of the sticking roll 23.

The first pressing member 26 has a plate-shaped member 26a and a cushioning member 26b attached to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 26a. The plate-shaped member 26a is composed of a metal plate long in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. The plate-shaped member 26a is formed to have a length longer than the width of the decorative sheet 52 in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. The cushioning member 26b is formed in a shape equal to the plate-shaped member 26a in a plan view. In the second embodiment, the cushioning member 26b is made of a non-woven fabric. With such a configuration, the first pressing member 26 transfers a plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 sequentially conveyed by the conveying unit 10 between the sticking roll 23 and the pressing roll 24 from above the decorative sheet 52. It is configured to be integrally pressed from one end to the other end in the width direction in a non-airtight state.

The first pressing member 26 is formed in a shape in which the rear end portion 26r is located upward so as to move rearward in the front-rear direction. In the first embodiment, the first pressing member 26 is formed by bending the rear end portion of the plate-shaped member 26a upward and attaching the cushioning member 26b to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 26a along the lower end surface. The rear end portion 26r is formed so as to be located upward toward the rear in the front-rear direction. The rear end portion 26r of the first pressing member 26 may have a curved shape as long as it is located upward toward the rear in the front-rear direction.

The second pressing member 27 is provided on the pressing roll 24 side between the sticking roll 23 and the pressing roll 24, and presses the base material 51 immediately after passing through the first pressing member 26 from above the decorative sheet 52. It is configured as follows. In the second embodiment, the second pressing member 27 is connected to the pressing roll 24 via a connecting member (not shown) so that the installation height is changed as the installation height of the pressing roll 24 is changed. .. The second pressing member 27 is connected to the pressing roll 24 so that the lower end thereof is positioned at substantially the same height as the lower end of the pressing roll 24.

The second pressing member 27 has a plate-shaped member 27a and a cushioning member 27b attached to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 27a. The plate-shaped member 27a is composed of a metal plate long in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. The plate-shaped member 27a is formed to have a length longer than the width of the decorative sheet 52 in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. The cushioning member 27b is formed in a shape equal to the plate-shaped member 27a in a plan view. In the second embodiment, the cushioning member 27b is made of a non-woven fabric. With such a configuration, the second pressing member 27 transfers a plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 sequentially conveyed by the conveying unit 10 between the sticking roll 23 and the pressing roll 24 from above the decorative sheet 52. It is configured to be integrally pressed from one end to the other end in the width direction in a non-airtight state.

The second pressing member 27 is formed in a shape in which the rear end portion 27r is located upward as the rear end portion 27r moves toward the rear in the front-rear direction. In the first embodiment, the second pressing member 27 is formed by bending the rear end portion of the plate-shaped member 27a upward and attaching the cushioning member 27b to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 27a along the lower end surface. The rear end portion 27r is formed so as to be located upward toward the rear in the front-rear direction. The rear end portion 27r of the second pressing member 27 may have a curved shape as long as it is located upward toward the rear in the front-rear direction.

With such a configuration, two pressing members 26 and 27 for pressing the decorative sheet 52 against the base material 51 are provided between the sticking roll 23 and the pressing roll 24. Further, the distance d between the two pressing members 26 and 27 (the distance between the front end of the first pressing member 26 and the rear end of the second pressing member 27) d is shorter than the distance D of the base material 51. It is provided in close proximity to.

Further, the first pressing member 26 on the rear side of the two pressing members 26, 27 is provided so close to the attaching roll 23 that the rear end overlaps the front half portion of the attaching roll 23 in the vertical direction. Specifically, the first pressing member 26 is provided so that the rear end is positioned in the second region A2 between the central axis 23a and the front end 23b of the sticking roll 23 in the front-rear direction.

On the other hand, the second pressing member 27 on the front side of the two pressing members 26, 27 is provided so close to the pressing roll 24 that the front end overlaps the latter half portion of the pressing roll 24 in the vertical direction. Specifically, the second pressing member 27 is provided so that the front end is positioned in the third region A3 between the central axis 24a and the rear end 24b of the pressing roll 24 in the front-rear direction.

The details of the operation will be described later, but by providing the two pressing members 26, 27 in this way, the plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 sequentially transported by the transport unit 10 are brought to the surface 51a by the sticking roll 23. From immediately after the decorative sheet 52 is attached to immediately before being pressed by the pressing roll 24, the first pressing member 26 and the second pressing member 27 continue to press the decorative sheet 52 from above.

The third pressing member 28 is configured to press the base material 51 immediately after passing through the pressing roll 24 from above the decorative sheet 52. In the second embodiment, the third pressing member 28 is connected to the pressing roll 24 via a connecting member (not shown) so that the installation height is changed as the installation height of the pressing roll 24 is changed. .. The third pressing member 28 is connected to the pressing roll 24 so that the lower end thereof is positioned at substantially the same height as the lower end of the pressing roll 24.

Like the first and second pressing members 26 and 27, the third pressing member 28 has a plate-shaped member 28a and a cushioning member 28b attached to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 28a. The plate-shaped member 28a is composed of a metal plate long in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. The plate-shaped member 28a is formed to have a length longer than the width of the decorative sheet 52 in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. The cushioning member 28b is formed in a shape equal to the plate-shaped member 28a in a plan view. In the second embodiment, the cushioning member 28b is made of a non-woven fabric. With such a configuration, the third pressing member 28 transfers a plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 sequentially conveyed by the conveying unit 10 on the front side of the pressing roll 24 from one end in the width direction from above the decorative sheet 52. It is configured to hold down to the other end integrally in a non-airtight state.

Further, the third pressing member 28 is formed in a shape in which the rear end portion 28r is located upward so as to move rearward in the front-rear direction, similarly to the first and second pressing members 26 and 27. In the second embodiment, the third pressing member 28 is formed by bending the rear end portion of the plate-shaped member 28a upward and attaching the cushioning member 28b to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 28a along the lower end surface. The rear end portion 28r is formed so as to be located upward toward the rear in the front-rear direction. The rear end portion 28r of the third pressing member 28 may have a curved shape as long as it is positioned upward toward the rear in the front-rear direction.

Further, the third pressing member 28 is provided so close to the pressing roll 24 that the rear end overlaps the front half portion of the pressing roll 24 in the vertical direction. Specifically, the third pressing member 28 is provided so that the rear end is positioned in the fourth region A4 between the central axis 24a and the front end 24c of the pressing roll 24 in the front-rear direction. The third pressing member 28 has a size in which the front end is close to the rear end of the pressing member 37 of the sheet cutting portion 31 described later when the sheet cutting portion 31 is at the sheet cutting start position (the rearmost position) described later. It is formed in the base. For example, in the third pressing member 28, the distance between the front end of the third pressing member 28 and the rear end of the pressing member 37 of the sheet cutting portion 31 at the sheet cutting start position in the front-rear direction is the distance between the first and second pressing members 26. , 27 are formed to have a size equal to the separation distance d.

As described above, in the second embodiment, the sheet bonding unit 20 includes the die coater 21, the unwinding roll 22, the sticking roll 23, the pressing roll 24, the film thickness meter 25, and the first to third pressing members 26. It is configured to include ~ 28. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.

-Manufacturing method-
Next, a method for manufacturing the sheet decorative board material 50 will be described. Also in the second embodiment, the manufacturing method includes (1) an adhesive coating step, (2) a sheet bonding step, (3) a sheet cutting step, and (4) a flat plate pressing step. The (1) adhesive coating step, (3) sheet cutting step, and (4) flat plate pressing step are the same as those in the first embodiment. Hereinafter, only the (2) sheet bonding step, which is different from the first embodiment, will be described.

(2) Sheet Adhesive Step Also in the second embodiment, in the sheet adhesive step, a plurality of decorative sheets 52 coated with the adhesive 53 on the back surface are sequentially conveyed from the rear side to the front side by the conveying unit 10 at predetermined intervals. It is supplied over the surfaces 51a, ..., 51a of the base materials 51, ..., 51 and adhered.

By the way, in the second embodiment, the pressing member (the first) that presses the plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 sequentially conveyed by the conveying unit 10 between the sticking roll 23 and the pressing roll 24 from above the decorative sheet 52. 1 and 2 second pressing members 26, 27) are provided. Further, the first and second pressing members 26 and 27 are formed to have a length longer than the width of the decorative sheet 52 in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52, and the distance d between them is the distance between the base materials (distance between the base materials). It is provided in close proximity so as to be shorter than D). Further, the first pressing member 26 on the rear side is provided so close to the sticking roll 23 that the rear end overlaps the front half portion of the sticking roll 23 in the vertical direction, and the second pressing member 27 on the front side is pressed by the front end. It is provided so close to the pressing roll 24 that it overlaps the latter half of the roll 24 in the vertical direction.

Therefore, in the second embodiment, the plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 which are sequentially conveyed by the conveying unit 10 are pressed rolls immediately after the decorative sheet 52 is attached to the surfaces 51a, 51a, 51a by the attaching roll 23. Until immediately before being pressed by the 24, the first pressing member 26 and the second pressing member 27 continue to be pressed from above the decorative sheet 52. As a result, the base material 51 is prevented from warping between the sticking roll 23 and the pressing roll 24, and the decorative sheet 52 is prevented from being peeled off from the base material 51.

Further, in the second embodiment, the same pressing member (third pressing member 28) as the first and second pressing members 26 and 27 is provided on the front side of the pressing roll 24, and the third pressing member 28 is rearward. The end is provided so close to the pressing roll 24 that it overlaps the first half portion of the pressing roll 24 in the vertical direction. Therefore, not only the base material 51 from the sticking roll 23 to the pressing roll 24, but also after passing through the pressing roll 24, the base material 51 is pressed by the third pressing member 28 and is less likely to warp. That is, according to the second embodiment, the decorative sheet 52 is hard to be peeled off even after passing through the pressing roll 24.

Also in the second embodiment, by passing through the above (1) adhesive application step, (2) sheet bonding step, (3) sheet cutting step, and (4) flat plate pressing step, the base material 51 is subjected to the manufacturing apparatus 1. The sheet decorative board material 50 in which the decorative sheet 52 is adhered to the surface 51a and laminated and integrated is continuously manufactured.

Further, as described above, in the second embodiment, the first and second pressing members 26 and 27 are provided between the sticking roll 23 and the pressing roll, and the third pressing member 28 is provided on the front side of the pressing roll 24. Therefore, three pressing members 37, 37, 37 are provided behind the sheet pressing portion 32 of the sheet cutting unit 30. With such a configuration, in the second embodiment, after the decorative sheet 52 is attached to each base material 51 by the sticking roll 23, the decorative sheet 52 is cut between the decorative sheet 52 and the end portion of the opposing base material 51. Until it is started, it is pressed by the first to third pressing members 26 to 28 and the three pressing members 37, 37, 37. As a result, the base material 51 is less likely to warp and the decorative sheet 52 is less likely to come off from the time the decorative sheet 52 is attached until the cutting of the decorative sheet 52 is started. Further, during cutting of the decorative sheet 52, the ends of the base materials 51 and 51 facing each other in the front-rear direction are pressed downward from above the decorative sheet 52 by the cushioning members 34b and 35b of the sheet pressing portion 32 in a non-airtight state. Can be attached. As a result, the decorative sheet 52 is less likely to be peeled off when the decorative sheet 52 is likely to be peeled off at the end of each base material 51.

Further, even if the decorative sheet 52 is peeled off in the portion not pressed by the first to third pressing members 26 to 28 and the three pressing members 37, 37, 37, the peeled portion of the decorative sheet 52 Shortly after the water-based adhesive 53 dries, it is pressed by the next pressing member or the front pressing member 34 of the sheet pressing portion 32 and the rear pressing member 35, and is brought into close contact again. Therefore, even when the water-based adhesive 53 is used as in the first embodiment, the decorative sheet 52 can be adhered to the surface 51a of the base material 51 without peeling off.

-Effect of Embodiment 2-
With the above configuration, the same effect as that of the first embodiment can be obtained by the second embodiment.

By the way, if a base material 51 that absorbs water and causes warpage like a wood base material is used, the base material 51 may absorb water of the water-based adhesive 53 and warp after the decorative sheet 52 is attached. There is. Immediately after the decorative sheet 52 is attached, the adhesive force of the adhesive 53 is weak, so there is a high possibility that the decorative sheet 52 will come off due to the warp of the base material 51. Further, when the base material 51 warps between the sticking roll 23 and the pressing roll 24 so that the front and rear ends of the base material 51 are lifted, the decorative sheet 52 is used as the base material in the middle of the front and rear directions of the base material 51. It peels off from 51 and floats up. When such a base material 51 is pressed by the pressing roll 24, the warp of the base material 51 is corrected and the raised decorative sheet 52 is pressed against the base material 51, but when the warp of the base material 51 is corrected. The corners on the surface 51a side of the front and rear ends of the base material 51 rub against the back surface of the decorative sheet 52, the adhesive 53 is peeled off, and the decorative sheet 52 does not adhere to the base material 51 even when pressed by the pressing roll 24. , The risk of peeling increases.

On the other hand, according to the second embodiment, a plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 sequentially transported by the transport unit 10 are pressed from above the decorative sheet 52 between the sticking roll 23 and the pressing roll 24. Pressing members (first pressing member 26 and second pressing member 27) are provided. With such a configuration, the plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 which are sequentially conveyed by the conveying unit 10 are pressed from above the decorative sheet 52 by the pressing members 26 and 27 between the sticking roll 23 and the pressing roll 24. By being attached, the warp is corrected. That is, according to the second embodiment, it is possible to suppress the peeling of the decorative sheet 52 due to the warp of the base material 51 after the decorative sheet 52 is attached. Therefore, according to the second embodiment, it is possible to more reliably suppress the production of the sheet decorative board material 50 having poor adhesion in the sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus 1.

<< Other Embodiments >>
In each of the above embodiments, the base material holding member 40 is composed of one plate-shaped member 40a having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view and one cushioning member 40b attached to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 40a. It was. However, the base material pressing member 40 may have any form as long as the warpage can be corrected by pressing the front end portion of the base material 51 immediately before being conveyed below the sticking roll 23 downward. For example, the base material pressing member 40 may be composed of a plurality of members arranged in the width direction of the base material 51, such as the three pressing members 37, 37, 37 of the sheet cutting unit 30. Further, the base material pressing member 40 does not have to be formed in a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view.

Further, in each of the above embodiments, the sheet cutting unit 30 has a pressing member 37 that does not move up and down separately from the sheet pressing portion 32, but the pressing member 37 is omitted and the rear pressing member 35 is pressed. It may be formed longer in the front-rear direction by 37 minutes.

Further, in each of the above embodiments, only one pressing roll 24 is provided, but a plurality of pressing rolls 24 may be provided. In that case, it is preferable to provide a pressing member having the same structure as the first to third pressing members 26 to 28 between each of the plurality of rolls 24, ..., 24.

Further, in each of the above embodiments, the sheet pressing portion 32 is provided on the base 31f of the sheet cutting portion 31, and is configured to move in the front-rear direction together with the sheet cutting portion 31 by the base 31f. The 32 may have a moving mechanism for moving in the front-rear direction separately from the sheet cutting portion 31. Even in that case, the sheet pressing portion 32 may be configured to operate in the same manner as the operation of the sheet cutting portion 31.

Further, in each of the above embodiments, the installation positions of the support members 33 are fixed, and the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 use the decorative sheet 52 as the base material 51 from the sheet cutting start position to the sheet cutting end position. While moving while pressing against 51, it was always formed to have a length in the front-rear direction facing the front-side pressing member 34 and the rear-side pressing member 35 in the vertical direction. However, each support member 33 is not limited to that of the first embodiment. Each support member 33 may be provided on the base 31f of the sheet cutting portion 31 and may be configured to move in the front-rear direction together with the sheet cutting portion 31 by the base 31f. Further, each support member 33 has a moving mechanism for moving in the front-rear direction separately from the sheet cutting portion 31, and may move in the front-rear direction in the same manner as the sheet cutting portion 31. When each support member 33 is configured to be movable in the front-rear direction like the sheet cutting portion 31, each support member 33 has a length in the front-rear direction at least from the front end of the front pressing member 34 when stationary. Since it is sufficient to secure the length to the rear end of the rear pressing member 35, the length in the front-rear direction can be made shorter than that of the first embodiment.

Further, in the case where each support member 33 is connected to a base 31f (moving mechanism) that moves the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 in the front-rear direction, the support member 33 is the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 34. It moves in the front-rear direction together with the member 35. That is, the support member 33 moves in the transport direction of the base material 51 together with the front side pressing member 34 and the rear side pressing member 35 in a state where the base material 51 transported by the transport unit 10 is sandwiched in the vertical direction. Therefore, according to such a form, when the position of the support member 33 is fixed as in the first embodiment, the transfer direction is caused by friction with the support member 33 on the base material 51 conveyed by the transfer unit 10. When a force acts in the opposite direction, the support member 33 moves in the transport direction of the base material 51, so that such a frictional force does not act, so that the transport of the base material 51 is not hindered.

Further, in each of the above embodiments, the sheet cutting portion 31 has a cutting mechanism 31a, an elevating mechanism 31b, a slider 31c, a guide member 31d, two columns 31e, and a base 31f (moving mechanism). However, the configuration of the sheet cutting portion 31 is not limited to the configuration of the first embodiment. The sheet cutting portion 31 is configured to be able to cut the decorative sheet 52 back and forth between two adjacent base materials 51 and 51 while moving from the rear side to the front side at a speed equal to the transport speed of the base material 51 by the transport unit 10. Any configuration may be used as long as it is used. The sheet cutting portion 31 may, for example, have no blade 31a1 and cut the decorative sheet 52 with a laser.

Further, in each of the above embodiments, the cutting mechanism 31a is configured to have a blade 31a1 made of a circular blade member that moves in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52, but the cutting mechanism 31a has the decorative sheet 52. Anything that can be cut may be used. For example, the cutting mechanism 31a has a blade made of a blade member long in the width direction extending from one end to the other end in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52, and moves from the upper position to the lower position to once move the decorative sheet 52. It may be the one that cuts.

Further, in each of the above embodiments, the die coater 21 is exemplified as a coating device for applying the adhesive 53 to the back surface of the decorative sheet 52, but the coating device may be a knife coater, a comma coater, or the like. When a knife coater or a comma coater is used as the coating device, a pump other than the positive displacement type may be used.

Further, in the first and second embodiments, the cushioning members 26b to 29b, 34b, 35b, 37b, 40b of the pressing members 26 to 29, 37, 40 and the pressing members 34, 35 are formed of a non-woven fabric. The cushioning members 26b to 29b, 34b, 35b, 37b, 40b according to the present invention are not limited to non-woven fabrics. In the buffer members 26b to 29b, 34b, 35b, 37b, 40b, the pressing members 26 to 29, 37, 40 and the pressing members 34, 35 are made of open cell foam, felt, etc., and the base material 51 is a decorative sheet 52. When pressed or pressed from above, the decorative sheet 52 abuts in a non-airtight state and is compressed and deformed between the plate-shaped members 26a to 29a, 34a, 35a, 37a, 40a and the decorative sheet 52. It may be composed of anything as long as it is composed of.

Further, in the sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus 1 of the second embodiment, two pressing members (first and second pressing members 26, 27) provided between the sticking roll 23 and the pressing roll 24 are one. It may be composed of a pressing member.
