アウターチユーブの両端内周にベアリングを嵌
着するとともに、上記両ベアリング間に、小孔を
形成したインナーチユーブを掛け渡し、上記イン
ナーチユーブとアウターチユーブとの間に油溜室
を区画する一方、外周にピストン部を形成した中
空のピストンロツドをインナーチユーブ内に摺動
自在に装着し、上記ピストン部と、一方のベアリ
ングとの対向部間に第１圧力室を、他方のベアリ
ングとの対向部間に第２圧力室を区画し、これら
両圧力室を、上記小孔を介して油溜室に連通させ
