【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案はクリツプを介して本体と部品を嵌合す
る構成におけるクリツプの部品への取付構造に関
するものである。

に硬質ウレタンフオーム樹脂やナイロン樹脂、塩
化ビニル樹脂等の基材原料を注入し、該原料の硬
化後脱型することにより行なわれる。

(考案が解決しようとする問題点) 本考案は上記した問題に着目し、従来技術のク
リツプ取付構造の有する堅牢性を有しつつ、加え
て余分な部分に漏れ出た原料を排除する必要がな
く、しかも粘土等の異物を取り除くような熟練を
要する作業の加重のないクリツプの取付構造を提
供することを目的とする。

防止する。クリツプの座部は樹脂により取付部材
の背面に押しつけられ座部と取付部材は一体に固

けられた取付部材5が埋設されている。一方のク
リツプ8はばね材料で一端が切れた菱形状に形成
された他の部材と結合する頭部6と四角形平板状
の座部7が一体に形成されたものである。そし
て、クリツプ8は座部7が取付部材5の頂部9の
下側に、頭部6が上側に配置されて取付部材5に
係止されている。更に座部7と基材2の間には本
考案の特徴である樹脂10が配されている。この
樹脂10は基材2が含浸しない、又は含浸しにく
い圧縮性を有する樹脂でポリウレタンフオーム樹
脂、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂、ポ
リスチレン樹脂、塩化ビニル樹脂その他公知の樹
脂の単体あるいは混合物、又は再生樹脂であつて
基材2とは別個に薄い好ましくは3〜10mmの直方
体に成形されたものであり、基材2の成形時に予
め取付部材5の中に配置されていたものである。

のもれが発生せず、またたとえ漏れ出してもそれ
も排除する必要がない。
