き上げることによつて蓋体を開放させることがで

ロツク部材61を前記蓋体2に対して前記操作板
62の前後方向中間部においてピン65で枢着し
て前記操作板62の後端62a側を押圧すること
によりロツク解除し得る如く装着するとともに、
前記蓋ロツク部材61のロツク状態においては前
記操作板62が蓋体外形面2aと凹凸のない同一
連続面を形成し且つ蓋ロツク部材61のロツク解
除状態においては操作板62の前端部62bが蓋
体外形面2aより外側に突出して該操作板前端部
62bに下方から指を掛け得る如く構成したこと
