ンプ押板5及び蓋ロツク部材操作部62aの操作
方向とは対向方向からそれぞれ係止し得るように
しているので、該ポンプ押板5及び蓋ロツク部材
61の各ロツク状態においては、それぞれ確実に
ロツクし得るようになる。この第1実施例におい
ては、押板作動規制手段4の操作部41を蓋体2
側の円弧穴25に対して右回転方向に操作してい
る状態(第1図の状態)では、ポンプ押板5がロ
ツク解除され且つ蓋ロツク部材61がロツクされ
た状態となつており、逆に操作部41を左回転方
向に操作した状態(第3図の状態)では、ポンプ
押板5がロツクされ且つ蓋ロツク部材61がロツ
ク解除された状態となるように設定されている。

解消される。尚、この第1実施例では、押板作動
規制手段4は、ポンプ押板5と蓋ロツク部材61
とを選択的にロツク又はロツク解除し得るように
しているが、該ポンプ押板5と蓋ロツク部材61
とを相互に同時にロツク又はロツク解除し得るよ
うにしておけば、不使用時にポンプ押板5と該蓋
ロツク部材61とを同時にロツクすることができ
る。
