"Prior Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention" Applicants previously installed four arc-shaped lining plates in an arch along the ground between the upper ends of the left and right side wall concrete that had been fixed to the tunnel side walls. The lower ends of the lining plates located on the left and right side walls of the arch are fixed to the side wall concrete, the upper ends are fixed to the ground via anchors, and the lining plates at the crown part of the arch are fixed to the ground. By connecting the side wall lining plates through joints, problems such as imperfections in formwork and poured concrete due to cast-in-place concrete construction as secondary lining plates are solved, creating a safe and stable tunnel. We have developed a highly reliable tunnel lining method that allows for the construction of tunnels, enlarges the tunnel's internal cross section, and reduces the excavated cross section, and also allows for easy decoration of the tunnel's interior. There was a difficult problem to be solved as to how to erect the lining board economically and efficiently.

``Means for Solving the Problems'' The present invention involves assembling a plurality of lining plates in an arch shape on an assembly transport cart equipped with an arch-shaped support frame that can be expanded and contracted in both the inside and outside directions and can be moved up and down. A bendable unit lining piece is formed at the top end of the assembly, and the assembled transport vehicle is moved forward along the rails laid in the tunnel together with the unit lining piece with its support frame lowered and contracted inward. Then, at the installation position, the support frame is raised and expanded outward to fix the lower ends of both side walls of the unit lining piece on the waist walls installed on the tunnel side walls, and then the assembly and transportation cart is lowered and expanded inward by the support frame. The unit lining piece is then moved back in the contracted state, and the similarly assembled unit lining piece is transported to the installation position together with the assembly transport trolley, and the subsequent unit lining piece is successively joined to the preceding unit lining piece and installed. By fixing the tunnel, it is possible to construct a stable tunnel that stands on its own without the need for temporary equipment, and the lining plate can be easily and firmly assembled outside the mine, and the lining can be easily installed while being transported from the tunnel entrance to the mine. This project proposes a highly reliable tunnel lining method that is easy to construct, economical, and allows lining construction to be carried out simultaneously with excavation work.

Then, while supporting two left and right PC lining plates K lifted by cranes etc. on the left and right movable frames 4b of the support frame 4 outside the mine,
The mutual lining plates K and K can be joined together by introducing prestress in the circumferential and span directions using prestressed steel materials, or they can be connected with joint members such as bolts, and the left and right lining plates K can be connected at the top end. They are butted against each other in a flexible manner (pin hinge) using a nut joint or the like to form a self-supporting unit lining piece P as a three-hinge arch.

``Effects of the Invention'' As described above, according to the present invention, an assembly transport trolley is provided with a pair of left and right movable frames pivotally connected at the top end and an arch-shaped support frame that can be expanded and contracted in the inside and outside directions and can be raised and lowered. Above, a plurality of lining plates are assembled in an arch shape to form a bendable unit lining piece at the top end, and the unit lining piece is assembled and transported with its support frame lowered and contracted inward. The unit lining piece travels forward along the rails laid in the tunnel, and at the installation position, the support frame is raised and expanded outward so that the lower ends of both side walls of the unit lining piece are placed on the waist wall installed on the tunnel side wall. After fixing, the assembly transport vehicle is moved backward with its support frame lowered and contracted inward, and similarly assembled unit lining pieces are transported together with the assembly transport vehicle to the installation position, and then attached to the preceding unit lining piece. Since subsequent unit lining pieces are installed and fixed while being joined one after another, the lining plate can be easily and firmly assembled outside the mine without the need for special construction equipment, and the lining can be easily constructed while being transported into the mine. Furthermore, it is possible to perform lining construction simultaneously with excavation construction, and a stable tunnel can be constructed while each unit lining piece stands on its own without the need for temporary equipment, making it easier to construct and more economical. This enables highly reliable tunnel lining with excellent performance.

In addition, since the tunnel is lined with a lining board with a smooth surface, the inner surface is finished with no unevenness without the need for decorative mortar, and the inner surface of the tunnel can be easily decorated by spray painting or tiling. It is possible to construct a highly reliable tunnel that is easy to construct and economically efficient.

Furthermore, by injecting and filling a backfilling material between the lining board and the ground, a stronger tunnel that is integrated with the ground can be created.
