[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a formwork receiving piece structure for a separator used to hold formwork at regular intervals when assembling concrete formwork. The object of the present invention is to provide a mold support piece molded from an elastic material, which is particularly suitable for use when assembling a decorative mold whose surface has a complicated pattern of irregularities. The above-mentioned decorative formwork has various complex uneven patterns such as mesh, ropes, blinds, and flowers integrally molded on the surface, and the uneven patterns are formed on the concrete surface at the same time as concrete is poured. It's summery. Moreover, since the decorative formwork has low rigidity, the reinforcing formwork is glued or nailed to the outside before the formwork is assembled.

The basic conventional method when using such a decorative mold is to assemble it as illustrated in FIG. That is, a special formwork receiving piece 1 is used in which the cone-shaped main body 2 is longer than a normal one and has a large diameter on the large side, and on the other hand, the surface of the decorative formwork 3 has a complicated pattern of unevenness 4. Since it is difficult to make close contact with the formwork receiving piece 1, the cone-shaped main body 2 is attached to the decorative formwork 3.

The formwork receiving piece 1 attached to the end of the frame is inserted into the hole 5 and brought into contact with the reinforcing formwork 6 to reinforce the decorative formwork 3, and the forms 3 and 6 are assembled. 8 indicates a fastening fitting.

However, if the above-mentioned special formwork support piece 1 is used, the cost of the formwork support piece 1 will be higher than that of a normal one, and the decorative formwork 3 will have large holes 5.
It is necessary to clear the The presence of this large hole 5 requires a lot of effort in machining it, and if the mounting position of the formwork receiving piece 1 is different, the decorative formwork 3 often cannot be reused.

The present invention has been made in view of the current situation, and the present invention is such that the truncated conical formwork receiving piece 11 made of an elastic material is separated from the small diameter side portion and the large diameter side portion covering the screw body 16. It is composed of a cone-shaped main body 12 formed and an elastic skirt portion 14 having a thin hem edge 12a integrally formed with the end peripheral edge of the large diameter side portion, and the hem edge of the elastic skirt portion 14. A formwork receiving piece structure for a separator for concrete formwork, in which the wall thickness of the concrete formwork separator 14a is tapered to become thinner toward the larger diameter side, and the hem edge 14a is formed in a wavy shape. It provides:

FIG. 2 shows a cone-shaped main body 12 forming the main part of the formwork support piece 11 according to the present invention, and the cone-shaped main body 12 is made of a truncated conical shape made of plastic material like the conventional formwork support piece. A shaft rod 1 which is formed into a shape and connects a separator 7 and a fastening fitting 8 to the center part.
It has a small-diameter side portion in which five fitting holes 13 are provided. A truncated cone-shaped cylindrical portion is integrally formed on the larger diameter side of the cone-shaped main body 12 that comes into contact with the mold.

Further, a thin elastic skirt portion 14 is integrally connected to the periphery of the large-diameter end of the cylindrical portion. The elastic skirt portion 14 is tapered so that it can be easily elastically deformed, with the wall thickness becoming thinner toward the tip. Note that the cone-shaped main body 1
2 may be made of rubber or other elastic material.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the shaft rod 15 is fitted into the fitting hole 13 of the cone-shaped main body 12, and the formwork receiving piece 11 is completed. The shaft rod 15 is the same as the conventional product, as shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, a female screw body 16' with a flange and a screw shaft 17' are constructed separately and are screwed together.

FIG. 5 shows an example of use in which the decorative formwork 3 is assembled using the formwork receiving pieces 11 having the above structure, and the cone-shaped main body 12 is assembled with the decorative formwork 3 in direct contact. When the tightening fitting 8 screwed onto the threaded shaft 17 of the shaft rod 15 is tightened, the elastic skirt portion 14 first
The hem edge 14a first comes into contact with the convex part on the surface of the decorative form 3, and the end face of the truncated conical cylindrical part comes into contact with the convex part on the surface of the decorative form 3 later. When the tightening fitting 8 is further tightened, the hem edge 1 of the elastic skirt portion 14 is tightened.
4a is crushed while being more elastically deformed and penetrates deeply into the recess, and thus the end face of the cylindrical portion is pushed into the convex part of the formwork surface along the uneven surface 4 with a complicated pattern on the surface of the formwork 3. Hem edge 1 of the elastic skirt portion
4a are brought into contact and pressurized with the recesses on the surface of the formwork, resulting in complete adhesion, and the slag of concrete 9 no longer enters the inside of the cone-shaped main body 12.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the elastic skirt portion 1
If the hem edge 14a of the skirt part 4 is formed in a wave shape, the elastic deformation of the skirt part 14 will be better, and there is an effect that the skirt part 14 can be brought into close contact even with a small uneven surface 4.

FIG. 6 shows an example in which the formwork receiving piece 11 is used to assemble a slope formwork 20 having a relatively small inclination angle α. In this case, the elastic skirt portion 14 undergoes a larger elastic change at the portion where it abuts the inwardly inclined portion of the formwork 20, and the entire circumference of the skirt portion 14 comes into close contact with the formwork 20. Moreover, as can be easily understood from the above explanation, the formwork receiving piece 11
can naturally be used when assembling ordinary formwork.

Since the formwork receiving piece 11 of the present invention is configured as described above, it can be firmly attached to the uneven surface 4 of the decorative formwork 3 with a complicated pattern, thereby making it possible to make concrete Slag is cone-shaped main body 1
It is possible to reliably prevent intrusion into the inside of 2. Therefore, the solidification of the slag inside the cone-shaped main body 12 does not occur at all, and this is extremely effective in making it extremely easy to separate from the concrete 9.

In addition, it is not only cheaper than the special formwork support piece 1 (see Figure 1) used to assemble the conventional decorative formwork 3, but also has a larger hole 18 to be drilled in the decorative formwork 3 during assembly. The formwork 3 is not special and can be reused very easily. In addition, the formwork support piece of the present invention is not limited to assembling decorative formwork 3, but can also be used for assembling slope formwork or ordinary formwork, so its practical effects are extremely large.
